I signed up with Sports Illustrated (SI) Casino, which is part of 888. I signed up to take advantage of their deposit match. I deposited $600 with 100% match. Within the first hour or so, I lost $500 with only small hits if any at all. I gave them a review complaining about this and I then started winning back some of the money, but never, not once got back to the $1200. The games from then on after a reasonable time playing, did tend to pay, but never did I once get back to $1200. As soon as I met the wager requirement and was using real money, nothing, but very small hits if at all. Games that were regularly hitting, did not hit at all. I tired their recommended games and they only hit with very small amounts. Then when I tried to withdraw what I had left, I had to jump through a bunch of hoops to get it to process. It says it will take up to 5 days for the deposit to appear in my account. We will see if this happens. I’ve since read a ton of reviews from people complaining about not getting their withdraws! This is the worst, most unfair online casino I have played on. Save your money & sanity and avoid Sports Illustrated (SI) casino and from what I have read, ALL casinos affiliated with 888. There are other FAIR casinos out there.

11 days holding my winnings. Playing ping pong email taking days to reply. I deposited £10 from my own bank account. Then they’re wanting ID so I sent my drivers licence. They have that for 6 days & now say they want evidence of a bank account number that I’ve never heard of!! It’s not my account!!! Ffs. I’ve used 888 for about 6 months. They’re not the best odds but not the worst and they offer relatively decent bonuses on the sportsbook.I played the free “Make a Wish” game almost every day and always without fail got a free spin or £1 bonus. Several times I got a £10 bonus. This suddenly ended and I hit a no win and when I tried to place a bet it said the maximum was £0.I tried to withdraw but my depositing card had recently expired so had to use a wire transfer. The customer service team told me my account hadn’t been restricted but from previous experience you can’t believe a word of what the customer service team says. I went for the withdraw on just over £100 and received it within 24hrs to my relief after reading some horrific reviews.I’ve had no problems withdrawing in the past, won a few times on the casino slot games and took advantage of their weekly offers on the sports which is always fun.I’ve given it a 4 star because of the clear restriction placed on my account. The bet denial was for a 3 selection accumulator on World Cup Qualifiers for £5 at odds something like 4/1.

If I could give a more negative star rating I would have! I’ve used the site for a little while only small amounts gambled for a bit of fun. I wagered just over the minimum deposit of £10.00 and notice the spin speeds varying from very fast to very slow, at times the wheels spin fast went to stop with a winning result but the suddenly going very slow to a negative result. I thought I was being a bit paranoid and changed to another game which froze at one point and then stopped a couple of times and buffered. I returned to the previous game as at this point I was smelling a rat!! Sure enough the same odd, not as per normal spin patterns. I went to the help section and eventually had an agent help me, I was advised to clear cookies etc and try again. I replied with the following “Chat cur off, no way of reconnecting as issue message. Tried to opt to complete survey and unable to open. The following was my response to the last message “I wouldn’t want to risk more funds I’ve already spent 11 pounds and convinced the poor functionality of the slots shortened my playtime/potential wins. I wouldn’t want to risk more” I think this issue reiterates that your website is not functioning correctly. Looks like I totally wasted money I could have spent elsewhere” the agent failed to reply and cut my chat off. There is absolutely no way to contact them about anything. I did an online search that took me to a page that I was not able to find on their website. I filled in a support form and it wouldn’t send. They seem to not want to provide any kind of customer service so I won’t be giving them any of my money.It’s a shame. Disgusting company.Do not respond to this email by saying “we are sorry, send an email to this address” etc. because you are not doing anything even though I sent several emails already.I have been trying to contact their transaction team due to an issue in my withdrawal. I have played on 888 for some time and have found it a reasonable site. I am not a big gambler . I only play on two sites. So far I have only withdrawn small amounts – up to a £100 or so with no probs. However, I am having a problem accessing one if their free daily games. I have emailed customer services many times and get various responses , but still no access. This has been ongoing for a couple of months now . It is just the principle which annoys me. Why offer a free daily wish game and then not allow players to access , when they have met the criteria.

