Funny how the "Cash Out" option always seems to disappear when they're in the S%$#. Atrocious company, hiding behind their T & Cs of Technical issues, beyond our control blah, blah…. I've been playing poker on here for a while now I can can honestly say it is the most cheating site I've ever come across every one get bad beats yes I know but constantly people going with nothing and hitting its incredible to see , how the fuk they get away with it is outrageous , the site suppresses you so you can't win

Logged on and my account is restricted for no reason. Joint the chat on line they fobbed me off saying it’s with the underwriting team. They couldn’t tell me why or nothing just under review. Bin 2 weeks herd nothing. Bin with them for 3yrs. With no problems.

Bet365 shows you decent amount of the bet placed and when you place a bet on higher odds they just make adjustments stating that the odds were on the incorrect due to technical issues and then they will make the adjustment and make your wallet balance in minus. In the name of adjustment they will never let you win higher bets and always make the amount Win as lower as they can .

Still completely shocking, feature 80p win, not the first time either – definitely rigged, they say they have no control – but yet have servers that span rooms upon rooms for hosting and running the games, They talk absolute rubbish to try, and fob you off. Needs to be seriously looked into. They refresh winning games on starting a game so you're drained of your balance if you have won in the past too many times for their liking.

Been a customer for so long now at bet365, I deposit weekly and every Friday they give loyalty based on how much you play, bet etc. Few weeks ago was depositing like usual can't o Friday bam 25 free spins in my account, this happened for 2 weeks. I have stopped depositing or playing and no I only get 10 free spins for last 2 weeks on a Friday. I don't get any free bets or cash bonuses. This is all I get for what I play and deposit it's not worth it and not worth my money and time. Tried to ask customer service they tell you same thing over and over again, don't get no where. I'd stay away from this site.

Scammers !! Stay clear if you win they take money back and even put your account in minus ! My partner cashed out on a bet for £80 + £18 both of these bets bet365 had removed the money from his account due to there mess up saying they shouldn't have offered that as a cash out ! This is disgusting as it was what they have advertised and what they had put up there self ! My partner's a loyal customer and uses bet365 everyday ! We will not be using again ! Never had a problem with bet365 till recently with bets going missing then popping up again but final straw was when they don't honor there own terms and cons. Game ended early there reply was no void bet cause must of been error with our game timer, When shown screen shot of game ending early. Closed my account and will move one to more honest site. AVOID

I had occasion to interact with Bet 365 live chat as for some reason my account was omitting the "Claim" option for me to claim my £10 free bet.
In live chat I was communicating with an agent by the name of Mia, who was telling me that the option to claim was in "My account." I explained that the option was not there. I then decided to try another agent to see if they could help me. It so happened that for some unknown reason the "Claim" option suddenly reappeared in "My account."
A little while later Mia phoned me to say that she had communicated with me earlier and I think she was under the impression that I was dissatisfied. I explained that the issue resolved itself. She then gave me a £25 free bet for the misundertanding, for which I was very grateful. I just want to say that it was most commendable for your agent to show the concern that she did and phone me and that was very much appreciated. It is good to know that you are valued as a customer. Many thanks to Bet 365 and Mia for the excellent service provided and the extent to which she went to ensure that I was not left dissatisfied and to going the extra mile to draw the issue with the customer to a satisfactory conclusion.

Blocked my account for no reason! Deposit between £5-£15 a month. Rarely win anything! Last win was in January and that was only £120! Now I can't deposit anything and when I asked why it was due to 'management review' and it was permanent and they could not go into it any further. After 5-6 years being with them up until Euros they were okay and now an absolute shambles!

Fraud company. I have placed a bet at before 4pm when I tried to log back in it came up as “ we can’t recognise your account” when I spoke to the agents online about 8/9 of them ended my chat without resolving my issues. They have suspended my account without a valid reason. No time frame was given to resolve the matter all they say is wait for the matter to be resolved. Which could take years 💩. Stay away from these scammers they close your account if you win.

Just to remind u Canada has an online betting for proline. U can bet anything. Take your business there it’s as fair as it gets. They won’t cut u off if your a winner. Leaving bet365 was the beat thing I ever did.

