Bet365 is a very bad company. I don't understand how they can close my account without valid reason. I asked them for the reason for closing my account and they cant give any reason. Such a bad company.

Trash bin website, favorite option removed, almost all markets that are not in main bookies removed… betting menu, etc. is garbage…

And to finish this wonderful painting, they can limit your account (close it) without any explonation and even if you lost money !!!!! (yes yes!)

It used to be a good bookie 5-10 years ago, nowadays its total hell for losers, stay away…

I will suggest you to stay away from bet365. They are unsafe and more likely leaking your personal data.
After closing my account I have urgent them to delete all my personal data from their database.
Richard Grice Customer Service Deputy Manager have replied to me as follow:
We note your request to delete your data in accordance with your right under the GDPR. To confirm, the right to erasure is not an absolute right as it is modified and constrained by Article 17.3 of the GDPR, in this case specifically Article 17.3.b (“compliance with a legal obligation”). bet365 is primarily regulated by the British Gambling Commission in respect of its gambling operations with its customers in Great Britain. The Gambling Commission has issued guidance to all operators stating that based on its experience, all operators "should ensure that data which relates in any way to regulatory compliance should be available for a minimum period of five years after the end of a relationship with a customer.”

The above is completely wrong. They do not have right to keep personal data if you close your account. They can retain the data only if your account is on investigation of crime but not when you closed your account. I will take legal actions against Richard Grice and bet365 as it is my right to be forgotten under GDPR article 17.
Do not be scared if they refuse to delete your data as it is your right and you can take legal actions. You can report them to Gambling Commission and the Information Commissioner’s Office of their breach of your privacy.

One of the worst betting sites/apps I’ve used. Customer service are a joke. They make claiming your joining offers, very tricky. Never mind paying your Director hundreds of millions, invest in your staff and a decent app.

The last few days at major Football and Tennis bets my "cash out" and all open bets dissappeared. Taking this into account and the fact I had a random message a few weeks ago saying I will be restricted from getting any bonuses in the future after doing nothing wrong, i'm out. I'd advise anyone to stay away from here, live chat is no help, was in queue for almost 2 hours this morning and was basically told to get lost. Worst experience ever.

terrible company my bets disappeared after the brentford play off final an when i tried to contact customer support all lines of communication were down an no way of collecting a cash out on a double before the next game started, funny how about 10 mins after the champions league final the site an my account was fine to use! thieves the whole company awaiting an email which probably wont come to explain what happened! i wont hold my breath cheats!

Ive been betting with 365 fo years but its time to stop. My bets were not viewable and have no option of cashing out once I placed them. They did this as soon as chelsea scored most likely to prevent mass cashouts. Next i was playin the bet365 poker and i was in a game with a player named Lurkin26. I lost the table and watched the table. Lurkin was still playing the other guy wo i joined a new game. And lurkin26 pops in again. Eatch out they use bots that automatically win in the poker. The casino games r all rigged and now anybody who profits on sports bets is getting screwed over

Bet365 randomly closed my account after a 'management review' without any notice. I had been betting with them for years – never had any issues – and today my account was permanently closed.

It's a joke – very, very poor. No explanation given to me when I spoke to customer service. No apology, nothing.

They will make mistakes on multiple occasions about a winning/losing bet, but they will not provide any solution meanwhile for the inconvenience. Example: they take your money on a winning bet, you let them know, you provide a screenshot of live streaming on their site, they say they will check and "please wait for our sports department to get back to you". Meanwhile, if you were planning to play, jsut charge more money to their site?

After giving bet365 5 stars I am now taking it back. They have put my withdrawals on hold for almost 6 days. They don't have a number which works because of the pandemic apparently. So you have to speak to them on live chat and the live chat team will try to start a new problem for you instead of solving it out. It's such a shame such a huge company cannot process your withdrawals in time. They cannot comfort you whilst your waiting in stress. You cannot speak to the team which is dealing with your withdrawals. It's just a great mess. I wish I never signed up with them and trusted them with my money. It's very ridiculous! Before you start gambling make sure the customer service of that company is good and helping you out. Before you end up being left with no clue of why and what's going on. They can make up any excuse right now.

Guys please be fair. I am a regular customer and I have to say. One of the best ever services. You get to watch most sports for free… You can play online casino with lovely staff. I mean what more do you want?. I used to use betvictor untill they messed up one of my bets and made me lose my winnings. Bet365 has always been the ones that treat me the best. I never review accounts and I'm not one of these that moan it's always the same winners (on the bingo) but something that is Extremely alarming is the free bingo that plays between 1-2pm and 7-9pm

You get 90 tickets free tickets per game, they can be between 250-400 players per free bingo session, every couple of games they have a £15 prize pot (£5 per line) when this game plays the number of players can jump up a additional 50-100 players and when the game finishes the number decreases around the same 50-100 players (which is bizzare when it's free bingo why would people not purchase the free tickets for the next game?) I opened an account a few years ago and wanted to withdraw the money but the sign in no longer works. They claim to have no record of the account because they don't keep records for more than about a year and refuse to refund the money despite me sending proof of payment and a copy of their letter with the account details. They have a policy to steal money from any dormant account but don't send the emails to warn you that they claim to have sent!

My account has been closed without notification and explanation from their side.

I made a search on internet and they seem to do it on a regulary basis. Several website mentionned similar experience than mine.

I finally asked them to transfert my balance account, resquest not done yet !

Obviously, they steal their customer on purpose and they do whatever they want. They seems to be under no regulation.

Bet365 have not giving my withdrawal from 18days I won on 26/04/2021 and I kept withdrawal of 4 part like 36500rs 100000 50k 2times and 70000 I recived only 36500rs on same day rest all not came I did bank wire transfer they told me 10 working days after 10 working day they are telling me it is under review what to do can complaint to cyber crime it is legal or what other I should forget my money

Please don't lose money by opening account in bet365.
Reason:
1.In this competition age they ask new account holders to deposit money before verification.
Once you deposit irrespective of you submitting all legitimate documents.they always reject documents you submitted.
It's a kind of fraud.
2.why the company doesn't verify the account first instead of asking new account holders to deposit money before verification.
Please stay away.
3.some PPL reported if you are in continuous profit they restrict account.
If it's true it's very bad.i have not come across this as my account is not at all verified.
4.I opened account in Boyle sports they verified my account in 1 hour.
5.If bet365 does not become innovative and competitive you guys will become like "NOKIA". Stay innovative and be helpful to customers instead of becoming arrogant.

Ux is the best but they effectively closed my account by limiting me to max win £2.50 with no reasoning other than just trading decision. Account was small up but they are the largest bookmaker in world and really bad practices kicking out small winners and increasing limits for whales to do their brains.

Don’t use b365 if you actually want to win because they cut you to pennies if you’re remotely smart.

Used them for a number of years. Then just closed my account saying trading decision and no longer want to take any bets from me.

I did all my betting with them. Eg Chelt festival every race i bet with them, no picking out just standout offers.

These bookmakers should have their licenses removed if they do not want to accept bets.
