I’m not sure, why there are so many bashers of Sportingbet. How many sportbooks has that cash out feature, if you do change your mind, cancel, won’t lose any money. The odds, prices are super fair, buying points, if your a serious player, Sportingbet has to be one of your outs. It seems all these bashers are the bonus whores, people that don’t fulfill their rollovers. I would recommend to not have these issues, ask questions, online chat, always accessible during day, and make sure before you send money verify your account.

Don’t deposit any money you will not get it back! I signed up and received an email saying ‘Congratulations you’re fully verified. You can now deposit and withdraw funds as well as play and bet across all our exciting games and sports’. So I placed a bet with the welcome offer and won £20.50. I had an email the day after saying I wasn’t fully verified and they needed to be sent personal documents. I then tried to withdraw the money and they will not let me or even give my deposit back until I send these ‘personal documents’. Customer Service fobbed me off and so I closed my account and accepted the loss. DO NOT USE!

Signed up as I’d read that they offered low minimum stakes on a betting comparison site. Turned out this wasn’t the case so logged on to chat to close my account. When I told them the reason, I was kicked out of the chat, my account blocked and a generic email sent to tell me my account was now closed. It’s now 10 days after this and I’ve still not received any money back. Steer well clear.

This is an awful company it shouldn’t allowed to operate. They are racists and discriminate customers. I created an account, deposit funds, send my documents, verified my account and placed a bet. After 2 or 3 months that I wasn’t betting at all I logged in my account and I received an email from them that they wanted to know how much money I could afford to spend, time I spend on gambling, where I find the money to gamble. I answered. They demanded my bank statements and restricted my access to my account. I send everything to them and they came back to me:Dear Dimitrios, I regret to inform you that Fun88 have decided to close your account. As part of our sign-up and log in process Risk Management checks are carried out against our customers device numbers.The device you used to interact with our website triggered an alert, and upon review it has been deemed the nature of that alert exceeds what is deemed to be an acceptable risk.As such, the management team have decided not to continue the business relationship. I demanded to learn more. What was the problem, what I did wrong and they kept telling me their decision is final and they couldn’t give me more information. I kept asking until they told me:Our systems have flagged your withdrawal due to lack of turnover, £600 was deposited and only £8 of this has been staked, can you please provide an explanation for this?Avoid them. You will loose your time and if you win I doubt they will pay you and will find a reason to void your winnings. They blocked my account without even betting. Do you imagine what they would do if I had win?

A few years ago I won quite a large bet with this company around £7/8k. They accepted the bet before the event the event ran and afterwards they told me due to a pricing error they won’t be paying me, i asked at the time have all bets been void from the event then for other people who would have lost there money will they be told about the pricing error and be given a full refund and they wouldn’t tell me so they could have just voided the winning side. This had also happened to a friend of mine using Sporting Index. I spoke to a manger at the company after and he offered me a few hundred pound to not follow up on this i declined and never saw a penny, If you want to bet money and then know afterwards if you do well there’s a chance you’re not going to get paid i would highly recommend Sporting Index as they offer that.

OK, I give honest reviews.I gave myself a short holiday from the platform through frustration of the software. Then they send me an email to say are you happy gambling. So the real truth is I’m happy, however not with your Odds software which is beta, circa 1990.1. You will never be able to place a bet on a horse race if the advertised off price has gone. The market just disappears, let’s say the Grand National is two minutes late off, you have no chance of getting a bet on. 2. The cash out on odds is a laugh. Example. £25 win on a even money pre race. 2 minutes before the off, 4/6, offer… £17. That’s a joke right?3. Sometimes your never ever sure your bet is taken, it gives no indication a trader maybe checking it… So you may inadvertently hit enter twice.. DON’T!You will find you have 2 or 3 bets stacked for the same bet. See 2 to try and get out. 4. The update on “in play scores and cash out” is very very slow, you try n cash out when the scores are in your favor? Not a chance.So SI don’t assume people who may leave or holiday from your platform have issues, look closer to home at the service you offer. Their customer service is non existent. You send an email and are lucky to get a response at all, certainly not on a time frame to resolve any issues. They have no Ap and their golf markets are very misleading, always defaulting to “outright” markets that are the most lucrative for them (e.g. you think you are betting on the outright of a golf market but it defaults to a “six shooter”. I would strongly advise anyone not to open an account with them as there are far better alternatives which thrive on customer service and experience

