I’ve been betting for a long time now and haven’t seen such a poor company. Interface is full of glitches, sometimes I place a bet and it diseppears for no reason. Most of the time they just remove live games or when I search it appears but it doesn’t even work. last week they cashed-out my betslip by themselves and their support-line couldn’t even fix it. Now they can’t even manage deposits and because of that I’ve been losing money. Have to switch to betway. Shame.

Bet365 are nothing but carefully masked con-artists. They don’t like you winning and when I won £32k over the course of 20 days, they threw their toys out of the pram and restricted my account. Placed a bet on bet builder last night and it came in but refused to pay out as OPTA which is a corrupt organisation decided that Stirlings cross because it caught the defenders shin pad which is not part of his body. Said he never assisted in the goal. Contacted them they said optas never gave it as an assist so it is not. So these companies say they are independent and better than each other but basically they all use Opta which means you are basically using an independent private run funded by these betting companies which means it cannot be independent at all.

Iam going crazy and stressed to the level my heart going to stop . Or probably iam going homeless. Absolute joke of a gambling site. They hide little t&cs in the rules of certain bets where you have to go digging to find such. For example, I placed a bet there on under 5.5 cards in the game. There was 5 cards in the game but APPARENTLY because there were 2 yellow cards resulting in a red card, this now counts as 3 cards. But this isn’t stated anywhere unless you go to the settings sections and then go into 4 sub categories to find it.

Stay away, they make it super hard to withdraw your funds. It’s insane that you allow funds to be deposited in a number of ways but withdrawals are only available through bank transfer, and they request almost a blood test to do it (I did not complete the withdrawal yet).

Oh I would give this site 0 stats if I could. I won a good amount of money on casino I withdrew 1600 early hours of Sunday morning which arrived within a few hours. Bet365 or allsports is the worst betting online site atleast for Indian gamers. I try initially, it was good, once I started making money in horse races. Bet365 restricted my betting from 3500/- to 50/- Rs. Just. and in some times it displays message exceeds limit. Bet365 has the worst customer support I have ever come across, it is truely shocking, especially as all the other aspects of the business are done really well, you would of thought their support would be top tier aswell….but its anything but that…the chatters dont know how to help someone. You get transferred through to about 7 differnent people to solve one small issue. This was so bad I actually decided to leave them and go with another company, and although their odds arent quite as good as bet365s it makes it all worth it due to the support team alone. Never ever deal with bet365 support, they dont want to help you and you will spend lots of time being transferred around to only be transferred to the initial person you spoke to again…the companys support is a messs, STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!
