I thought bet365 was the best company for betting but clearly I was wrong. After 3 years winning on football outrights they decided to shut me down without a reason and they keep saying traders decision. So as I could understand, they need players that they are loosing only. This is rediculus and hopefully people wake up and stop betting in bet365. If you can not provide proper services or handle loses, you can close the company and open a supermarker or something.

Created an account and deposited in order to get a free bet. Did this twice and it was not credited. When i followed up they said i needed to click an opt in link and have to deposit again to get a free bet. Joke

Worst site ever. You will not win! 2 weeks ago I landed 15 free spins. I got to the 4th spins Nd an pop up error shows up then takes me off the game. Deposit not updatedThese people are fraud .I deposited 5000 inr on 28 th oct and 6000 inr on 5 nov which has not been uodatedto my bal . Don’t know what everyone on here is moaning about. I signed up to Bet365 recently for some World Cup betting on their £10 deal to get £50 in free bets. The whole process went smoothly like a dream. The website and app are both excellent, with a good range of bets available, super quick updates, and near-instant settlement as soon as each game is over. The early cash-out option is also fantastic. In terms of cashing out your winnings: I have just withdrawn some, and they landed in my bank account in just 2h (I used Visa Debit to deposit). I can only conclude that a lot of people use this forum to air specific grievances. My general experience on the other hand was first rate.

I joined up with Bet365 to take advantage of their offer of bet £10 and get £50 free bets … I put £20 into my account, made a few bets and today they closed my account with no reason given. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!! They said i can withdraw the balance i have but when i tried it says there is a minimum of £5 … so in effect they lied about the offer, kicked me off for no reason and now wont let me withdraw my money …. Use Polymarket.com instead.Bet365 was flawless in the past. They block withdrawals when you win too often though.And recently (November 2022), I noticed that they haven’t been able to process the withdrawals to my credit card that I used to deposit ($2600).Their payment and withdrawal system seems to have a lot of issues, so I can’t recommend Bet365 if you are a winner.Crypto-native betting and prediction markets like Polymarket are way better at deposit/withdrawal.

Ridiculous. I made an account last night to bet on the World Cup and woke up this morning to an email stating “due to the nature of your business” whatever the hell that means??? “A decision has been made to close your account”. Spoke to bet365 through webchat and apparently they have the write to refuse a customers business for whatever reason. Whatever the reason they refused me is I have know idea?? Literally made my account and put two bets on and that was all. Also no longer qualify for my £50 free bet since my accounts be closed HAHAHA. SO bizarre.

I opened an account with Bet365 yesterday using a new customer offer and after my qualifying bet won, they immediately closed my account giving no reason as to why. When I spoke to customer service they said my account was permanently closed as a trading decision and they would not provide further information. I am unable to withdraw my money from the site. They have basically stolen £10 + my winnings from the bet I placed. Please do not use Bet365. They can close your account and take your money whenever they want, no reasons given.

Bloody awful customer service experience, blocked me from depositing even though I set my own deposit limits which they sat on their website they can’t alter without the customers consent but that’s just the start of their lies, also said that they would contact me within 6 days!!!!! which is currently 14 days and still nothing, also keep asking for irrelevant documents to stall for time, total tinpot operators who should be avoided at all costs, plenty of decent companies out there to do business with

ive been with bet365 years and today just got a bet that was settled wrongly and the amount of hassle to try and sort it out as now cant even pick up phone to speak to someone and its like they now make really simple disputes as hard as possible so you just dont bother with it , looks like now have to shut account as so much hassle to get something so simple resolved , its a shame as the customer service gone down hill rapidly over last year or so as they used to be able to resolve things simply and you could actually speak to someone but like most places now they not bothered about customers and just looking for cheapest way to deal with things instead of actual people dealing with customers problems .

I,m not going to say theyre amazing at 365 as they dont phone/email me as other casinos do at 830 in an evening lol, However had a few wins over time and the payout speed is lightening fast . Over time ive had some good bonus rounds of 2K so all pretty volatile and can hit good at any point or can be super flat. I,m seeing the negative reviews and can only think people are playing too much and expecting a win which you cant really do. This is one of the worst scamming companies I have come across with.. I opened an account with them , and placed a bet, meanwhile they asked me to provide passport copy and proof of residence, which I did.The next day I have won a substantial amount , only to get an email from them my account has been permanently suspended without giving any explanation. After having a conversation with their useless customer team , they said the address I provided wasn’t correct( even though I sent them a copy of my tenancy contract and bank statement) and my account will be suspended , and I have lost my money for good.Please do not use this criminal website!
