I opened an account with them to place a bet on the grand national, I placed 5, £1 each way bets on 5 horses but unfortunately I didn’t win. The next day, I received an email informing me that my account was being closed with immediate effect telling me that it was due to the nature of my business, and with no explanation. Confused, I don’t have a business, I’m not in debt and I was a new customer. If this is the way they treat new customers then I don’t want any part of Bet365, terrible customer service ??

Disgusting customer service and in my opinion nothing but a con. I signed up for an account with the promise of £30 worth off free bets. Just like many, many others on here they closed my account and point blank refuse to give a reason. I could have gone with any one of a number of other companies and wish I had. Nothing other than theft and false advertising. Avoid is my advice

Shocking, bet on grand national £30 free bet credits spent £32 and put some bets on the football the following day with the free credits did not receive the £24 I won on my grand national bets. Not able to log on and cash out my winnings got an email saying my account had been cancelled how can they get away with this.

I opened an account to bet on the grand national and 12 hours later after I had placed some bets they closed my account and refused to give any explanation, exactly the same as people below have experienced. The £30 introductory offer remains on my account as I cannot access it. Total con. This company is a total joke, how can they be allowed to continue trading? Searched around online for a betting app to place a bet on the Grand National for myself and family members. Free £30 bet credit when you bet £10 they said, to be used once your £10 bet has been settled. The free credit was put into my account. Then they closed the account, hours later, “due to the nature of my business”. I am a security guard. In other words, we’ve had your money, now do one. For interest only, between us we bet £30 and got back £27.50. Maybe they didn’t make enough. Scammers.

Placed an each way bet on the grand national. Wheny horse came in I checked my account to see an empty balane. Upon checking, I noticed a separate bet builder for a Chelsea game on top of my horse bet which I hadn’t placed. Meaning I didn’t receive my winnings. Absolute con of a company.

Wow never bet before , thought I would have a one off bet as they had an offer bet £10 and receive £30 credit . Spent £10 and then they sent this email Thank you for holding there. From reviewing this for you I can see that your account has been closed as a trading decision. Our Trading Department reviews customers’ accounts regularly and sometimes conclude that they no longer wish to accept a customer’s business. Any additional accounts the system detects as belonging to you in the future will also be closed, as bet365 have a one account per customer policy.What a scam . This has happened to so many people . How can they get away with it !!!!

Cowboys. To get my bet credits the website says provide one form of ID but they make it up as they go and told I had to provide two forms of ID. Why would I give these dodgy muppets my drivers licence AND my passport details. Too much Personal data just so I can get betting credits. Took my money without either BTW. This was only to get my money back.

Bet365 are nothing but carefully masked con-artists. They don’t like you winning and when I won £24k over the course of 30 days, they threw there toys out of the pram and restricted my account. Also I withdrew my £24k, but somehow £2,000 of this money had gone missing. My lawyer has been contacted and legal action will be taken. Stay well away from this shambolic site!

Placed an each way bet on the masters prior to the competition starting. I won when the competition finished on Sunday evening. It’s now a Wednesday evening and the bet is still shown at Unsettled. Messages confirm my bet but they are awaiting official results apparently. Those results were televised and are on the masters website. Dodgy dodgy firm. I won’t be betting with them again…. Further to reading other bad reviews about bet365 I have just been informed my account has been closed and also any bet credits I have can’t now be used. I have been with them for around 15 years with no issues and now all of a sudden they have taken this decision and just called it a trading position with no explanation. If you don’t want to take people’s bets, and in my case only small ones but on a very regular basis, then what is the point of you claiming to be a bookmaker!

Since my deposit limits were restricted, I have experienced loss after loss. I feel they use some sort of algorithm that stops accounts from winning. If you won as much as you loose they would block you, its statistcally impossible to loose every time you play without them using some dodgy tactics

But then it’s even more interesting, after I asked in the chat to credit the bonus due to me, they asked for a SELFIE and blocked the account with my money and refuse to give it back. If I could give a negative review it would be -5. I lost 180.00 in two days on. 20 40 cents bet. Bonus rounds are fewer these days. The last two reels seem to just miss. Not sure what has happened to them. I have been with them for 20 years. Out of the blue they had restricted my account. I went to put £10 on and could only get 27p. Yes, I can confirm in all honesty I had done ok recently, since Christmas the account was 3k ahead. I only bet £100 max, and normally less than that. Lots of small multis. So not a high roller, just an ordinary punter. My grandad would laugh if he was still here, a book maker running scared of normal punters. Its a real shame what has happened to this company.
