I played on this platform, but I didn’t like it. It takes too much time to deposit, and sometimes the amount doesn’t appear in my account. Additionally, customer support doesn’t address my problems properly

Crockery of a company I usually play their online games yesterday deposited £1050 recieved 2 bonuses from the total deposit paid me £200 max return on Eye of horus played roulette also every time I do a high bet I notice the ball lands next to your number I can see the set up they need to recieve a substantial amount of money from you until you get a decent win. This morning spent another £600 played Fishin bonanza no win no bonus only the award you little £2 or £1 wins on £5 stake which I was playing eye of horus, Fishin frenzy £5 stake the same give you small wins along with a bonus tease but nope you don’t get awarded any bonus, in fact eye of horus I did get a bonus however paid me £6 on £5 stake after being £600 in shame of a company total crooks avoid at all cost such a scam.

Complete trash experience, made a cashout some days ago and it hasn’t reached my account, at this point I’m not even waiting for it and accepted I’ve been scammed. I don’t know how this guys can sponsor such big companies.

i had opened an account on bet 365 and apparantly you need to use an app to bet i was on the general web site and a message came up when i tried to place a bet indicating that i would need to bet from my phone and i decided to withdrawl my funds and never recieved my money

Cash out option showing a value and fluctuating but every time I pressed it was not working spoke to Cs and a couple of hours after my bet lost they said cash out was working do not bet on sports here.

Beware of “MuchBetter” Wallet. It is a Scam!! They are taking customers’ money. They stole my money. They message you asking for the transaction details when you notify them, but they will say things like “We can’t find the transaction with code you provided”. Me and Coinbase had no problem finding and verifying that it was sent and successfully received. They will just lie to you. If you want to read the horror stories for yourself then look at their reviews on “TrustPilot”.

Bet365 lures you in with promotions and when you place a bet according to the promotion and you don’t log out manually, they say they protect you from not gambling to long and change your account so they don’t pay out the bonusses anymore. They sorts of tricks. Or if someone in support promises you in an email to get this bonus others will say no can’t do. Very untrustworthy! Stay away!

Can I give negative stars? Bet365 allowed someone to use my email address. Different name. Different phone number. Blank bank account. Bet364 allows people to scam you because they do not bother with verification. No email verification was sent to my email address. Clearly a scam to get me to put in my bank account. Rep was polite and seemed apologetic but could not send email confirming account has been shut down.

I’ve noticed a trend when I play slots on 365 that if I get a win, the amount won will put me back to what I had when I started playing, for example if I deposited £20 and was down to £7 I would get a £13 win to bring me back to £20. The same thing happens with bonus rounds (free games) the bonus never pays more than £20, and it brings me back to what I originally deposited, this is with 40p or 60p stakes.It’s like they’re telling me, look you’ve won your money back, just take it, but I carry on and lose it with dead spin after dead spin.I’ve noticed this ever since I lowered my deposit limits.

Won a small Superbowl bet, $100, but they won’t let me withdraw funds. They have all my bank details, credit card info, but they cannot get me money unless I have another set of banking info. So I have to go and open a bank account somewhere to get $100 back. They take a deposit instantly but can’t handle a withdraw. Big bowl of wrong! I being on the app for little over a month learning wild loosing. My issues with these dishonest owner. 18 games parlay 9 teams won $6.6k payout if all 18 teams won and after 9 wins with teams +120 add your payout is $8 . How dishonest and disgusting. On top of that winning 30 sec the $8 payout show up the suspended the payout ontill the next team lost so i couldn’t even take the $8. I message support to complain after $2000 lost gambling he decided to restrict my account and deleted the 18 games parlay from my history

Spent 150 quid on slots, that’s on one machine, biggest win 72p, money down the chute in minutes, of all the online casinos never felt as robbed ever, surely a scam. Before i started it. I came here, read the reviews and most were 1 star. Ignored and went on opening a betting account with them.They are the Worst. They restrict account. Awful company to deal with. Won an Acca 7/8 teams had won with the last game to be played the next day, offered me £75 cash out. Accepted it but when you click it won’t let you take it. Then the app crashes, log back in same thing happens over and over. So screenshotted the error thinking customer service will be able to help and let me cash out what I’ve won. Only to be be bounced around live chat before finally having my account terminated and they’ve kept the credit I had in my account and not refunded my winning bet. THEIVS! Fuming. If this isn’t resolved will be going to the ombudsman

App is very bad. Always issues logging in. They usually got best odds but they don’t like it if you win. I been betting on horses for few months and all seemed good But I had a lucky streak with a few descent winners then they blocked my account. They would not tell me why they just blocked it for no reason. Thankfully I was able to get my winnings out easy enough. I don’t know why I got blocked. The only reason I can think of is because I had a few winners. Shame really as they do have best odds. It would have been nice to know why I was blocked. Will be going back to paddy power as their app seems much better. Odds not as good but overall much better.

Their cash out feature is terrible. I’ve lost hundreds of dollars due to this broken feature. It doesn’t ever let you cash out it’s just there to trick you. Use a different app as they’re scammers.

Criminals.twice in two days they have screwed me over.1. Offering cash out of a product, fair enough the first offer changed mid transaction but when I accepted the revised offer and they declined that immediately as well its a farce.2. Voided a bet based on a market being closed? It wasn’t closed on your App therefore the bet stands. Took them a day to void the selection as it only happened when the player started going well.

Maybe a little update as I’ve now sent a report to the UKGC (not like they’ll do much) but these frauds might find themselves in a spot of bother as for the last two months of opening this account they’ve allowed me to deposit off my own personal debit card onto my partners 365 account 😂 so they clearly don’t run “GDPR” checks and are only interested in stealing money from customers. I’ve every screenshot all the video proof a picture of the card used for the transactions and the transactions made, where I find myself over £800+ down without a single sniff. I’ve been in numerous sportsbooks and eventhough the interface and app are good, the customer service has been terrible. Today they closed my account for no reason whatsoever and refuse to provide any justification or information as to why my account was closed. Horrible experience. With sports betting now legal and many options out there, I would suggest go elsewhere. There are able to lock up your account at anytime without any explanation and this is something that can leave both your wages and money at risk when relying on such a business.

Worst of them all!! So I had a few months in traction..joined 22 sites, deposited 100 quid ten times in each. This was by far the worst return of them all .zero in fact! One time I bet just /10/p a spin../1000 spins..no feature! Lol. Lucky I have the money to waste..interesting experiment for sure! Best returns were coral, bet victor, virgin and hippodrome by far. Restricted my account for no reason and refuse to correct this.After an hour on chat it turns out a similar account has been set-up using some of my details (even though I now doubt this to be true) but they wouldn’t expand on this.Was originally told everything was OK and back to normal, then literally 10 mins later I get a message saying I can no longer use cash out or any offers they have.Back on live chat and told that’s the decision that has noe been made and that’s the way it is, even though 10 minutes earlier i was told everything is now ok, no reason given.One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.Very unprofessional and amateurish company.

Terrible experience no consistency in certain games .. bonus doesn’t reflect the amount gambled and then if you do ever win anything you can’t just withdraw it on the card you deposited.. no they then want your bank details to transfer it … definitely don’t waste your time and money
