Bet365 Review

Like many others I have been a customer for over 20 years and all of a sudden they just closed my account and said it was a trading decision. Like most gamblers I lose overall year on year but this year I had a good run recently on the itv races on a Saturday. Winning a few grand over the course of 6 weeks or so and they decided to close my account. Shameful really,the so called biggest betting company in the world. I’ve been told bet 365 now have a policy if you make 3 withdrawals in quick succession of over £250 your account gets flagged up and your account gets closed .don’t know if that’s true or not but my account and what happened to me fits the criteria for closure of its true.

Well where do I start ? First of all they put restrictions on my account for no reason then when I contacted them they said they have closed my account and could not give me a reason for this !! Unbelievable and quite sad! Very very un professional from a massive company!
Stay clear from bet365 there are many more better gambling sites around!

Most worst online casino, losing for years on this platform. If you are a consumer from europe get a lawyer, because you can get your entire money you lost gambling you can get it back especially if you are from germany or austria. Poor company they dont have licenses for online casino in europe just for Malta. Even if you dont have money for a lawyer Google Litigation financier for online Casinos in your country they can get your money back for a decent amount from you money they are getting back for free.

Very deceitful company, I feel sorry for the employees – locked my account initially for having bet a large amount/winning a large amount and I was required to go through a questionaire – went through it. 1 month later my account was locked again, place a few bets and make some large winnings. Called and they advised that my email address has changed on my account, log into my account and the email address is the same… I also use an encrypted password at 128bit with no external access. The company has obviously locked my account with falsified information to stop my winnings. Use Sportsbet, this doesn't happen there.

Placed a bet of 50 pounds couple of weeks ago the horse waS scratched so took my money as if it had lost, think this lot are nothing more than thieves, don’t sign up with them, if you do you’ll be disappointed

I don't know by whom but I discovered multiple payment orders made to them !
I never went to their website but I suspect a vast network of online Casino being the source of this fraud. Stay away of that evil side of internet.. (Online Casino etc..)

Not a bad site for sport bets,0-0 money back,football bets settled 2 goals ahead,almost impossible to win at casino especially roulette,the numbers you have chips on rarely come up,it is hard to win at slots also.

Very bad company!
I have a balance with 1700$ with them once I asked for withdrawal they blocked my account and they start the ping pong emails with me that they are having issue with my bank and they are asking me to open another bank account!

Avoid this site if you run more than 1 game at a time it logs you out and puts you on auto call. Also trying to get help from anyone is like drawing blood from a stone and if you do get to talk to someone they try hard but there is a language barrier. I recommend 365 for sports bets but poker dont even consider it

Used to love this site and I don't deposit silly, about £30 every other day. And I deposited abit over this on the 28th July and won abit so I withdraw. So it comes to Friday loyalty day I check my account and theres no loyalty and I've spoken to live chat who than tells me I'm no longer eligible for bonus or free spins. She said it's because I've deposited and I'm not gambling responsible, I only deposited about £70 and I don't see that as alot of money at all. So after this I'll no longer be using there site. Seems to be if I deposit too much £70 for example I than can't get bonuses or free spins for my loyalty. Doesn't seem fair. Cusomter service is crap. Won't be using this site again

When you loose you are a good customer. When you win customer services chase you as a criminal. They asked me for private details like pictures and other very personal details and because I refuse to give them they closed my account. Happy days

More than a month ago in the beginning of July they blocked my account and told me to withdrawal my money,,, I used virtual debit card for deposit because in my country banks don't allow us to deposit into gambling sites,,, so I told them to refund my money back the same method (virtual MasterCard) they refused and told me to withdrawal via bank wire,,, after 10 days they emailed me that my bank rejected my wire transfer, and told me to go there and ask them why I went and my bank told me that they don't accept money from any gambling resources,,, I Asked them to chose any other method but they insist to send to bank account that I didn't use that method for deposit in first place,,, moral of the story they don't want to return my money

Bet365 closed my account without any reason at all. I used it to place small bets £1/£2 at the weekends, the odd £5 so nothing major. I'd recently won £50 using a £5 free bet, next thing I got an email to say my account was being closed and I couldn't open another 1. Emailed to find out what was going on, just to be told they couldn't give a reason, only that the accounts are reviewed constantly and they can choose who they want as a customer. Loved using the app aswell, terrible customer service, definitely wouldn't recommend

Plenty of games but don't know about anyone else, I like to win occasionally! Winning with these people is very rare indeed, on a good night you might break even. When you play slots a lot, you get instinctively know which casinos you can win with and which are you won't.

