I liked this website for design and speed, i made a deposit of 50$, i was playing slowly and after winning 1300$ they put limits on my account, now i can’t bet more then 0.25$ lol, “As a result of the verification of your account by our team of traders, we regret to inform you that” bla bla bla, cmon guys i though it’s a big company. At least i got my money

Their support agents are completely inadequate. They mishandled my verification and the funds that were in my acc were stuck for over 2 months. I wasn’t able to use my balance or withdraw it even though i got in live chat for few times and no one actually resolved my problem. It was like chatting with bots and sending me short irrelevant to the issues team plates. I don’t recommend you to use your services. I want to mention the names of Aleksander and Mitko and complain about their poor service and their passive-aggressive behaviour.

Rejoined bet365 after 5 years had a little luck and was in profit the they restricted my account so that i could only place very small wagers £1.20 or even 72p.They only allow you to place a wager if you continually lose.After speaking to others it seems this is how they treat all their customers who are in profit.

Bet365 has a great scam going. Say you have a 3 game parlay, they will show one of your games as a loss, even though it was a win, thus not allowing you to cash out if the possiblility came up. See images as example. They will the keep you in customer service hell till your games lose or you win outright, at which point they have to pay you. Complete scam.

NAUGHTY BET365I’m a very small time betting person as regular bets would be In anyone week maximum £5 I had a £2.50- 7 folds bet builder with bet365 return =£165Argentina v France10 mins 2folds =£7 rt win20 mins 4folds = £6 45mins 5folds = £4 55 60min 6folds =£2.50 My question to bet365 was why was my winning decreasing as my folds was coming in and the match had more than 30mins till end of game.I have screen shot of bet builder which I intended to have it investigated as I feel I like others have been swindled out of potential winnings.The worst customer service ever …

Really good bookmaker with real free bets and bonuses.Slot games returns seem really poor though but i only do small slot wagers. I would say avoid their slots and games as they seem to pay poorly. Bit for horses and football betting excellent

I made a withdrawal from william hill on the 7th June 2022, they paid me £70 pound now the £130 went into my pending transaction on my bank account, up till now I haven’t received my money, I through it was my bank but no I made a complaint to the ombudsman and from now until then they have been investigating this issues yesterday they told me that my bank isn’t liable to make this payment as they declined it and it was sent back to william hill, I’ve tried to explain this to william hill live chat and they do not no what they are talking about sending me transaction ids when I have had all these which was sent to the ombudsman so they could try resolve this I have sent in my bank statements proving this missing payments never when into my account this is an absolute joke quick enough to take your money robbed me off £130 pound

Cheaters and scammers these peole are deposited 5000 on 28 oct and 6000 on 5 nov which is not updated till date .i have sended all the proofs bank statements to these people . Even when depisited 6000 on 5 nov there opetator on liv chat also confirmed that payment was done and pending at our site . I have mailed bank statements so many times to them. every time these people say we are tracobg and till time they didnot return my money . these people are cheaters and scammers . its almost 50days passed now they disnot return my money

Every time I’ve been up in the world cup their website is mysteriously unavailable. Today – world cup final – I can get on to the website but as soon as I log in it says ‘we are experiencing high demand, the wait time is 43 minutes ‘! Got scammed for my account with 110 pounds and another 80 that they took automatically from my account, I don’t have any idea how it happened, spoke with advisors and waiting for a manager to call me, been waiting for 4 days, and after the 80 pounds scam they closed my account. Advertised by themselves,of course,as the World’s Favourite Bookmaker their latest act of being Ante-Customer is Not to repay bets on abandoned Race Meetings until 1-2 days after the abandonment. All other Bookmakers act Professionaly & refund within hours of the meeting being called off. After signup and placing a qualifying bet, the freebet is NEVER credited. I got an email saying “your account has been restricted following a TRADING DECISION” and multiple attempts to have a case review are futile. They even refuse to give me a Case Reference Number so I can pursue the issue with the Gambling Comission.Absolute abuse of power and the T&Cs aren’t fair on the customer. Twice in the last week I have had to email this Company to ask why my bets on horses where the meeting has been abandoned have not been refunded. All other Bookmakers refunded on the day of the abandonment.How can OFCOM still allow BET365 to advertise itself as the Worlds most popular Bookmaker when from all reviews it certainly is not?

By far the worst company to bet with. Avoid at all cost. I put money into my bet365 account to use on a Sunday football for fun. Moved 200 bucks via e transfer. Was waiting for verification nothing. Money never went into my bet365. Checked my bank account and says transfer was accepted by recipient but nothing in my bet 365. Reached out to the company and they explained to me my bank had the money. Got my bank involved and they even informed that bet 365 took the money. This went back and forth for awhile. Right down to the point where bet 365 told me call my interact provider. Which is the dumbest thing I ever heard. Bet 365 even acknowledged they were having issues that day with e transfer and yet still took money from people and put the blame on myself and my bank. After all said and done I walked away and deleted the app. They will steal money from you and then blame everyone else for their mistake. So beware. Go with another betting service. These guys are f****** trash. All the 1 stars they are receiving says it all.

So I bet on esports in game the very second I placed came back as a losing bet I went too customer service I was patronized by the live chat saying it was forfeited by the other team and compared it to betting on a football match that scored as soon as the bet was placed which makes no sense but I can handle the outcome of a forfeited game was just the instantaneous loss after placing the bet that made it feel like a trap anyways same thing happened later but in my favor but the vet was made void and when I went too customer support I was patronized again but with different terms and conditions I’ve played on bet365 for years now I think it’s time too move on

What a farce BET365 online has become !They state that most bets are settled within one hour – crap !I have had several bets, over years, that haven taken well over one hour and up to four hours to settle.Bet365 excuses were busy period- there was no horse UK racing in action for over one hour- another joke ?? or results need verification-why ? no other compant has this problem.I emailed their CEO -DENISE COATES-who, merely passed my complaint on to customer services.I found this rude and impolite.Their chat line is even worse- put in line with 51 people waitng – a joke ?Advise to any future online betting customers of BET365 -keep well clear !

Honest review. Played paddy power today, lodged £30 played for over 1 hour 20 mins and was able to with draw £380. Logged on to bet365. Lodged my first £30 and it was gone in 3 minutes. £220 later. Playing the same games as I did on paddy power for 1 hour and to say I’m disgusted is an understatement.. 9 bonuses on bet365. 6 of which paid less than 12.5x. Nothing but dead spins base game. This isn’t first time this week either. This site has gone to the dogs. They have manipulated games to pay nothing. They can’t tell you it’s random as I checked and paddy actually advertises the 3 games I played as a lower RTP than bet365 do. So they’re just ripping people. Bet365 has nice sport section and excellent odds. I never had issue with cash outs. And here the good part ends. Their customer service, I have experience in Bulgaria, is atrocious. They cannot solve a simple issue now for 2 years. Just ridiculous! The site is doing pretty well as long as you start looking for customer support.