when your losing they are happy to take your money, when you start winning they lower your bets allowed to a minimum… start losing again and they allow you to bet higher again..complain and they a rude and ignore you then they close your account

Crap customer service. Placed a couple of bets with them. Won some money and went to bet on my team for this weekend. I was told I could only bet 87p. Went on live chat they said it was a tech error and they would get it fixed. I then received an email saying I was banned under their sites terms and conditions. Megan then sent me a link to their entire terms and conditions (there’s a lot). Without actually pointing me to what I’ve done wrong. Might as well not bothered to respond to me. Oh well. I’ll take my custom back to proper bookies. Since they can’t be asked to explain stuff properly. Not the end of the world cause I’m not much of a gambler but don’t appreciate rubbish customer service. i enjoy the occasional bet especially during lock down. I opened a game account for Betclic earlier this week. I did everything as requested i.e. I registered, I verified my account via email, I sent my document successfully. I won and tried to cash out 580 euros. The repatriation should have been completed by Betclic within 48 hours. I’ve been with betboro now for a while and I have had no negative experiences with them. I’ve received a friendly customer service and specially all their offer is really interesting for me. Comparing to the other bookies I also use, they are offering huge markets and also many lower leagues around the globe. Although I have seen and read the comments, I wanted to give a try and for me it was worth to do so – I’ll stay with betboro.

Gotta laugh at companies like this. :-))Reading the reviews on here I’m glad they blocked me before I put my money in. I regard it as a lucky escape and would caution ‘buyer beware’. For your own sanity do not use this company! Website is very slow with many glitches, constantly crashing. It is easier to get blood out of a stone than it is to withdraw your winnings, they make you run around in circles requesting many documents, changing the withdrawal process on you etc. I went to withdraw money and the only option to do this was by wire transfer, 2 days later they emailed to say it had to be changed to visa but no option to cancel the transaction etc. This company is a joke, will be reporting them to the Gambling Commission.

Mr Green is a flashy and attractive casino site that draws you in. I won significantly less than I would expect off the slots and realised this was a bottomless pit I wouldn’t waste any more money on.I was disgusted that Mr Green charges you just to withdraw your OWN money. No other site I use does such a thing. I would recommend sticking to PokerStars at least they don’t try this underhand tactic.

I have been using it successfully for sportsbetting for over 4 years, after pinnaclesports closed their site for many countries. Also i have it connected to my 12 years old pokerstars account with free transfers between them. Just think about it, does Pokerstars with millions of rake collected daily need to scam customers ? Do You know how You recognize real broker ? They don´t offer free bonuses.

verified my ID & address. played a bit, had some bad luck, lost. refilled my acc and suddenly they want source of funds – alright fairs I send them my betslips which I won somewhere else and which are my source of income. they want something with my name? alright I send them transactions to my bank account. I usually play with the more established bookies. Wasn’t sure about registering with betboro given the negative reviews. Registered and deposited recently, all seems ok. The verification procedure was straight forward and my account was verified before I was able to deposit.Shortly after I’ve also received an email where betboro advised me about the deposit limits available on the platform, and also the time-outs and self exclusion periods available. I would advise on adding some promotions as there seems to be none at the moment. Apart from that, all good.

My husband has been trying to withdrawal his money since October 2020, when he received an email saying UK sites were no longer going to be able to bet with them. His account was verified but he was asked to send a picture of himself with his passport. This he done but told not clear, he has spoken to 9 people on chat, one person 3 times, they say his picture isn’t clear and they cant read his passport. Well he and I can read it on my phone! He has emailed them to complain in December …no reply he has a nice sum of money in there, he is not getting nowhere. Avoid at all costs!

