So today I deposit £60 and after about an hour I managed to gain a £70 balance so I decided to quit whilst I was ahead I withdrew the £70 and it stated pending (can take up to 1 buisness day)10 mins later I get logged out and now can’t log back in as it says something went wrong please contact our support, so I am basically taking this as they have stolen my funds and closed my account for some unknown reason , Absolutely disgusted to think they can just do this , they are happy with taking your money but as soon as you withdraw they close your account , I am know going to contact the gambling committee regarding this as it is just shocking , Luckily I made a screen shot of my withdraw time and transaction id, I would advise people to do this incase this happens to you , but to be honest I would just give the site a wide birth (so laggy as well)PLEASE EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I was having no issues and had a verified account. I received 3 withdrawals in March without incident. Nothing changed with my bank account or my 888 account. Fast forward 12 days and now I cannot withdraw. I have 2 pending April 11 and 15. The first one was “rejected by my bank” and they haven’t attempted the 2nd. I have sent my documents through the website and to several different email communications. I have spent far too much money on the site, even reached VIP status and now the $200 + $300 withdraw requests are still awaiting processing. I keep getting the run around, through chat function and through emails “sorry, we have no update for you”. I would not have put more in and attempted another withdraw if I would have known they were going to do everything in their power to keep prevent me access to the funds. They also refused to cancel one of the pendings so I could at least play with some of my money while they sort whatever out on their end. I just want the money back, which is still far less than I have put in.

I like to give my honest opinion on these sites.i joined not long ago and it have been okay so far good gameplay fare returns but as I can see a lot of people are not happy with it.i have also been waiting for a withdrawal for a while which is frustrating.always set your limits guys.i will update on withdraw.i just messaged customer service I’m sure it was a bot

I provided documentation to this Company and they come back and accused me of providing an out of date passport after stopping my account due to no verification on their system.As if it was not bad enough before dealing with this company, I advised them that if they looked closely they can view the passport expiring March 2027.Hopefully its not me but I think that’s three years away. I feel that this Company has a lot to answer for and gives me an indication of how much attention to detail has gone down rapidly over the past ten years. Therefore I have asked them to delete all docs sent to them as I shall not be betting with them. How can you trust a company that cannot even get a passport expiry date correct!

I’m very much disappointed on this site , they allowed me to deposit close to £1300 with no wins only for them to bun me till the 27th of June . To me this looks more of a scam when I had hopes I would get the money back only to realise my depositing has been blocked . When I enquire I’m being told it’d for my safety where was the safety concern when you chowed £1300 this is not fair and I am giving others a heads up not to attempt . When I spoke to the consultant she ridiculed me and told me about an email even when I explained I didn’t receive she then told me to check my spam . To a point she never bothered to end my conversation with her properly I don’t even want to mention whether it was a racism issue but I felt highly and unfairly treated .

Reported 888poker and the incident ive had to Ombudsman and IGaming. They’ve had my 150$ failed withdrawal sitting in lingo and instead of returning it into my account they acted as if they didnt know and send me in a loop of phone calls to interac and wyzia only to be told 888 has it we return it 3 days ago. Wish I had listened to all the negative reviews, first company I sign up after seeing an advert and it doesn’t work. Absolute Joke of a company! Set up an account and they disabled it instantly! Asking for all sorts of ID which I provided. Which was then followed up by a request of a photo of myself holding my username and ID?!?! This is pretty much bordering on a data protection breach. I begrudgingly provided that though as well and have heard nothing back for nearly 2 weeks. All emails ignored and any sent from them are generic email template responses not actually assisting in anyway shape or form! AVOID!

Had an account with them for a number of years and wasn’t a regular user. I tried to withdraw my balance and got error messages, tried many ways for 30 minutes.Spoke to customer service eventually who said they would pass on request. Provided details as requested by customer service and advised withdrawal would be processed. Some days later got a message from Katerine B supervisor that further information and proof of id now required. Provided that and then after a couple of weeks still no money to my bank.Messaged Katherine B and still no refund weeks later. Been trying to get my money for over 3 months now.It’s only a littl amount, but will start a small court claim against them rather than allow them to get away with it.

I have had an 888 account for many years but stopped using them a long time a go as I had fallen out of love with gambling. A couple of years a go I started betting again and decided to see if my account was still active, which it was. I started using them again as they had some good offers and usually had decent prices on the horses, not so good on football though. And asked me to provide my I’d with a selfie, proof of address and pictures of I’d, All so I can log in to withdraw my deposit back. Nothing good to say about this company .. pure robbery. This company allowed someone to fraudulently set up an account in my name. They performed an anti money laundering check on my details and set up the account on that basis without asking for verification documents (e.g. driving licence etc) from the fraudster. Trying to get in contact with this company is almost impossible. They are disgraceful and should lose their licence.

This company breaches the terms of their gambling commission licence regularly. They allow you to deposit, bet and play for years then when they decide they don’t want your business anymore the problems start. They lock you out of your account and start to ask for verification when the rules state that should be done before you gamble with them under s.17.1.1 of UK gambling commission rules. They make withdrawing difficult for winning customers using these unethical behaviours. They should have their licence removed.

Never had issues withdrawing small amounts up to a couple of hundred. Then when it gets to a couple of grand they delay and keep delaying, 24 hours has now turned into 72 hours and then 5 consecutive days. Go elsewhere virgin games is far better and they’re not as scamming as these lot.

This company advertise best odds Guaranteed but this never happens. I bet two horses each way who finished 2nd and third . One was returned 50-1 . I was paid 22-1 the other was returned 16- 1 I was paid 11-1. Nit for the first time . Another finished third at 100- 1. I was paid 50-1 . No phone replies. No e mail replies from customer services . I have tried to logon to my account for the last three days but still unable to. I have tried deleting and re-installing the software, tried changing my password and tried complaining to 888 all to no avail. I cant even send a complaint as I get a message saying they have a problem. they say I am using the “wrong” password (I’m not) they say change it (but wont let me) now I’m locked out for trying to rectify there mistake. Wish i read the reviews… I had multiple wins playing the playtech games as they pay out faster and gives bonuses quicker.. Deposited £90 and managed to win over £300 and before I could take my winnings, they have completely blocked me out of my account with no way to contact. I am not leaving this like that.ill go to court if o have to. They will will have to pay extra for emotional damage.
