Worst betting company I have ever used, not even had an account for a full 24hours and they have blocked my account for abuse of promotions when I contacted them as I had unlocked promos but couldn’t access them. So I used the live chat to get nowhere now going down formal complaints route I feel genuinely robbed and thry are acting as if they have been done over. Never ever ever sign up to 888!

Why you should not play in the 888 room:1. No customer support at all. No one ever answer your emails2. Outdated and laggy application, that can randomly stop working in the middle of the game. 3. Personally they seem scamming players by “creating” action. To update my problem with 888.They withheld my payments and after fighting them until now they admitted what they owe and now they asked for card verification (AFTER THEY TOOK MONEY FROM THE SAME CARD FOR YEARS) which I did.I received an email that they apologise and they will escalate the matter for me to get paid but until now they have not paid.I wish i could publish the email I received from them to let everyone see it and read it but there is no facility to upload it.

Worst customer services in the business. 2nd mis-settled bet in a month. No phone number to call. Chat agents don’t speak English, don’t understand the issues and just say that the system is down. There isn’t a phone number to call and they take an eternity to resolve their own mistakes. Surely judging by the average review the gaming commisson should do something about this. wish I had read the reviews first, before I opened an account, I deposited was able to spin 6 spins then account locked, wanted id etc for verification which is fine but my monies are stuck in my account which is locked, why did you let me deposit? surely best practice would be to ask for verification BEFORE you allow deposits? customer service dreadful, emails have no consistency, each email tell you a different story, wish I never opened an account, have asked several times to close the account and send my monies back to me, what a surprise they said I cant until my account is verified? well why haven’t you done that you have had my details for days !!!

Read the other reviews. Tightest casino on the net. I only bet 40/50 cents a spin and $100 goes through in 15 minutes, no bonuses and no hits. It is the craziest thing I’ve ever seen. I read the comments and I thought it could be a bad site but never had a problem. As far as I know 888 s got too many bonuses ,,,,that’s why most of players specially new sign up players gets those bonuses and doubled th deposit and win some cash then decide to withdraw but can’t do cause require wagering and become unhappy,, end up … I think it’s a great side too play with bad reviews

Not returning my money…… I placed a first goalscorer bet with 888. The player did not start the match and came on after a valid first goal was scored….so far so standard, bet is void! Not with 888. They settled the bet as a loser and are refusing to refund my stake. I spent over 30 minutes contacting a member of their chat team….who surprisingly (and not for the first time in my experience) tried to tell me I was wrong (why employ people to resolve betting queries if they don’t understand the rules?). Eventually I asked them to escalate the query up…..I later received and email to say it was still settled correctly! I have responded with the detailed betting rules for a FGS bet but as of now have still not been recontacted or refunded. The worrying thing was that the bet was a boosted special…so I wonder how many other customers money they have “stolen”. Their customer service is horrendous and scouring the whole Internet I cannot find a number to just talk to somebody. Genuinely beyond words for how dreadful this experience has been and I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time.

Signed up to both the Casino and Sport betting sites yesterday to get the bonuses offered…Filled in all the necessary info and deposited the amounts required to get my bonuses on both sites…Played the £40 on Casino on multiple games without hardly winning anything back.(lost the lot within 20mins).then the £10 bet I put on 5 teams on the sports betting site was suspended and been temporarily blocked until proof of my address etc..Meaning i couldnt manage my bet in play…Ive provided these yet still nothing…Why let me deposit in the 1st place until you had the info??Not a good start to my experience with them. Scam conversion rates. I deposited in pounds and had it covered to dollars at 0.84$ = £1 then 20 mins later when I withdraw I get 0.79$=£1. This seems illegal to me but have heard nothing from the customer service team. Would not recommend using this for anything you expect to win money from as the withdrawal will take a hefty chunk of of your winnings

On the 27th Oct I logged into 888 and there was a personal offer to stake £20 on racing and get a free £20 bet. I tried for 15 minutes to place a bet on Initio in the 6.15 Wolverhampton and each time my bet was limited to under £20 and therefore I would not be able to access the free bet.This is clear deception as they encouraged me to make the deposit with no intention of allowing me to even access the free bet. They have asked for screenshots that I didn’t take at the time. It is my intention to contact the gambling commission who I suspect will be very interested in this case .

2 months so far I’ve been requesting my money back with no joy. Whilst emailing back and forth I’ve had multiple emails not meant for me, and yet the team think it safe for me to send these people my bank details. I wait days for a response then when I do get one it’s the same story. No one is actually will to help. They just tell me policy is this or that but none of it makes any sense. And no one will answer my questions, I’ve got hundreds of emails and still feel like I’m no closer to getting my money back.

Avoid this company won 80 pounds went to withdraw the money there was a card on the account which I have never used they want me to give them a written letter from my bank the card is no longer in use I explained told them numerous times I’ve never had that card before you have to Jump through so many hurdles to get anything which I don’t think you ever will please stay away I would have left a no star review