Dodgy company. Opened account fine, deposited funds, then blocked. Blocked because I already had an account which I’d forgotten about, but why not block before taking my money. I have been emailing all week and getting nowhere, one even suggested I log in to see the withdrawal status, erm hello I’m blocked! Now the latest excuse is my name doesn’t match the PayPal account! Which i find unlikely unless i made a spelling error setting up the 888 account but I wouldn’t know because I’m blocked! Surely sending the money back to the original method shouldn’t be an issue? 888 casino, this company will take your money straight away without any checks, but when you want to withdraw your money they put it in processing and refuse to pay out unless you send in proof of who you are, and when you send proof, they then want you to send copies of old expired cards, it’s been overa month now and I am still waiting, there UK landline does not exist. I am surprised they still have a gambling licence in the UK as there customer service is shocking, if I had known this company was this bad at paying out I would not have joined.

Well all I can say is if I could give this site minus 5 stars I would, I have sent all my updated paperwork, and now they want a copy of my old visa card which expired last year, I explained this to them and they said get a copy from the bank…hahaha I phoned the bank for a copy they said we don’t have it as it expired and seeing how they have taken money out of the new card and I have sent them all the documents I have they can not pay it into the old card they should be able to easily pay it into the new card, if they don’t ask them again for the money, then take it up with the ombudsman let them look into it and they will have to pay for that, also any interest that I have lost out on.

Well I had no choice but to give one star because it is the minimum option there is no lower.Anybody can have an account with any bookmaker and go to poker and play for free and you can get prizes to if you win.Well 888 poker have Freeroll tournaments that if you win you get a ticket for big tournaments.I entered a tournament that had around 3000 players not one of of us has to pay a penny but the prize is a ticket worth $320.- only the winner and the runner up get it.I won the competition and there was another player left and the money dropped from above which it does when you win and I got no ticket nothing.Everyday I checked to see if they put a notification in my account about the ticket nothing happened so I thought when the tournament for the 320 ticket comes I will get it .Couple of weeks later a friend of ours apparently plays with 888 told us that she won a ticket with the same company for$200.- and never got it.This made get in touch with them to see what is going on.This was the worst experience EVER it is impossible to talk to them and all you get is the same message by email so you cannot argue.The only thing that changes is the name of the sender and the rest is a standard procedure which means they don’t even read your email because they know exactly why you are messaging them because they are CONS.They should be INVISTIGATED and to my surprise when I looked at their reviews OH MY GOD! My account was blocked, supposedly some kind of investigation, I waited over a year for them to unblock. They demanded notarised documents, of course I sent them. I received an email that my account was fully verified, but I still cannot log in. The matter was reported hundreds of times, and still supposedly the relevant department checks the account, so 2 months checking … Scammers stay away!

Similar concerns as the others posts listed here. They are more than accommodating and responsive when it relates to deposits but withdrawals have been a nightmare. It takes 3 days for them to respond a one liner (auto-messaged) and the request is vague. I have provided statements as they have requested but my withdrawal still remains as processing. You need to take initiative or they wont bother giving you your money. The help line and bots through their virtual services have been horrendous with little to no help. I do not want to get started on the amount of restrictions this website imposes on your sports bet and limits on each game.If you want to even have a chance to be considered as a reputable gambling establishment, I would recommend that you hire more staff regarding your verification team and funding department. I have lost the confidence in this website and once I am able to get my winnings, whenever this is, it will be the last.Another recommendation is to not have a bot or person answer everyone’s concerns with the most generic answers or copied support links which are little to no help. Unfortunately, customer service is non-existent. If you would like to assist 888, please reach out to me directly to get this resolved.

They are withholding winnings. For a few weeks they claimed the pictures are blurry, or not received. Now they can no longer claim this, as they’ve had the copies sent so many times, they are just ignoring me.Every day you ask the chat bot / person with poor english and every day they say they will escalate it, goodbye. Weeks. I don’t know at what point to go to a solicitor. Their usual bot will reply here and say just contact the only email address or speak to the chat again. And so it goes on. Quick to take money but if you win significantly I don’t see how you get your money. There are no managers, no phone line, and no other contact than offshored botted chat box.

I have been playing on this site for a while and did not have any problem until now but on 4/7 I had a nice win on a game show and since then I have been unable yet to withdraw my money. I have £5008.89 ‘awaiting process’ and nobody tells me what the problem is. They tell me that my documents have now been processed and that they will escalate to the relevant department but nothing seems to be happening. I intend to follow the process to take them to court as I have lost faith in that they have any intention to pay me. Once this has been resolved I will never play on this site again. In fact it has make me think if is worth it gambling online at all. Things only go smoothly when they are taking your money.