Been with bet365 from past 15 years… always never felt been cheated.. the only issue was deposit and withdrawals from india but that issue is now solved thanks to astropay andb bet365 for accepting indian payments.. and the withdrawals now r faster and direct transfers to accounts… i would advice just be patient while playing casino .. trust me it will pay… just cash out with a limit dont except huge wins .. keep a target and leave once u hit

Such an amateur / cowboy website.

Obviously haven't learnt anything from the recent cash out debacle. Software still continually being updated on the fly with minimum testing resulting in many "unforeseen issues" affecting the customer – latest is being unable to view bet details / selections.

There are some absurd reviews of Bet365 below, obviously posted by individuals that are either creating duplicate online accounts, which no bookmaker is going to put up with, due to bonus abuse, or simply bad losers who think gambling assures them that they will win. This clearly indicates to the rationale man in the street a problem gambler that should be seeking help.

I have been with Bet365 for many years and have found that they are not only an honourable but they give realistic cash outs, instantly transfer winnings back to uk banks and are not afraid to accept large bets on horse racing.

I think the whiners on here need to take stock as they are the dodgy ones!

I dont write reviews but Bet365 probably is the worst betting app i have tried. I been waiting for my withdrawals and the customer service is basically useless. No one replying to my emails as well. Bet365 will hold your money when you win as long as they can.

If I could give less than one star I would. The platform is user friendly but when it comes to failure of the software then it’s buyer beware…The cash out function works intermittently…and it’s always in their favour…when it fails, you lose, simple as that…won’t bother again with this platform…and the customer service is less than poor…automatons who read from a script no matter what the complaint, no good will, always chasing the profit margin…very, very poorly run website…

I have seen so much bad publicity on this site, unfairly in my opinion. When I withdrawl longest it's ever taken is 25 minutes. Only downside I'm restricted to a grand a month. Wish it was more but hey ho. Use the site it's super fast payout when you win.

Cash out never seems to work when bets are still running when cash amount is quite high. They say it’s in your terms and conditions. Funny how it happens to so many others?

Never ever put money on bet365 this people are real scammers they can manipulate your bet very easily an say you that you have placed a wrong bet or a cover bet it's a request to everyone don't even put a single amount on this. I have the proof as well with me. When I was chatting with the rep they simply said it's your mistake saying you placed a wrong bet when I talk about the proof this people now are asking to send the screen shot but I have the whole conversation with them recorded.. real scammers

I am taking them to court. These guys are criminals. I will make sure I expose them. I placed a bet today for £945 for them to score 0.5 goals. They scored, I cashed out and even withdrew only for me to come back much later to see the money had been reversed. I told them to void the bet because if such happened and I was not aware then they have technically kept my original betting funds without me participating. The supervisor who called me was rude and unhelpful, They kept closing the chat while I was still chatting, at some point they wrote to me that they will no longer respond to my emails. This is unacceptable. I am submitting my claims form with the courts tomorrow and I urge anyone experiencing the same to take legal action. Don't bother with Ibas, they are very corrupt.

Hi, We are being taken for absolute fools playing slots with these companies. Bet 365 need to get a grip. The slot games in their Casino are absolute rubbish and it has been the same old same old games in there for some time namely Age of Gods, Epic Ape etc. They need to get new games in there. I play other Casino's which have more new games to offer. They also need to upgrade the topping up of your account whilst playing slots. If I top up my balance in the Casino slots I do not have to refresh the balance and can continue playing the game with no interruption. Outside the Casino you need to refresh the page before you can carry on playing this shouldn't be as my other Casinos don't do this, so sort this mess out Bet 365. We are being taken for mugs . Why does it take between £20 – £30 before free spins activate and when they do you hardly ever get your money back this is a total rip off. Another way we are being fobbed off is the amount you now get for a win used to be around 5pence now in some cases it is 2p for say a 20p bet. The reels are now more, instead of 15 it is now 20-30 sometimes more. It is no wonder their Managing Directors can sit on their backsides and rake in millions. Been a customer for a long time but I have had enough of being ripped off and standing no chance of winning my money back.

I have had a shocking experience with bet365 . I joined a few years ago then I could not log into my account yesterday . I contacted customer service and was told my account is closed due to a trading decision and I am no longer allowed to bet with bet365 . I’ve been a loyal customer for many years . I’ve also had many issues in the last few months , bets dissapearing from my bets , cash out freezing , bets not settled properly . And just get told by the customer service read the terms and conditions . It’s not been a good experience with this betting company
