It took more than the normal protocol for me to get my money withdrawn from them. First they kept using delay tactics with me in ensuring my money is not given to me by requesting all sort of documents. Later, they requested an exorbitant withdrawal fee which I paid reluctantly. It was when they requested for a document which I had provided earlier, I figured something might be wrong. I reported my situation to Mrs Joanne a renowned recovery specialist Joannedawn56 via email and I got my money back after a long charge-back process.

It’s been over 4 weeks , bet365 they suspended my account after winning some money . I’m still waiting as they placed my account review and I can’t even withdraw. I will post my review after i heard back from them but certainly they are not good to me . The site is really good with the betting options but the customer service is terrible. They will treat you like criminals if you started winning.

I wouldn't even give bet 365 a 1 star rating. At first I had an account & they kept telling me to verify myself. For about 4 weeks they let me deposit money & bet but wouldn't let me withdraw. They let me bet and was taking my money even though they hadn't verified me. Now they have stopped my account. I have money in the account that is my money but apparently they won't let me withdraw it until my account is fully verified. I used a bank statement and they still had a problem with it. So generally they have stolen my money from me because they say they can't send it back to me unless I verify myself fully. I wouldn't even bother with this bet app more hassle than it's worth plus they're thief's. I prefer to use the app BETFAIR

Coming to markets and odds, Bet365 is in the top 10 for sure. It also makes it a great sportsbook the fact that is safe and secure and has quick withdrawals. However, the website can be a bit messy when scrolling down, and you can get lost with all the info. Also, I've only had a one-time experience with customer support, and it wasn't great - even though they were friendly, they were slow to reply.

Looking at the reviews made me realized that , I have mad a mistake and signup with them . They suspended my account after winning 25 thousand US DOLLARS . It’s been over days and my account is still suspended. I have provided them with all the documents and even reported to NJ GAMING COMISSION . no position feedback as of yet and the customer service department of BET365 is terrible. They are not convincing and treat you like criminals. I’m very very disappointed to see them in US Territory. I had rate them very high looking at their site but after using all I can say is , just don’t . I’m still waiting for money

Generally good UX and odds amongst the best . Also have some great Offers from time to time mostly on football like the £50 In Play Offer . WhichBookie rate highly and it works well on mobile with or without the App but i think the App is better. Withdrawals are quick for me and not had any problems so far

It's a complete scam. I was playing here since more than 8 months. Recently i placed 2 withdrawls, one was dated 24/11/2020 and another 15/12/2020. Even after 1 month the withdrawl amount dated 24/11 was not credited into my account. Inspite of contacting customer service a no. of times they do not give any satisfactory reply. Lastly yesterday (27/12/2020) they did something unexpected and decided to give bet credits worth inr 4000 in my bet 365 acc. This was so frustrating. Regarding withdrawl dated 15/12/2020 its now more than 10 days and still i haven't received it. Upon contacting customer service again they said they'll put a trace regarding this but i know what they'll say at the end. Guys plz never invest here. You won't be able to withdraw your money from BET365. May lord forgive them for they do not know what they are doing.

This website supposedly has a max payout of £2 million. I tried to place a quadruple football bet Premier league, Europa league, FA Cup and League cup advertised at 2500-1. I try to put £10 on this and they accept 10p and refer £9.90 then refuse to accept the bet saying it is at their discretion and quite a rule from T&C’s Ridiculous it is well within their win limit they advertise the odds 2500-1 but essentially say you can only bet 10p it’s a con. Don’t bother if you want to place a bet with decent return but really 2500 - 1 🤣

Honestly for someone who’s been an avid gambler for over 14 years..this site is by far the worst out there! I signed up as their offer matched your deposit, to only find you have to jump through 5/6 hoops and send loads and loads of documents for them to approve it, after I sent all this info and jumped through their hoops, they still didn’t give me my money because it was out of the seven day window. Do not bet with these criminals after spending thousands with them the way they treat ur winning bets with the cash outs are incredible if by any chance u have a ticket in the cash out option will disappear when that ticket is no longer a winning one oh look cash out back on such a fraudulent site stay clear!!!

Avoid this site like the plague. You put a an acca up then have to delete it cos it won't allow you to place the best. Extra place horse racing never works. Inplay is impossible to place a bet....

They let you loose heavy stakes When you win they put a cap on your stakes and they don’t give you any of the facilities that they advertise like best odds. I was placing bets on horses regularly stakes of £500 plus lost about £10k in few weeks suddenly had a lucky streak won £3k they restricted my stakes to £1 saying the traders had made the decision it was a business decision but if your bookmakers you’re there to take wins and losses they are just criminals with a license I will complain to my MP how they are coning people

Worst site ever made had a problem with the games so asked for it to be shut so i didnt play anymore as its all fixed games then i went to play the esports and never won on that i tested myself by putting 1 pound on each team haha all the games ended in a draw so i asked if it can be taken off what happened then account frozen suspended said they are shuttimg my account for no reason absolutely a bunch of cons this site needs closing down they rob you then rob you and nothing thank god ive got a better site than you know bet365 you and your company are a joke good luck to anyone wanting to waste there money here
