Absolutely unbelievable how bad the slots are here they are definitely not regulated correctly you can believe all the nonsense but I can guarantee they are not regulated properly. Thousands of pounds in and no wins you get your RTP and find out that it’s incorrect so they don’t even give you correct data stay away from these the gambling commission are terrible as well they are of no help whatsoever they are rude as well it’s as if they are involved and it makes sense because they need sites like Bet365 to stay in business so it makes perfect sense for them to side with the scammers because that’s how they stay in business.

How on earth have Bet365 got so many 1 stars? Me & my husband have an account in the past 6 weeks for a bit of fun & my husband can’t stop winning plus he won on his free horse racing bets. He then withdrew his winnings & in the account within 5 minutes. He plays on the sports site & the casino & yesterday he won 25 free spins from free play game Mercenary & won 50 times the stake back. At midnight on April 11 and 12, I had fraudulent transactions totaling £1,670 from Bet365. I reported them immediately and blocked my card, but transactions continued until my account was emptied. Halifax initially refunded me but then reversed it, stating Bet365 confirmed the transactions were mine. I provided Halifax with evidence of my location and MAC address, but they are not helping, and Bet365 isn’t responding. Any advice on how to recover my money?

Just closed my account after years of gambling on horses, greyhound and football mainly. Over the weekend a cash out offered £19.80 I accepted and cashed out, the following day I got an email stating they had made an error and changed this to £8.70 , I complained back and forth 5 tines, they just don’t care and stated small print, morally so wrong. Just read reviews on here seems like all have the same views, yesterday got a message (you need to deposit to watch race) strange when money in the account then message ( we’ve withdrawn your promotions ) so took money out of the account, which fair to them they transferred, then a email we’re closing your account, shame is a great site, but like some other gambling site don’t like it when your not making deposits!

These ante-customer people keep making life as difficult as they possibly can. Yesterday I asked for my winnings to be paid back into my RBS account. This morning they told me the RBS card issuer had refused to accept the payment in. The Bank & its card issuer confirm 100% that they have not & would not refuse a payment in. I have tried 3-4 times today to get them to pay my winnings back to me & this is their answer every time—we are not to blame. No other Bookmaker has this problem

Bet placed in error and they know how easy the “place get” button is trigge friendly! By the time they reply bet has lost even tho bet was placed by mistake they don’t do anything. Most betting company have confirm bet or cancel within 10 seconds but not this was just a scam

Just a very small punter on sports and have been with this company for over 20 years. All the extras gradually taken away, no more best odds guaranteed, no more ITV racing free bet 4/1 winner, no more free bet bore score draw on football and now I have had all the free games removed. Bet credits are a waste of time anyway and now you have to use them within a short time. Shame Bet365 you used to be good, obviously not making a much as you used to.

It’s a betting company so you’re going to be ripped off. We know and accept this but Bet365 take this way too far. I’ve played the same games consecutively on different sites for a few weeks and I’m starting to notice the pattern. On the upside they’ve just been fined millions AGAIN by the Gambling Commission. Report if you feel they’ve been unhelpful the GC do take complaints seriously even if Bet365 don’t.

False promises. I joined Bet365 for this years Grand National. I was promised £30 of free bets and spent £25 on bets for the big race. The £30 was not added to my account, if it was then I couldn’t find it! When I sent an email complaining about this I was told it had been added to my account but had to be used within a week! This is not a fair offer, I would not have started an account with them if I new this was how they treated their customers.

I recently won £5k on bet365games and they banned me when I tried to withdraw and took it…Never had a problem with withdrawals was always pretty fast but when I tried to do it this time I first got a message saying I was restricted then they banned my account saying my account was suspicious so I won’t receive the money only what I had in my balance before it… Awful company complete scam n all these bad reviews just prove it

How silly are the traders at Bet365?Very very silly.On the AFL when a round starts and games are in play they have for 9 weeks left Top 8 betting open.So you could back a team playing Friday night for top 8. If they were losing the Friday night game you could cash out the bet for no loss. Why? Because the traders had not amended the odds.So if a team was winning a game during the round you could jump on at same odds even if that same team was definite to win the game in play.The traders finally wised up and closed the loophole. But seriously how silly are they?A three year old would say the names Billy not silly! I’m not sure the traders could make this claim. No wander Bet365 loses money.

Been using bet365 a number of years for both sport betting and slots. The last few months have been absolutely terrible, the slot machines hardly pay out anything, I am hundreds of pounds down and no way of getting that back now, they say gambling should be fun, it is not fun to lose a lot of hard earned money to get nothing back in return.
