First time trying online gambling i decided to try this shambles of a company as they were offering (loose term of the word) a free £50 credit of bets if i placed minimum £20 in my account , which i did . I then placed two separate bets on my account ( both of which did not come in ) However before these bets finalised bet365 closed my account for no reason and i could not even log in I eventually got hold of someone on live chat , surprise surprise the phone numbers do not work … only to be told that they had closed my account , which means that they took my £20 on false pretences of a free £50 credit Disgusting behaviour , and surely can not be legal ? I am now never going to use this company again , and as it was my first bet online ever , it might have done me a favour Be careful if you get enticed by this offer

I recently signed up, I must admit persuaded by the promise of ”Bet 10 Get £50 in Free Bets” DONT BELIEVE A WORD OF IT!!!! I signed up and put my £10 qualifying bet on, I went back later to find out how I had got on and was locked out!!!! Then noticed an email saying my account had been closed ”due to the nature of my business” !!!! Im a 60 year old retired teacher!!! You then have to start the long process of trying the on line chat thing, wait for ages then just be given a load of copy pasted b/s saying they review all accounts and sometimes conclude that they no longer wish to accept a customers business. Having signed p to few now I would recommend Skybet, Virginbet, 888, Coral, no problems at all betting or collecting any winnings. Keep away from Bet365 and Sportnation

Scam site, after change in ontario website. I was able to make around 2k overall profit.In the past with the same user id in bet365.com i won and lost a ton of cash.Now they restrict me and pretty much its useless to play on their site anymore. Also just 1 week back, i got scammed on there casio on a big round in casino. The live got dcd and I was redirected to rgn mode where i dint even know what had happened in the round. -5/5

I am a 74 year old run of the mill pensioner who just wanted to waste £10 per Saturday but my net loss limit was set at at only £10 per month which meant that if I lost my first £10 that was it for a month, after an email, chat line and phone call got it changed to £40 per month. I went to deposit and found I was locked out, Bet365 customer services accused me of having 2 email addresses, implying something fraudulent was taking place. Disgusting company!

I banked my winnings on a Saturday so I had some stake for the Melbourne cup Tuesday passed no money it’s now Wednesday and still no money in my account. I have been using this site to find out they think I need to verify myself.
They have my email and my phone number. I have even have a withdraw to my bank. I tried to even send a photo of my license to their dumb support staff.
Now they are holding my money and I can’t actually talk to a reasonable person.

Avoid at all costs. I opened an account. I lost my intial bet of 100 pound, I used my 100 free on a treble, at decent odds, 2 selections won and I was up 180 (280 total) I withdrew some of that money and my account was immediately closed "due to the nature of my business" (aka WINNING) it's clear that if you win, you will be deleted.
