Not able to place a bet all afternoon.Obviously no in play option then absolute shambles.Is it normal no other betting site suspends it’s daily operations.Alsi site is ‘blocked’ for some unknown reason.Can’t log in so can’t access my account terrible company

Customer service are bots that don’t answer questions. You get restricted for winning. And bets conveniently became blocked from getting cashed out during key moments/events. And their casino? If you think the cards are random then you never played cards before. A total scam and they are registered in Gibraltar. Go figure

Bet365 has stopped paying my withdrawals. My account is active. It’s been 30days till now. There are saying they have paid the amount but till now i haven’t recieved the funds. I informed them saying this. They are still asking to wait for proof of payment. Fraud app

Having been betting with this once highly respected and trustworthy company for well over 20 years,I now find them to have changed dramatically in the way they treat customers. Having repeatedly filled in their surveys and explained that due to my disability I spend a lot of my time bedbound watching sport and using their site for having a betting interest which is great therapy for me,they have yet again disabled my account so that I can’t place bets.They asked me today to give a time when they could phone me to discuss .I gave them a 4 hour window and my pkone number.No call-No contact,NO manners.

Bet £3.65 is a company that restricts people from winning a few quid. Profits from misery while paying its CEO huge sums in bonuses. Is permitted to void winning bets with nothing but a vague explanation and basically make up its own rules. Update: I sent them an email telling them what I think and they restricted my account 😀

I’ve been a customer for years with more than $50000 transaction per year. I give them benefit of a doubt and say they have a glitch on their systems. I provided multiple proof including their own statement that they took away and transferred my $200 winnings to bonus balance which was never transferred back to my cash balance. This was during their promotion. I am even short that amount in my closing balance but the customer service refuses to acknowledge 2+2=4 and not -2. There is absolutely no escalation process. Same people come back with generic answers and dont even read or review your screenshots, files, supporting documents. I give them 2 stars for their website but without customer service, it’s worth nothing when you cannot trust them anymore.Not sure with the current competition what the plan is to survive. It’s matter of principle for me but for them, I don’t get how they let down a long time customer for a couple of hindred bucks.

Bet 365 didn’t let my cash out $394 because they suspended my account my account while they saw my bet was winning. My cash out was available but they didn’t let me almost like they knew the bet wasn’t going to hit so they didn’t want me to profit. Then after a million back and forth emails they say that it was rightly suspended because they need an updated copy of my licence. This is disgusting as I’ve been using this app for years and what a time to pull this stunt right? When my $502 payout has a $394 cash out they want to mess with my account. I don’t recommend using this garbage app as support really doesn’t care for your loyalty to their platform. Everything from support is a auto generated response.

On November 28th, 2022, I signed up and deposited $3560 with a Bet365, and I happened to win on Sweet Bonanza. With my account balance now at $15,001.00, I decided to make a withdrawal for the full amount. The next day, however, I found my account locked out. I contacted the customer service chat, where they told me that I needed to verify my identity before I could access my account. I provided them with a copy of my driver’s license, passport, bank statement, pictures of the card I used to deposit, and even a letter from my bank confirming that it was me. I waited for an email but nothing came. I contacted their support team again, who told me that they were missing something. I resubmitted all the documents, and after a couple of days, I heard back from the customer service chat again. This time, a representative named Phoebe H told me that a wire had been made and that I should expect it in 10 days. Ten days later, I still had not received the wire. I contacted their support team again, and this time they told me that my account had been permanently banned for no apparent reason. To this day, I still have not received my $15,000.00 and it has been 44 days since I initially made my withdrawal and still no idea what I did wrong.

I have been betting with bet 365 for years winning /losing ,up and down like 1000s of people,but recently hit a purple patch on the horses and now they cut me down and restrict me to $5 bets because im winning,yet they dont mind taking all my loses over the years Disgrace I spoke to one lady on why and she sounded like a recorded message?Basically they like you losing but dont you dare win !!!!

If you win they’ll close your account for trading reasons. The reason being if you’re up they don’t like it. Awful company. Their rating on here speaks volumes.

I am severely sight impaired and rely on online betting for a bit of fun.Ive been on bet365 for about 10 years and never bet more than £10.Then over christmas i had a bity of luck and won about £300 so they then restricted my account to under £2 and removed any offers and promotions.Quite disgusting way to treat a loyal customer apart from being handicapped

Placed a bet as part of their introductory offer, won a small amount. Placed a bet using the free bet as part of the offer then received an email “due to the nature of your business we are closing your account”.This is clearly a scam intended to retain only losing/problem gamblers. The Gambling Commission need to take a look at this company. If I win on the free bet, I don’t rate my chances of actually receiving a payout. This company should be investigated.

WARNING BET365 SCAMMING YOU!!! DO NOT PLAY HERE!!!!!They were a good betting site before but now they are scamming people, and I don’t advise anyone to use them. They deliberately switch off cashouts for betting slips where only 1 or 2 matches are still open. Yesterday I had 1 open event on my parlay and cashout got turned off, meanwhile on another parlay with the same match the cashout was allowed. This is just pure scamming nothing else. This is the most disgusting and vulgar display of dishonesty from a site this big. No wonder this company has its operations in Latvia and other corrupt eastern European countries. I have tried and reviewed almost all online casinos. this one is an established betting site, I’m not a fan of their selection of Casino live games, very few Evolution and mainly Playtech. My main issue with them is their verification procedure in which they send sort of code to your address. I requested one weeks a go and never received it, my winning is just stuck there with them and if you contact the support they say they want the code while the site said you can upload a bank statement but doesn’t give you the option to do so. lets how it ends with them I will update this at a later stage depending on whether I will ever receive that postal verification code or not.

Well just looking at all the other 1 stars I know I’m not alone. Played there casino games. Ony 2 games thai flowers megaways and the other eye of horus. Played £1play and £2 some times even £3 play just to see if it would kick start anything. Not on your Nellie. Deposited 150, 100, 95. All on separate accasions. Different weeks. Never did I once get a feature or bonus game. The RTP was few and far between very low returns. I’ve closed my account with 365. Because it was totally taking the hit n miss. How they get away with this idont know. 365 days of the year ripping players of. Fair play totally non existent. I urge all who see this review to run 365 miles away from bet 365. I bet a parlay on the Toronto -St. Louis game.. William Nylander scored in overtime and Bet 365 did not stand by the bet, and refused to pay out on the Nylander goal, even though THEIR OWN rules say that overtime is part of the match!! I spent 2 hours on line with their chat people and they refused to stand behind the bet!
