Worst gambling website I have ever played on. I deposited 100 and it was applied my account but I couldn’t play because I can’t access it because something about a geo location. My settings are correct so they know where I am but not my 100 is not on my account……worst experience ever with online gambling ever…Casino Rewards would never do this to their customers!!!!!

If I could give a zero rating I would. This casino has gone extremely downhill. The slots are dead spins after dead spins. Bonus spins pay out very little or if you get a decent bonus the machine shuts down and takes it all back. I don’t know what happen this site was good at once upon a time.No withdrawals in a very long time. Just take take take my money. The gaming commission should really look into this casino for unfair practices. I just gave them my last deposit. Please please avoid this shitsino at all cost.The app is crappy. I am disappointed to see negative reviews of this company . The only complaint I have in years of betting is that they can be slowish to get odds up sometimes.Good customer service , though I have had to wait a while for live chat , when I was connected to an agent all problems were resolved to my satisfaction .I have not made enough money to comment fairly on how they treat regular winners .Recommend this company as a must have betting option

terrible betting site restricted my account after 8 months restrictions phoned them back upto see if they could unlock the restriction they told me to self exclude my self for another 6 month and were not going to lift the restriction bunch of nobs dont use bet365 they take your money but when you win they restrict your account dont use these again

I can’t log in, my account is closed. When I contacted support they told me to try using another device and reboot my PC, i told the support that i don’t need to do those i am IT-Support and i know that would just waste my time. Then the support asked if there is anything else he could help with, i said i have already tried to login from phone, then support customer said do everything in order, if those does not work then contact support again and we will escalate it. Then Support closed the chat without me being able to respond. (support customer name was Meg C)Then i did everything in order and contacted support, it says only one in line so i should be able to talk in livechat quick? No… I waited 10 minutes and no one came, i think they blocked me from livechat as well.

Keep phoning up wanting me to send documents to see how much I have in the bank. I’m 60 years old I have a £400 a month limit and they are talking to me like I am 10. They allow kids of 20 years old to spin £50 + on their casinos and then want the ins and outs of my financial situation to get a £400 a month limit. I had a fairly large win a few years ago and ever since they have stopped any bonuses i used to get and want me to upload bank details etc every year. The best bookie for me and I have used a few. I’m surprised by the negative reviews. I had no bother verifying my account(a few years ago now). I don’t play the games so can’t comment on that but for sports betting I find their odds on soccer and horse racing to be far superior to paddy power who I also bet with. They throw me a free fiver bet every now and again and have other ways to win free bets. I’m in profit with them and never had any major problems and I have found customer service to be quick responding to any questions.

I’ve been using bet365 for over 20 years and for a long time they were easily the best site for betting. Over the last couple of years the customer service has deteriorated and instead of speaking to someone who will try to help it’s just “cut and paste” email exchanges nowadays. On 21st March bet365 offered a “bet boost” on John McGinn to have one or more shots on target. In the course of the game he had two shots on target (36:36 & 56:42). bet365 even paid out on this but then decided to take the funds back from customers declaring that OPTA had declared McGinn had no shots on target during the game. Every other major UK bookmaker paid out on this bet and despite being called out in the national press, twitter, FB etc bet365 refuse to actually look at footage of the game and do the right thing.In my case I wagered the huge sum of £2 and should have been paid £6. I can’t understand why a company that makes such huge profits is willing to lose a long standing customer over such a trifling amount whilst attracting lot’s of negative publicity. It’s Paddy Power for me from now on.

TAKE THEM TO COURT!!Open an Account with £10 stake and get £30 free bet. Sounds simple, but when they close your account moments after you have opened it and made your deposit, without the ability to retrieve your stake or ever having access your free bets, it’s not that good a deal, in fact some people might even class it as a scam or even theft!? And reading the reviews it looks like I am just one of many. After spending a number of hours attempting to resolve this with their ‘Customer Support’ team, I am now deciding to take this matter further with an independent arbitrator, and following that to the small claims court. It is the principal, not the money, however I will be claiming for the hours of my time I have also spent trying to get a resolution from them, this is now mounting into the hundreds of pounds.What a thoroughly appalling experience from start to finish with this company and its staff.

This is by far the worst gambling site I have every been on! I sign up all the way through the song and dance nonsense including downloading an authenticator my phone says I should not then I verify myself only to have a qr code come up ever 3 mins with a need for another scan. Each time saying your verified. Twice I lost out on a bet I would have won b/c I had to verify again……interesting it never came up when I had a losing hand. I joined bet365 so I could place a £20 bet on the oxbridge boat race which I lost btw, I then placed a £10 bet on Sheff utd in the FA cup semi final which is on 22nd April. When I went to log in yesterday my account had been closed. I spoke to the help team and they said they had assessed my account and decided they did not want to do business with me. Ok! But bear in mind I only had the account for one day, had already lost £20 and currently earn approximately 350k per year, I’d think I’d be a good customer to have. Now I’m. It expecting sheff utd to beat Man City but if they do I have no way of collecting my winnings… crazy Needless to say and given the current press about the gambling companies there needs to be more regulation and maybe one or two of them need to be stripped of their licences – it’s akin to govt licensing drug dealers and expecting them to be honest.

