Many, many bad reviews but I did had a good time with bet365, I still have a good RTP, unique free bets and games always giving profits.

Before you read further, find another betting company. Sick of bet365. I’ve had my account restricted when I win then for the second time, their site had a glitch on Wednesday preventing any cashing out. When messaging them I received a generic message which basically said unlucky. Really poor and makes my opinion of them as scammers. Screen shots taken so will raise with trading standards. Now betting elsewhere and I advise you all to as well!

Probably best layout of them allThey definitely have best layout of all betting companies and navigation simple to use through out site …that’s probably why it’s the number 1 site for punters…however I did self exclude from site years back because of altercation with their costumer service…I will be returning next month as self exclusion ends… however their promotion back then was terrible as I can remember… my friend still uses their site and they have recently added free to play game every day which not good he hardly ever wins on it… I’m still on fence on this site 50/50 …it kind shocks me how the number 1 site for punters have so many faults with their site if I was the CEO I would fire all promotion team lol terrible

They restrict you after a while if you’re a consistent winner. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and they shouldn’t be allowed to get away with it. They made a revenue of over 3 billion last year and restricted me for my 3k profit.

Been a customer for 2 years. All good at the start. Free Spins, free bets and then nothing. Overall I lost £2800 but won £2400 playing Poker, Virtual Blackjack, Roulette and Sports betting. Down £400. I closed my account this week. Wanted to cash out my football accumulator and the app wouldn’t let me access my bets. 5 minutes later the other team scored and then it let me in. Bet365 makee billions and yet they won’t pay out peanuts. Thieves. Don’t waste your money here.

If i could rate bet365.com zero stars I would. I literally got an email this morning saying they restricted my account till I call them with affordability checks. I was talking to the agent for over an hour first time and he kept repeating the same questions till the call miraculously disconnected. I didnt receive a call back so I called back after an hour later bearing in mind I’m place on a long hold and spoke to another agent in the Responsible Gambling team who said he wasn’t able to assist and someone will call me straight back which nobody did surprise surprise. I emailed the team and Vanessa emailed back saying I should phone for a third time. What is wrong with these people do the not understand customer service. Its an absolutely rediculous company and shouldn’t be allowed to operate if they are scared to take a bet.

Really non engaging games. full to the brim of really convoluted requiments for any wins, So many games so reliant on so many aspects to acess features and even then on some you still fail in a bonus as its reliant on other features. It really is a celebration of mediocer win lines with the occasiomal free spin to win back what you have probably already deposited over the course of joining. but no more.

Champions league , 7 fold. All games were winning with 10 minutes left . Went to crash out and app stopped working conveniently so couldn’t take big cash out offer , then of course when games finished it started to work again. Emailed them and complained and they said cash out is a feature that they can withdraw at anytime and they waited for bet to settle . Not first time it happened, wont use them again!!!!

Scammed. Past wednesday, there has been a technical problem on their end which made it impossible to log in. Lost 200 euro, because I couldn’t cash out. They’re hiding behind the TOS, saying the “cash out function is a fun extra, but we aren’t responsible if you can’t reach it”. AVOID.

scam365 avoid funny how everyone who had bets on their app crashes so they cant cash out but people who haven’t placed a bet can use it just fine. then soon as games end oh it magically working again they need looking in to the gambling commission they always do stuff like this.

SCAMMERS, REAL OFFICAL SCAMMERS! on the 29th of January 2025 around 10-15 minutes before UEFA cup matches ended they have stopped all cashing out strategies and they have stopped their servers where millions of people could not login or cash out or even see their bets!

Been a customer for 2 years. Overall I have lost £2800 but won £2400 playing poker, roulette, blackjack and sports betting. They ripped me off tonight. Not the first time they have crashed their site during games. Obviously losing too much money with so many games on so they magically crash and then fix it once games are done.

ScammersLogged me out of my account so I couldn’t cash out early, tried to put my password in lots of times but failed, the time it let me in all games had finished 2 teams out of 9 let me down, scamming gets, don’t waste your money,plenty of other sites that pay out and want your custom

Not for the first time with an accumulator in football the screen “srangely” freezes you can’t cask out you end up stuffed. NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS STRANGE WHEN FINAL WHISTLE YOU HAVE LOST BECAUSE OF A DRAW LAST GOAL 18 MINUTES FROM FULL TIME.

Trash customer support. Only responses you’ll get are robotic ones via live agents. Placing false limitations for promos and free games as “safe gambling” method while accepting deposits and bets. They manipulated app glitches once limits apply

Last night during the champions league games i was unable to cash out on two separate bets. Then all eight bets disappeared and the screen froze. I have other friends who didn’t have bets on and there accounts were working normally. I think that they were set to lose money so they froze all possible cash outs and they cashed in. I will never trust or use them again

Put on a bet on the Liverpool vs PSV , a bet builder with Chiesa to score or assist, which actually happened with Harvey Elliotts goal all so every other site had it down as an assist , however i lost my bet at bet365 decided he didnt assist.This company just steals from people, it wasnt much of a win luckily however it was still a win.Bet365 you are liars and a theif from today i will be deleting my app and using sky bet instead

App and website crashed yesterday preventing any cash outs. Started working again right after the champions leagues games finished. Very suspicious! May they could see a high probably of taking a lot of losses. T&C’s say that they dont have to do anything in these curumstances, not even refund your original stake. This means that if your bets are contingent on being able to cash out then you are taking a risk. Approach with caution.

