The major issue with this company, is they will LIE when it comes to withdrawing your winnings. Without adding a bonus bet, you still need to wager 3X.. OK.. Absolutely the worst casino on the internet!! I have gone through something like 60+ deposits and they all get deadspinned. Support refuses to cancel my account. They tell me that it’s all luck (which I get it, gambling is all about luck but even Vegas doesn’t suck your bets dry like this site does) They tell me it’s all random based on the games offered by outside developers. But this website it would only happen as soon as I was up when I won and was up the game would crash like I have never seen before. It would play first 2 wheels then it would play last 3 as if I pressed stop button everytime and I don't like playing like that i had told customer service about and said guys I like the variety of games but why is it crashing only when I win and when I'm down the game is faster than I have ever seen it, they told me that's your fault you have cookies and data casuing uour game to crash. Apparently I was randomly chosen to be re verified conveniently after trying to withdraw my $120 of the thousands of deposits I have spent. They want documents I already provided and on a holiday weekend no less. This after the last withdrawal I had took ten times longer than any other before. I read their fine print and it only states that no transactions can be made without verification - yet I have been doing both for months without issue. Customer service was useless and doesn’t seem to see how suspicious this looks given the circumstances. Stay away from them they’re scammers!!

I wasn't given the perks that were promised, and customer service was rude and unhelpful. Now they are holding my money hostage. Erick was condescending and refused to try to assist or even see the issue. His only goal was to keep my money stuck in the system. Steer clear, there are plenty of other casinos out there that actually try to give you a good experience. This is not one of those.

They offer you bonuses (you don't ever receive once deposit) they don't seem to feel like they have to give you the rewards they clearly state you have won. I had no problems with this casino until now when I try to withdraw $1,900. They claim to have instant deposits/withdraws when you use crypto. They never asked for my documents,ID,etc until now when I try to withdraw a decent amount. I never would have deposited here in the first place had I known they were going to do this. I specifically play at casino's that don't ask for personal documents if using crypto because I don't want my info on file if they get hacked and everywhere I read about this casino said they don't ask for all that, and yet here we go again. No problems until I try to make a significant withdraw.

absolutely awful customer service, and if im honest i wouldn't touch this site with a barge pole. half the games dont work for some region lock nonsense or being extremely buggy, the deposit bonus i was given did not activate, and unless you want a scripted email or a chatbox that doesnt work when their site doesnt work, i would stay away at all costs.

I was really looking forward to trying out their casino but after I was treated in customer service I gave them a bonus code and advise that it was showing as no activated and sent screen shots. They said I was eligible for the bonus code. This was the first time signing up. Never again.

I actually really like 7bit casino. They have really good bonuses and offers. Their VIP program is great. The one thing I would change is the way that their games populate on their pages. You constantly have to click show more, and then only three more games show on the page. This is on mobile of course. But that's the only thing that's frustrating. Other than that compared to other sites I think they're great!