I feel sickened how I have been treated . They let me open an account , let me deposit £10 to which I bet and lose ! This qualifies me for their £50 promo . I make my bet , to which it wins £320 , low and behold , my account pulled from underneath me and funds Vanished. Deserve a zero star. They never provide proper customer support. They do not honour their free giveaways … making it impossible to access the supposed offer.Worst of all it’s really funny that the banking information is perfectly fine and acceptable when spending money … but ALWAYS is an issue when trying to set up withdrawals. I just read many of the other negative reviews for the first time and must say I’m not surprised in the least. How are these people regulated and allowed to conduct business in CAN. This betting site has absolutely gone down in my opinion. My bets return when placing a bet changes once the bet as been struck. IE £5 16 fold football accumulator. 1st game early kickoff won. So they offerd me £2 cash out even though the the original bet cost 5£ also when I struck the bet it said 1400 pounds return. Looked the next time now it says it returns 827pound. Really poor cash out prices I’ve seen on here recently. Once this bet is clear I’m closing this account. Says to me that if I ever did mange to win big that they would take forever in a life to pay you out.

I found your website difficult to manage compared to Paddy Power which is a shame considering the free bets during Cheltenham week. Also the cost of a bet – I tend to use Yankee – increased after I’d put my stake on the bet. It might have been my incompetence but there was no way of finding out.

My girlfriend just had her account restricted under the guise of “responsible gambling”, &”a duty of care”…She bets in tiny stakes & has made steady profit by betting mainly on racing, over an 8 month period. (7 out of 8 months profitable, to leave her £1100 net profit.)It’s therefore blatantly obvious that it’s Bet365 who has the problem with my girlfriend gambling, not her, but they’re lying through their teeth & basically accusing her of not being in control, to cover for the fact that they’re not prepared to let winning customers hold accounts with them. Please avoid this organisation at all costs, especially if you suffer with mental health conditions! Their trading department will happily close your account on the basis that they no longer wish to accept your business. This will naturally make you question yourself.. e.g. have I done something wrong? Have i broken the rules? Don’t worry. You haven’t done anything wrong. You’re not a criminal despite their wording heavily implying this.Please don’t waste your time seeking justification as you’ll only be given a generic response which essentially states their refusal to share this detail with you. Interestingly, despite closing your account, they will insist on retaining your personal data for what they deem as their “minimum” period of time. I downloaded the app to take advantage of their promotion to deposit and place a bet for one dollar to get $365. I went in to place a bet and my account was shut down. I called to see what was going on and they told me that some mystery group of people closed my account, and I would not be able to re-open it. Horrifying. After being a member of the site for over 15 years, BET365 decided they needed to verify my acct. They restricted my account from wagering. Also i have $300 in my acct that they also will not give me access to. It has been over two weeks now that they have suspended my acct and I am not able to withdraw my funds and move on. Everytime I ask, they say that they need time to verify and review my acct and that they will ” update” me as soon as possible. Same answer every time. Absolute crap! Terrble business practices. Absolutely awful customer service, cut you off while you still type. Made a withdrawal back to my old bank account, the bank said the money have already send back to bet365 because it’s a closed account, max will take 3 days, so contact bet365, bet355 said could take upto 10 banking days, it’s not even a lots of moeny but the treatment I get from the customer service are awful.

Wow, wow, wow! Zero stars if I could. And after reading the recent reviews it appears my experience is far from unique. Deposited and bet £10 and claimed the £30 free bets, my opening bet lost but the bet I placed with the free bets won £50. Using my winnings I placed another ten pound bet and then my account was closed! No reason given, no appeal process. Don’t waste your money.

I like bet 365 a lot and do understand that they can close down some accounts if clients are not playing fairly. I have been with them for over 20 years and like them. I was disappointed when Ontario made them take out horse racing in the new transition to the Ontario platform. However this was a necessary step to be legal in Ontario.Overally they are a great website with lots of great promotions.

I just started betting in recent months, and Bet365 had been wonderful – their interface was amazing and user-friendly. I’d deposited around £100 and went on to win about £200 in a month of account opening and they immediately limited my maximum stake to £1 for literally everything. Absolute shame. These companies are allowed to bankrupt people, but at the same time, they wouldn’t let you win even a few hundreds.

Going off my own gameplay results and reading through the Lovely reviews here I,ve set my deposit limit on 365s slots to £10 a week and max of £40 a month. Coming down from circa £1000 a month and have chosen to move to Crypto casino sites non ukbased and using a Vpn to dodge the Uk gambling restrictions which i believe affect general gameplay and payouts.
