Absolute con job of a bookmaker.Started the £50 bonus, won 1 horse race bet and they RESTRICTED MY ACCOUNT to £1 max stakes so I have zero chance of even fulfilling the absolute mess of the wagering that they require.Happily keep accepting deposits, however as soon as you want to withdraw, BAMMM! We require 3 different types of identification, happy keep taking my deposits though.I sent off driving licence, bank statement, and photo of card.They have the cheek to come back a week later and say they can’t accept the bank statement, so now they require a 4th. Played for 5 years on betathome. Recently I won a couple of thousands.
Later I received an email that they disable the deposit method credit card for me.
I asked why and they answered that they are allowed.

Deposited and tried to withdraw, they told me it was a requirement that I MUST wager it before withdrawing my funds (which isn't true, they have a legal obligation to give your money back from your account, as per the gambling commission website: "Players must not be made to meet wagering requirements before they can withdraw money from their deposit balance").

Eventually they acknowledged this and let my withdrawal go through, but they then immediately closed my account. They're flat out liars, best to avoid.

Please do not bet with these scammers.
Had 12 fold football accum with 11 selections won with one to go next day.
No cash out offered at all which is just disgraceful and then when team I had was winning 1-0 I deposited £150 to cover the draw and other team to win and to my amazement they wouldn’t accept my bets and then the live betting for the match totally disappeared.
I checked other online betting sites and they all still had live betting on the match. About 10 minutes later the other team equalised and Within 30 secs the live betting appeared again.???
With the odds coming down I was unable to cover my bet at all to make any real profit and my bet went down.
Left me very angry that they can play tricks on punters like this.
When I quizzed them in chat service they told me they had a technical issue and that it amazingly resolved it’s self after the equalising goal hahahahahahahahhahahahahahaha what a joke!!!!
You’ve all been warned!!!!

Been using this site for years and I am impressed…I started betting months ago, charged my account with £1500,and i lost all. BEWARE: Do NOT bet with this so called bookmaker. I placed numerous bets on a certain market with them over a 4 week period. They voided them all as they say the odds were wrong.
