Subject: Account Closure at Bet At Home Without Evidence or ExplanationDear All,I would like to share my experience with the platform Bet At Home, which recently closed my account without any prior warning, evidence, or explanation.I have put a lot of effort into providing all the requested documents and information, yet despite this, my account was closed. This is very unacceptable to me, as everything they requested was duly submitted.What frustrates me the most is the fact that, after closing my account, they retained my withdrawal of around €4,500, which I consider unfair. I’ve come across some crooks in my time but these take the cake.. I deposited 100 . It was taken from my Revolut account immediately. Then I find it has not been credited to my bet at home account! Live chat says they will investigate and get back to me in a very open ended way, so basically do not deposit anything here because they will simply keep it. I’m not letting it go though I will hound them . You’ve been warned. They are genuine thieves.

Shocking service levels. Cash out continually never available with no explanation. Withdrawals cancelled blaming your bank just to make you gamble any winnings. Very dodgy.I recently deposited £20 into my account. However I noticed 2 transaction have been taken from my Barclays account of £20 each meaning I have been double charged . (Transaction numbers are in sequence from the merchant) Barclays are awful because it’s a gaming account and bet at home are denying it . Saying they only have £20 . If you use them check your bank balances as they are con artists

This book just closed my account without any information, When I wanted to log into my account I noticed that my account is locked. I asked support what happened to my account and they said”It’s closed Due to irregularities with your documents”I made deposit of 500GBP in total and after loosing half of it, I made back my deposit with 450GBP profit. Then they just closed my account with 950GBP balance.This is pure scam policy

If I could give zero I would. Not only does this site have some shockingly low odds it also take a long time for any winning bets to be paid out. On top of this they have a strange first goal scorer rule that even if the player is on the bench and a goal goes in the bet is void, this is the only site I have ever seen this to be the case. With the amount of very good competition out there for betting they are very, very behind. I will close my account and steer everyone I can away from them.

Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part I’ve had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says it’s paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and it’s been over a week. I really do like utilizing this app, but no customer should have to chase their withdrawals, especially when our deposits always work… I have obtained my bank statement for this period to aid in this process but still have not heard from Betway. Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn’t give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. This company closed my account because I was not meeting ‘responsible gaming requirements’ they claim they use to prevent ‘problem gambling’.Sure, I’ve stepped up my gambling this week, but that was due to the darts tournament.I’m not exactly loaded, but I do have an household income of well over £67k a year, so I don’t think betting £90 is the end of the word, nor implies I have a gambling problem.It appears this site upsets quite many people in one way or another.
