The RTP is clearly near zero as I have experienced over a hundred sessions after 100 deposits…it’s absolutely shameful…I’m on other good sites and I don’t lose constantly like bet365… So I can easily compare how low the return to player is with bet363….fact!! I have been amen er if hundreds of online Casinos and this bet365 and a few more dodgy casinos are all that motivated me enough to make negative review because if the shear dishonesty,. So they are in my four worst out of well over a hundred I tried…. shocking such a big company but they have got last of my money on casino games…customer service whitewashes you in reply saying look up win/loss which is a sports feature where they have to be transparent….it does not apply to slots which is all I play with my pension…slots is complete whitewash with a tiny return to player…..even their net deposits feature is dubious which might allow one track slot losses……my bank deposits to them are far more shocking than bet365 implys and of course withdrawals are almost non existent…..all facts over a long time and a clear fraudulent picture is emerged…..

I lost $2000 on my first two bets, and then they restricted my account and wouldn’t give me a chance to win it back or a reason why they restricted my account when I called their customer service. Very unprofessional ! 👎🏼👎🏼

I’ve used bet 365 for a while now and had few problems until now.I tried to make a withdraw for over 100$ and I got a email 4 days later saying my bank information was entered wrong , please check the information again and try to withdraw. The money was back in my bet 365 account and I tried to withdraw again without changing any bank information. Now I’m still waiting for the money to appear in my bank . I’ve contacted my bank , they say there’s no record of the deposit. Bet 365 says the payment shows it went through . Well now it’s been over 2 weeks and I can’t get my money, and I’m really frustrated . I have to chase bet 365 down and it’s super frustrating . Terrible experience and I can’t get my money , that’s owed to me . My property

I keep coming back to Bet365. I like the App. It works well on Android. Spent over £1300 over 12 months on Poker and Virtual Roulette. Won £1250 so a few quid down. Poker can be tough here. Loads of Donks. They win sometimes, lol.

Nothing but legalised scammers and thieves.Don’t trust any communication (verbal or email) that comes out of that den of thieves headquarters.Any communication you make over the phone is like talking to a robot.They are programmed to steal money from you and for that reason they read from a script that is designed for that task.Emailing them is exactly the same.I am going to give up on ever seeing my money again but I am going to dedicate a lot of time in waking up the licensing people who issued them a betting license to begin with.The first step is to wake up these useless authorities here in Australia which should have,( and is quite simple) read customer reviews….it is quite an easy first step you would think.The second thing is to report them to SCAMWATCH authorities.I have been on betting sites before but never one like this legal scam company.They approve your application to join then let you deposit money and start betting.You can then deposit more money and bet again.Once you log out and try to return you cannot get back in and the rest of your money is locked in there with them.Once you contact them,their excuse is they are doing a full verification that could take who knows how long.This is something that the licensing people have a lot to answer to for not doing their BASIC homework…AND SHAME ON THEM for only thinking about the money they will make from issuing betting licenses to such rotten sewer companies like bet365…these departments issuing licenses are complicit.

I compared the rtp on bet 365 with the rtp on the game providers website. The stated rtp on both sites is around 96%. On the same stake amount and the same amount of spins the rtp on bet 365 averaged between 5-10%(although this is rare to be this bad it can happen from time to time) On the providers website (Pragmatic play) the same stake and amount of spins was 70-200%. This as a once off can obviously happen,sometimes good mostly not so good. The problem arises when you repeat the experiment multiple times and get the same results. Bet365 over multiple sessions,rtp remained between 5-10%. Pragmatic play over multiple sessions rtp remained between 70-200%. I tried multiple times to achieve the same bad results as I got with bet365 on pragmatic play,it was not possible. No matter how many times I tried bet365 continued to give the same low rtp and pragmatic continued to give the same average to decent rtp. This is not down to bad luck. This is manipulated rtp. The outcome is supposed to be random given the rtp,sometimes you win a little,mostly you lose. If the rtp is considerably lower than what is stated you are almost guaranteed to lose. How much you lose is down to how many spins you’re willing to give it before you realise you’re being scammed.

I put money on the site and placed a bet,now they are doing a verification process that has now lasted over 3 weeks. I cannot withdraw my money or access my account. If this isnt theft I dont know what is. They stole my money and are holding it indefinitely until they can verify me… how long will that take? They do random verifications. This becomes a problem when you have bets in play. Once this verification starts, you can’t log into your account to monitor your parlays or even cash out. THey say it takes 48 hours, which is not true. When you email them, they don’t give you a timeline. I had opportunities to cash out this weekend, but could not have and they are not assisting. Sending my complaint to the OLG. Never using this company again.

I can’t understand so many bad reviews. I’ve played with over 8 online casinos and find Bet365 to be one of the best!! with a high cash withdrawal limit of 50k NZD. I’ve never had a problem with them. I had an account with the original Bet365 before it was regulated in Ontario. Trying to place a bet is like trying to open and account and getting verified every single time. So many steps and forget trying to use a desktop/laptop always asking for the Authentication App…why is everything moving to mobile? Some people like using a wired computer. Even using trying to use a phone a while ago getting the app to work was like nothing I have ever experienced. I am tired of trying and just trying to place any bet on this website has literally forced me to quit betting which is the only positive thing. Worst site ever.

I have received about 15 emails from an email that I don’t use often that stated I had logged into my bet365 account. I have never heard of this company and when I tried to log into the website, it stated that I was blocked out of it. There is no way to contact them. SCAM!!

Downloaded the Poker App around 2 years back. Have deposited around £1500 in total. After playing around 50,000 hands at micro stakes and making a loss I won’t be coming back. Players busting out with their last chips always hit their miracle card. There are a lot of Donk players here but it’s impossible to take their money as the system is rigged against you. Very frustrating and soul destroying. I won more money playing on the virtual roulette and blackjack. I don’t mind losing it’s part of the game but it’s the way that you lose here. Shame really as it’s a decent app and works well on Android. Pay Outs are Fast. If you like Poker then go to a proper poker vendor like Pokerstars or 888. Bet365 Poker uses the Ipoker software and it really is terrible. I won’t be coming back.