Literally placed about 7 bets on the in play bit with 2 losses and 5 wins and now they’ve restricted my account. Not sure how a betting company can restrict your account for placing winning bets? I’d like to get this issue resolved as the actually app is quite good to use

Scammers, basically the platform “crashes” while bets are on so that they avoid thousands of people cashing out their money during the biggest gameweek if european soccer where 18 games were being played at the same time. Frauding customers in brought daylight for not having their ongoing bets available for 30 minutes and magically the platform was “fixed” when the games were over. Bet365’s response to that? “Oops sorry for the inconvenience”. AVOID this website/app if you are looking for a fair gambling website.

Absolute Joke of a betting site. I wanted to cash out, but couldnt log into the site, wouldnt load and got this error “Web server is returning an unknown error, Error code 520” As soon as the game had finished, hey presto, could long in, by that time it was too late and i lost out on hundreds of pounds.

Re-opened my account a few months back because i like the football 2 goals ahead and its a win. However bet365 preach that you should read gambling warnings, use their tools to take a break etc. Then when you take a break (for my own reasons), they penalise you. Then i have just been asked for my work history including what i earn, that is none of their business, account closed again and i will NOT be back. The other point to make here is that i had ages ago limited my spend to £10 per day, so we are not talking earth shattering amounts.

Using Bet365 to listen to the commentary of a Division 1 football match (Posh v Wigan) and whilst it did not seem the most exciting match as both teams are struggling. It would be nice to listen to match commentary instead of inane drivel and occasional match reports.

Following my last poor review of bet 365, i can update and say following the turmoil of 10 plus emails and a couple of phone calls, i spoke to Charlie a few mins ago, my issues have been resolved and my account is now live.. Much appreciated kr steve 😎

They are making it look as though they offer a lot of promotions and or free spins/bets and then using responsible gambling as an excuse to block use of promotions and bonuses. You can bet on 2 or 3 sports every week routinely and when you are about to make use of a bonus or promotion they will send you an alert telling you that you are blocked from promotions due to betting on multiple products. If they were truly concerned about your well being or gambling tendencies then they would block your deposits. Not your ability to use bonuses. This is borderline criminal.

I’ve literally watched a friend just do 450 quid in 2 days and get absolutely ZERO back..bonuses non existent paylines are horrific and the apparent RTP of 95% is a complete lie! I did pre warn him not to sign up to these cowboys as I told him I permanently closed my account around 7 years ago because they manipulate their slots and fiddle payouts. The woman who owns this company rakes in 100s of millions annually…a little suspect don’t you think when her slots pay next to nothing back no matter how much you jam in it? If i could give zero stars i would when i login you see special offers like bet £5 on a ftball match get freespins but all of a sudden these offers are missing when i login, so i asked them on webchat why? couldn’t give me a reason but they stop offering them to me for a indefinite period so i asked again same answer no reason given. I had a real bad experience today with bet 365 and their team. This was due to a mess up with their system and opta meaning that I couldn’t cash my bet out and it lost in the 96th minute. However, I received a call from Jordan later on tonight and he was very professional, empathetic and they offered to pay the full winnings from the bet, even though it lost. Jordan was amazing and even if he couldn’t offer me any payout, I would still be saying the same. He explained the issue fully, apologised for it and took the initiative to fix this drama. Betting companies can take your money and leave you high and dry, I will now only use bet365 thanks to Jordan, his supervisor and the 365 team. Thanks again

How are these guys legally allowed to operate in Canada?Their system flags players that win and limits their bets or locks them out.And if you are a losing player, you are allowed to stay on. Super Shady

The horse duly finished 4th, yet my bet was settled as a loser.They clearly advertised 4 places on the oddschecker website, hence the reason I placed the bet with them.VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY ORGANISATION. I never cancelled a single one of these, oddly enough the casino that acts as tho they care about responsible gambling were the ones who cancelled my many attempts to cash out, the casino would not allow me to play responsibly by withdrawing my winnings EVEN tho I had DO NOT reverse withdrawal’s selected, you know to play responsibly!!You would think that after what they did that day & the thousands I lost as a result of the many mistakes made that day by refusing to allow me to withdraw my money EVEN when alternative options were readily available for example e-transfer which i suggested repeatedly. One would think I would have gotten an apology letter with a nice fat bonus thanking me for my continued business even a small percentage of what I could of cashed out had they allowed me would of made me a happy customer but sadly when bet365 is mentioned I remember this incident and warn my friends with this very real example unfortunately I can’t tell them that the casino made up for their mistake in any way whatsoever.I tried to cash out my $6000.00 winnings they kept cancelling my withdrawals and returning the money to my player account even tho i had DO NOT CANCEL withdrawal option selected all said and done i was only able to cash out a fraction of my winnings!
