I have an account with 888 and play there now and then. The reason i leave a 3 star review is that according to Trustpilot further information on the company 888 are responding to 99% of negative reviews but not flagging them and having the reviews removed, which is great as it would seem some other casinos are rapidly able to silence any negatives and its highly annoying and makes research pre deposit/play more lengthy and annoying on the various casinos I choose to sign up too.Final say: you can win a nice amount at any casino as the game providers are shared but you have to read up these days, take time to think and research 🙂

The worst site by far. Been on skyvegas 5 years and still play. Been using 888 for 2 days and I’m already getting rid of it. If you want to have fun this definitely not the place to go you’ll get 6 minutes playing time with £30 with zero wins… and if you want to win money… you’ve got NO chance.

It’s like they don’t even try to hide the algorithms anymore! New players will win big within the first few games, then if they withdraw the money, they’ll never win big again, unless of course they deposit more money. If you play live poker you’ll know that the type of hands you see on a regular basis online, are rare as blue moons in live play. 888 is the sort of poker you see in Casino Royale where everyone in the hand hits monsters. The rarest occurrences online, it seems, are hands being won with a simple Ace high, which happens all the time in live play. I’m honestly not sure how they get away with it, legally. There must be something in the small print somewhere but I’m not going to bother looking. I’ve already given them enough of my time and money. My STRONG recommendation to you is to not bother with online poker, particularly 888. It’s 100% a scam. Save your money and enter live tournaments instead!

I am absolutely fuming at this company, I make an account, make a few deposits & to my amazement I win £350, I withdraw it. Next day my accounts blocked. I had to go through a lengthy email process back & fourth with multiple agents, finally the operations team accepts my documentation & reopened my account, I then deposited more, won again another £200, so this is now £550 they owe me! I made a total of £172 in deposits keep in mind! & Again the very next day… Account is blocked again!!! Now they just aren’t responding to emails, even when they do it’s just a response saying your account is with the relevant team. They just won’t pay me, robbed me blind!

Hi guys hope everyone reads this. I deposited £350 on my friends phone with my own account and my own bank card as my phone was broken at the time. I added my own card to his Apple Pay and signed into MY own account. I got lucky and won 3k. Upon trying to withdraw it they asked me for ID which I uploaded and was accepted. They then closed my account and have been asking for the past 8 days for proof of Apple ID and wallet which I have also sent over numerous times and explained myself many of times and I keep getting the same email back. My winnings and my own money is stuck in my account I can’t access it I can’t withdraw it and I’m pulling my hair out over it. Online chat is absolutely useful there is no contact number I have emailed over 13 times with evidence of my own bank statements clearly showing it was my card and my account and quite simply my money just logged in on my friends handset. Please if anyone can give me any advise on how I can get my funds back and my winnings in to my bank account and to have this account fully closed and to be done with this absolute shambles of a company.If I could give 0 stars I really would. Withdrew quite a few times for low amounts and had no problem.Try to withdraw a more substantial amount 6k and now have to upload countless documents. Uploaded everything requested and no response other than one photo is blurry, so re uploaded and nothing back. BULLS**t! Shocking betting company, happy to take your money but find any way to get out of paying!

Horrible experience with customer service. My account is verified 14 times. Now it have been locked like 2 months. I have verified all my documents but customer service or operation team dont aswer or send any information what documents they need. I have played there like 10 years, my id has checked 12 times, every paying method like 15 times, customer service answers maybe once in a week. Most disrespectful experience in my gaming history. I was told my source of funds had been accepted yet I’m still restricted. Up to 21 days to review source of funds documents is nothing short of ridiculous. I had it “escalated” but that’s clearly a lie because I’m still restricted after nearly two weeks. Arline P incredibly rude on live chat. Not acceptable. Hopeless service.Worst customer service of any online gaming site I’ve ever experienced.No customer service available to any member that is unable to log in. I have been unable to log into my account for over 6 months. There is over £500 in credit in my account and absolutely no way of being able to access customer support without being able to log in. Their customer support phone lines have been permanently closed. After few winnings 888bet.com closed my account immediately, without a word saying that “they started investigation into my betting activity”. They couldnt answer to me how long it will take or what is the problem with my betting (apart I won smth). Signed up to 888, inputted all my personal details, name, date of birth, phone number, email address etc. Account was created and I was EMailed telling my that an arbitrary decision had been made not to allow me to claim the bonus promised. When contact refused to give rationale as to why then has taken my personal details and then refused. Refused to state if my details had been handed to 3rd parties for advertising.

I opened an account with 888 only after losing for a few months did I get asked for proof of funds after several attempts in Feb I was thanked for the information and told I would hear by 17 march . In the meantime my account was suspended I could not deposit or withdraw money. Two months later after numerous emails and chats online even after it got escalated. Absolutely nothing . I think they have lost my financial information. I will be contacting the data commissioners office and making a formal complaint to the gambling commission. Be warned .

Three times whilst playing roulette the picture was lost (frozen) after the spin but before the result meaning that I did not see where the ball landed. Very bad experience with this betting site. Honestly just use Bet365 true professionals. Once you create account with 888 they ask you for verifications okay up to here. I uploaded everything and then I was allowed to deposit money (before you get verified you are not allowed to deposit) I deposited 35 pounds and I was logged off immediately and my account was terminated and they asked me again for further verification. I entered live chat and asked for a refund and termination of my account and they said they cant do that. I just uploaded the verifications again and I wont use that bad site again. Keep in mind I was just trying to place my FIRST BET EVER WITH 888.

Unfortunately can only describe my experience as awful, unpleasant, unprofessional and ignorant.I sighed up for an 888 account just over a week ago, and within a few minutes of signing up and sending my ID I got an email form them saying “ due to an internal decision you are not eligible to receive any bonuses on this account”So I messaged them to ask why this was, my email was completely ignored, I then messaged them via chat and was told that it’s an operations decision and Ineed to contact them, which is who I emailed in the first place, I then found a link to send a message directly to operations team, and got the same email back just telling me that “ to an internal decision you are not eligible to receive any bonuses on this account”I have asked multiple times, for a reason for this, and they do not give a reply,So I have closed the account today and have had an email asking to express my views on their service.Well here they are.Do not bother with them, they do not seem to understand any questions, if the response you require does not fit into one of their standard email templates then they ignore you.I’m really disappointed with them and will be sharing my opinion with anyone who will listen.I will also be sending an SAR request to see if that sheds any light on why they feel it’s appropriate to treat customers in this way.

Generally OK site, Paypal withdraws are lightening quick (minutes), which is great. But ApplePay withdraws take an age (days) which makes me think twice about using this site.If you deposit and withdraw by ApplePay, be prepared to wait for your money, and it’s very variable. Sometimes a day, other times, 3 days. . btw it’s not the card company, many other gambling sites refund by ApplePay much quicker.

Opened an account to enjoy Cheltenham festival as I’m off work .All went well and deposited £20 to get me going . Managed to place 1 bet then got logged out saying I had to have my account verified. Placed a bet on the first race at Cheltenham with the promise of money back if your horse finished 2nd or 3rd, I finished second, this was two days ago and no money back yet, and also the free spins they promised everyday during Cheltenham have not materialised, it seems they made these offers just to get business, people will just stop using this betting site because they make promises they don’t keep.