Although I don’t bet online anymore proline sports betting is the safest and fairest. Well Anything compared to bet365 is fair but whatever lol.

Bet365 are a very good betting company even though my account is suspended at the moment they are the only UK firm you can bet exotic bets on Australian horse racing you can bet on tricasts and even pick 4s! Which pay out thousands to 1if you pick correct 4numbers to my knowledge no other UK online bookmaker offers these type of bets payout is instantaneous wether its a pound or thousands. I'm not into slots or casino games but from what I hear they are the same as everyone else. Gaming slots etc. is very high risk and more people lose than win I suspect that's why the negative reviews are so high bad losers people like that should not be spending money on these sites as they are for enjoyment purposes.What you should do is say to yourself how much can I spend on here before I stop and when you get there you need to stop! Horrible company. Opened an account with a £100 deposit and made a £5 bet only to receive an email saying that " Due to the nature of your business, a decision has been made to close your account with immediate effect. ". Spent half an hour chatting with one of their representatives online but was refused any information as to why my account was closed. All they said was 'due to activity' which doesn't make any sense at all as I just opened it and there wasn't even any activity other than the initial £5 bet?!? bet365 representative also refused to refund my initial deposit in full or escalate my dissatisfaction as a complaint. Overall, a horrible experience – stay well clear for your own good!

Do you bet because you like big wins? Don't register here. Win too much and they will restrict you and block you from betting. They don't allow winners. Only they are allowed to make profit out of their customers, their customers aren't.

EU and UK need to pass laws to make it illegal for betting companies to discriminate against users based on how much they bet, how much they win, and what kind of selections they want to bet on. Heavy fines should be issued on such discriminatory companies. Betting is supposed to be fun and fair, and Bet365 is NOT fair to all of its customers.

my account was restricted after I won only $945 ? that's not even a grand… I would hate to imagine what they would do if I got a big win.
Never had the issue with other companies, I won 8k with other companies and had my money within a day, I win a small amount at 365 and with no warning my account is restricted.

Customer service team is friendly, but the company need to show more trust in its punters… unless they (365)secretly are struggling financially? because that would make sense as to why they are being so strict.

I won a bet which suppose to be a Total of $2300 & some change the last match was between Barcelona SP vs paulista the result wa 3:0 against Barcelona sp but somehow they claiming the game was void Im curious how so when the result says on their website that it was 3:0 I need some explanation to it I bet was over 2.5 goals guess what instead of given me the full amount I won they offered $1200 & some change saying the games was avoided it wasn’t they played the game and the score was 3:0 I’m going to fight to get all the funds I deserve for my bet I already have pics to post to prove they cheating

Disgracefully slow app. It takes a good 5-10 seconds, sometimes longer to switch from one race to another or one game to another. Gives the lowest payouts on trifectas, quinellas, exactas etc. If you take a multi bet and one of your horses is scratched after you place your bet then they count that as a loss instead of a void bet. And don't get me started on their withdrawl system. It is staggering that other bookies in Australia can transfer money into your account within an hour or less, but Bet365 routinely takes a week. This is the part that really turned me off them. It's like they have 49000947473 people working in the deposit section and just 1 person to take care of withdrawals for every customer they have across the world. Just….just avoid this mob of crooks and hustlers and pimps and thieves.

If you're looking for a particular option of play, you probably do not understand how fixed matches work. People who get these matches fixed are unpredictable, the unpredictability is to make it hard or impossible for authorities to catch them. To echo what I have read and would like to add to: this company and their customer service department are abhorrent.

I not them, increased my betting because of a big win on another site. They implemented restrictions on my account and then became intrusive asking about my finances, work etc.

Why didn't they ask this at the beginning? I was called by one of their Gamble Responsible advisors who assured me these blocks would be removed and now I would have a cap/net deposit amount for my own safety.

I visited the webchat as the block was still on my account and I couldn't deposit. Three webchats is what it took and these were with rude morons….not just morons.

I have kept my account open more so now for insight into the behaviour of this company but ensure you ask for transcripts. When opening a new account set out your stall with them. Ask questions prior to making your big bets as these guys operate with their rules.
