I had unsettled bets that were taking place in November, and to my surprise when I logged in in my account they were gone, with the money I bet and everything. The bet history was erased too. My activity shows how much I spent and in which month, but I can’t see my bets anymore. Customer service is slow, puts me on wait half hour at the time, then I got logged out and lost the chat. Very surprised by so many negative reviews.. in my opinion, Bet365 is one of the best out there.. Been with them for a while, played slots mainly, so far it’s all been good, not a problem at all. I have won over $10K cad on Bet365, by betting a few hundred dollars a day and winning over and over… but the reason I stopped using 365 was because they began to stop me from cashing out early while my team is many ahead. The button says “Cashout Unavailable”.When I first started 365, the TV commercials show a guy cashing out early and this had me intrigued. I thought ‘wow what a great option” and I used this method many times to get my cash before the game ended or before my team starts to slide. It’s been about 4 months with absolutely no issue cashing out until recently.I messaged 365 on October 20th 2023. I told them my Phillies were ahead by 3 points in the 6th inning beating the Diamondbacks. It was prime time to cashout and get 150 bucks from that.They turned off the cashout button on me for 4 whole innings while my Phillies slid down hill. Bet 365 claimed “we cannot guarentee the cashout early button will always be available” and then I started going off about how the cashout button is unavailable when bet 365 advertizements and commercials on TV state otherwise.So after winning so much on Bet365 for so long, they turned on me and most likely made a custom bot for me specifically to block my early cashout opportunities. Straight scam for new customer deal. I opted into the bet $5 for $150 deal and then still had to activate it within my settings in a very conspicious spot. Since I had opted in I didn’t think this would be necessary, and didn’t even think about it, then proceeded to not get the new customer deal. Make sure you go through the labyrinth that is their app to ensure you have the new deal active even if you opted in. Good way for them to ensure two bets out of a new user.

Disgraceful scammers. When you win they refuse to pay you. When they cause an error they refuse to pay you. They also have in their rules that they can CHANGE your bet receipt to a losing bet when it won, And you won’t notice unless you take a screenshot of your bet every time. I had a bet on a football match and wanted to cash out. The app was glitching and wouldn’t allow me to cash out. I contacted bet365 agent and asked them to cash out for me because of the reasons I had stated.They refused to do so and in the mean time 15 minutes AFTER a contacted an agent my bet went down.The agent informed that failed cash outs was not the responsibility of bet365 and so I.would have to accept the loss. I was set up with an agent during this years super bowl (2023). Everything was explained to me by him and I agreed. I personally, place multiple sports bets across many sports. So after about 8 months, I finally have back to back winning weeks, and now my agent locked my account and is refusing to pay the money. I always payed what I owed on all my loses and was on time each week. This was never an issue until this week when I got up 6.4k. He started accusing me of multiple logins at one time and stating he is not paying anymore and locked my account. I would advise anyone to be setup through them. Just joined bet365 . Deposited 10 pound qs soon as I deposited I got booted out the account and every time I try to log in it says I’ve entered wrong details. Requested a code to change the password and password changed then exactly the same problem . 4 requests later and still saying its wrong. I discovered that it is a tactic used to get you self exclude. Self exclusions must be brownie points for them off the gambling commission.I deposited ten pound per day and only gambled in pennies. Due to their technical problem on 3 October I couldn’t cash out 550€ bet although I had already put automated cash out still nothing. Tried to communicate with their customer service and they were sending me automated answers and cheap excuses. Same thing happened during the WC Final which is twice a “coincidence”.
