I would recommend no one to use this company / website as they are far from reputable. Bets not being paid out for weeks on end despite obviously winning and citing software issues. Also their customer support is only an online chat which is of no assistance and you need to contact them continuously citing the same issues and getting the same BOT replies. My husband has been trying to make a withdrawal since Sunday 11/08/24 and they say that he needs to confirm the address even though it has already been confirmed with the driver’s license. Once again I need to contact customer service and nothing works. The help centre on the site is useless. There is no response. There seems to be no valid phone number . Once they had an efficient email service , but that seems to disappeared. One other site I am on have excellent customer service. Why not 888?

Again another casino site that used to be so much better than it is now. I recieved a £3 bonus that i had to wager 30x (3×30=90) i won £132 in total, went to withdraw some and couldnt because the whole amount was apparently still bonus funds 🤔 so i played on and kept checking. It was only when id gambled a further £111 i got the notification that i was “now playing on cash balance” i had £21 left. Made a complaint and was basically told by a very rude customer services man that it was my choice to play on!! When i explained i had no choice because not a penny if it was withdrawable he told me to prove it 😡 said he wanted screenshots of the notification and wanted screenshots of there being no cash balance available to withdraw until i lost over £100. Anyone who plays with 888 knows the notifications just flash across your screen and disappear when you press ok so how on earth was i supposed to screenshot it 🤔 as for the bonus balance i didnt know it was gonna make me wager far greater than 30x until it happened and i was in the middle of it! I used to advocate for this online casino and have referred friends to it. Deposited nearly every day with them and have been a very good customer but this experience has made me think again. I was practically accused of being a fraud so im obviously not a valued customer despite the fortune i would spend monthly with them so as for now i cant see myself depositing with them again any time soon sadly. Customer service team are useless and their ‘Second Opinion’ team aren’t much better. Tried withdrawing my deposit after I changed my mind. Two months later they still won’t return it because I have no valid photo id. I’ve sent many other proof of identity. The latest email states:‘ Thank you for contacting us and I hope that my email finds you well.Regarding your concern. if you don’t have a phoyo ID, you could send us your passport or national ID or driver’s license’ Translation: ‘sorry you don’t have photo id, if you could just send us photo id’. Wish I’d read the reviews before depositing .. had a good win of a few hundred £ today around midday on slots but noticed after pressing ‘spin’ on the winning stake it said the next plays were on bonus. No worries I thought, this spin is cash. Checked after and it assigned the win to my bonus account not cash. Avoid at all costs, 888 were very happy to take my son’s money but make it very difficult to withdraw. After sending all documents still find errors holding his money for over 3 weeks up-to now. At one point he found it so stressful as he has ADHD and very inpatient gambled his £200 winnings he was waiting to withdraw. Will be looking into the complaints procedures as this is unacceptable and they need reviewing from gambling commission. I can see it’s not just one off incident, so will be looking into how many customers and how much winnings this company has with held and they need to compensate with interest also. If people do not receive their winnings this actually constitutes as theft.

Be warned, they make it very, very difficult for you to get your funds back. To start with it comes up with an error when you try and enter back details, but it’s not an error, it’s a block to stop you. You then have to provide your passport, bank statements, utility bills and other forms of ID before they put you into a queue to process…I’m now at 9 weeks and still no reply and no money back, despite using a complaint resolution company. Now waiting for gambling commissioner to review handling. Use another well know gambling company, not 888 as it’s not worth the hassle. No checks made whatsoever when you’re giving them money…handy for them perhaps.

Bet on the Grand National and won. Only needed a card to place deposit. To withdraw winnings they want bank account details, recent bank statement and photo ID WITH signature. The only reason for this site to need that much information is to fake and steal your ID. I would report them to Action Fraud or other fraud agencies if you are struggling to withdraw funds from them

I told them I have none of these items is there another way? They said use passport. When I said I didn’t have this they said you need to send it. Scam site.
