Very good. Easy to verify. Withdrawals taking 6 hours to 24 to hit my account. Even the first withdraw. They only thing I don’t like is switching to English all the time. Also I wouldn’t mind playing pragmatic and nolimit etc. All in all my experience has been very good. Also have operators to talk to, not bots. I’m very careful where I punt. As the title mentions, this company has spoofed reviews on Reddit. I found this because I was bored with Stake and wanted to find a new home. I didn’t look at the reviews on Reddit, and I saw that they were all similar and botted. This site’s chances are pretty good; they just won’t let you withdraw and reject your money without returning it to your balance. I would not recommend and ask TrustPilot to put this as a known site if possible. I wish I looked at the TrustPilot reviews rather then Reddit, don’t make the same mistake.

This is extremely hard for me to write. I am a single mom to a 2 year old boy and I thought my break finally came through when I ended up winning 14K. I had a deposit that got stuck on the blockchain. Im still new to the crypto world so I contacted 7bit to see what was going on. All they did was repeatedly send me their save responses when I had questions. I wa stoked to be patient and wait. They final resolved the problem after my account was disabled. Mind you I have been emailing. Back in forth through the whole time. Once they fixed it I made my cashout tht I had been telling them I was trying to do from the beginning. The pending deposit stopped me from withdrawing. So I finally am able to cashout and two days late they confiscated everything trying to accuse me of a chargeback over the SAME deposit that I had told them about and been in contact with them about over a week. I am completely distraught by this and feel I have been wronged. I complied and was paying t I kept them aware of everything that was going on because I was anxious. SCAM,SCAM,SCAMSigned up this morning deposited $250AU played for a few hours. Ended up with $1000AU in my account. Attempted to withdraw & was informed I needed to upload a ridiculous amount of ID before I can make a withdrawal. 7bit casino requested a selfie photo of me holding my drivers licence showing front & back, photo of my bank card front & back, utilities bill showing my name and address. I reluctantly uploaded everything they requested , I logged in to my account where it showed image’s successfully uploaded, I then verified my mobile phone number and email address and profile showed green tick indicating everything has been successfully verified. It’s now been more than 12hours and numerous withdrawal attempts to get notification saying withdraw rejected followed by the same automated email again requesting I need to verify my account. Worst casino online! I thought they were ok at first but nope. This casino does not pay anymore, now that the price of crypto is going up their pockets are tighter beware!!! Every single time I play on 7bit. I put my bet on the lowest amount I will be winning everything is going good. The second I raise my bet all of a sudden the game completely stops hitting. Then after most of my balance is gone I will lower the bet back and it still will not hit anything. This happens again and again and again. This is not Coincidence this is called cheating. Honestly that’s it. The last trigger was just like 1 hour ago when they cancelled my withdrawal (again) for my meager winnings. I asked them why and they just replied to just withdraw again.?Customer service exists and replies fast, but it is very clear that they don’t know what they are doing most of the time.You can easily deposit, but withdrawing your money is a challenge. I had to go back and forth with them initially for several days, and it happens all the time with withdrawals. This place seems legit I won some money and they did pay me after about a half of a day which is understandable because it was a decent amount…It was multiple thousands. They are a scam. They will not accept any document unless it has your debit card number listed on bank statements, which is not general procedure for Canadian banks. It does not matter what you send they make ZERO exceptions. I understand that security is important, but they are violating their own rules. While it seems legit, their requirements are quite ridiculous. I sent my ID, I sent a picture of my face with my card next to my face. Generally names are not printed on the physical card unless it is mailed as well. I picked up my card in branch and they don’t just print names on it right there. These people make NO exceptions even if you provide all other information necessary to prove your identity in order to withdraw. I don’t recommend them. Plus, my bank won’t even make me up a document stating this since they believe it is “suspicious activity”, so I’m screwed. Here’s the answer I got: “Banks in Canada typically do not display the full debit card number on statements, not even in a masked or partially hidden format. They prioritize security by providing limited details to protect sensitive information. If a merchant is insisting on this information, it’s important to approach the situation with caution and consider alternative ways to process the refund securely.“ — this is information I got from a trusted resource. After hearing good things, I decided to give 7Bit a try with a small deposit.