Joined Energy bet at 11am yesterday 20th Jan. I was able to register an make a £900 deposit. I had already seen a football game I was happy with and wanted to place a bet. Gone to place it an it states error insufficient funds. From experience I always send my documents for verification before betting, causes less issues and delays down the line.So, I had uploaded my passport, front and back images, a bank statement dated 16th Jan, images of my bank card I would deposit with, front and back. All crystal clear images (and previously used to validate elsewhere without a single query).I do a chat after being unable to bet. Only to be told I’m blocked from betting and depositing/withdrawing until data checks completed. Explained I had already uploaded everything needed to verify account. Told up to 3 working days to wait for verification.Email asking me to complete a gambling questionnaire – COMPLETEDEmail asking for employment status, salary, own property, source of funds – COMPLETEDEmail asking for an image of me holding my passport -COMPLETEDEmail 12hours later stating mugshot holding passport has been rejected, I’m required to take a photo of myself holding my passport and a piece of paper with today’s date on. -COMPLETEDAccount is still blocked for use, can’t access my money, place bets, withdraw, deposit etc.This site has caused me nothing but unnecessary stress and hassle, they have requested that much information I query the safety of my information, they have enough information to steal my identity!! Ok, so my review is a little premature as I still await my withdrawal but having read the other ones (I had genuine concerns about this) I felt it’s only right to share my own experience. Having uploaded my docs last night they were then verified immediate lot when I went on chat and the agent (Rolf) was very helpful. The site isn’t great, there are glitches but they do offers some good regal odds for sports. Charges for transactions is a bit naughty but I can live with that. Overall I’m happy and feel 4 stars is a fair score.

I understand they’re primarily spread betting but their fixed odds are not good. Firstly no live feed so if I place a bet I have to go watch it elsewhere. How can you not show UK horse racing in 2021??Secondly no Best odds guaranteed and thirdly and most importantly the odds are truly truly terrible. If you check an odds comparison website you’ll see they are never ever top price on football. They’re always near the rock bottom. No idea why they bother with fixed odds if they’re not going to give any value. If you see a team 4/6 they’ll be 4/7 you can bet on itDon’t bother. I can only imagine the great rating are from people who have been asked for reviews knowing they’d give great feedback

Please do not bet with these scammers. Had 12 fold football accum with 11 selections won with one to go next day. No cash out offered at all which is just disgraceful and then when team I had was winning 1-0 I deposited £150 to cover the draw and other team to win and to my amazement they wouldn’t accept my bets and then the live betting for the match totally disappeared.I checked other online betting sites and they all still had live betting on the match. About 10 minutes later the other team equalised and Within 30 secs the live betting appeared again.???With the odds coming down I was unable to cover my bet at all to make any real profit and my bet went down. Left me very angry that they can play tricks on punters like this. When I quizzed them in chat service they told me they had a technical issue and that it amazingly resolved it’s self after the equalising goal hahahahahahahahhahahahahahaha what a joke!!!!You’ve all been warned!!!!And another thing it must be worst ever bookies to give any kind of free bets or bonuses no matter how much you spend with them. Illegally run bookmaker. I tried to open an account and was rejected despite never having had a bet with any of the businesses in the group. I made a subject access request and found out that they had purchased data about accounts I hold with other bookmakers which is in violation of GDPR regulations

This outfit is the lowest of the lowest, if you win anything and try to withdraw you will pay a fee. I Withdrew 25.00 and charged £4.64 then withdrew 30.00 and was charged another £4.64. They came up with the crappy excuse that punters can only make ONE free withdrawal a week without charge… NO OTHER BOOKIE does this kind of crap… it is pure theft. As they are based in MALTA it’s difficult to do anything about this scam… Also NONE of the 3 staff employed by this mickeymouse company has a clue about anything so waste of time communicating.
