I have been in this site for 2yrs and on the whole been good. But today I was so bummed, I was playing a game and was winning but then get a error message and game crashed, so I didn’t get my winnings. When I went back on the game surprise surprise it was working. Is it their way of keeping our money and making sure people don’t take their profits.

This is one of the worst Betting Apps, they make it look good compared to most with how your able to follow whatever match you bet on but they glitch like crazy and take 48hrs or more to send you money withdrawals. Of course it is a lot less time to deposit meaning even if you win, you’ll have to wait almost 2 days to get you’re money back to your bank account inconveniencing you from profiting throughout those 2 days. If I could give them a zero I would. Tried Blackjack and they use either bots or employees, they do stupid things (like staying on 10) to make sure the table loses. Dealers get 20 or 21 way too frequently. Tried sports betting, did a hockey parlay 4 levels, won the first 3, last one was “which team wins period 1” I chose a team period ended tied 1 goal each (tie is not an option” so you would think that’s a push but no they call that a loss, which killed the parlay. Another time I actually won $2000 and tried to withdraw it and they made me go through a three week verification process, they do anything to discourage you from withdrawing money. Avoid this rip off site at all costs.

I placed a bet on the second half of a basketball game under 78.5 points. In that half 69 points were scored but it went into overtime. The bet was decided as lost. An abuse by bet365. According to any basketball rule a quarter or half cannot be extended. Extra time is related to the entire match and not to a half or quarter of the game.I had previous bets where I bet on the second half over. The half ended under but the match went into overtime and ended in a draw. The points scored in overtime were not counted towards the second half but only towards the match and the bet was decided as lost. (Correct in this case)

Spent over an hour on the phone then had to wait over a month for my account to be verified. I’d been with them for ten years already up to this point. I then discover there are limits placed on my account so I can’t have a meaningful bet. I believe this is because I won a fairly large amount of money on an accumulator. I’ve read through all these other reviews and I don’t know, maybe they just like me but I’ve not had a single issues with Bet365. Sure I’ve had some loses but in the last 24 hours I’ve made 3 withdrawals adding up to about $2000 ($900, $800, $300) and the money was transferred within a couple hours. But that’s just me. (FYI, I only play slots and sports bet)

I have been using Bet 365 for almost one year now and I must say that their RTP seems accurate. Immediate payout. Vast Gaming section. If anything the Lotto section can be improved by allowing player to make smaller bets as at present it starts with 10p; I understand that it seems low but when you arrange several combination of numbers that will add up very quickly putting off smaller players to even consider opting for combos.Anyhow I had great fun with bet365 and I will still use it along other online casinos.NB if you read my previous feedback for other online casinos they are mostly negative … so if I leave 5 stars they do really deserve it.

They have no problem allowing you to deposit 2000, but as soon as you try to withdrawal anything over 1500, they put you through the most painful verification process. I have been waiting 2 months already and still have no answer from them. Like other reviewers mentioned, they ask for a credit card statement for a card I haven’t used in 2 years. Like why can’t they ask for the card I used the last 12 months? It’s only cause they want to find a reason not to pay out. Luckily I kept my records and had PDF bills on my computer. Sent everything and still waiting. I filed a complaint through our gaming commission.

I thought I would give this site a shot. I deposited $60 after signing up and lost it all very quickly even on $0.40 bets. Bonuses seem very hard to hit and when they did hit, it would only give me like $10 back. I closed my account because I don’t believe it’s possible to win on this site. Very low pay outs and very poor selection of games. Definitely would not recommend.
