This site is nothing short of theft! I play blackjack and don’t anyone tell me it’s anything h other than crooked and rigged when I’ve just witnessed 15 hands in a row where house had one hand less than either 20 or 21! Should be shut down as while you get good and bad luck it leaves very bitter taste when you know you are being robbed

Avoid these scammers! I contacted them to open a account in Bulgaria.

I first did the verification. Then i received a email that my account was succesfull verified.

I deposit money. And 14 hours later they closed my account.

Ok there can be a reason to close it. As far as i know i did nothing wrong. I opened account with correct details. Did first the verification. I received a email that everything was ok.

After that i only desposit money and set some bets. I had small winnings. But overall it was a loss

One day later they closed. I was surprised that my account was closed. But maybe they had a good reason…. So i contact them. But they did not know why. Only saying it was a decicion of the trading departement. But someone should be knowing the reason.

After pushing a supervisor was going to investigate and will call me back after 48 hours.

But after 48 hours nobody called, but after 60 hours someone give me the same answer as 2 days ago and it was not the supervisor that called as promised.

So account is closed. But no reason given. I only wanted to know why. But that is too much to ask….. they hide behind trading departement.

So they take your money, close account and you can go to hell because they dont provide the reason.

So think twice if you want to play at this bookie.

I started betting months ago, charged my account with £1500,and i lost all. Fortunately for me, last 3 weeks i met on guy on Instagram called premium_tip,the guy games are nerve wrecking!!!..I’ve won more than £75,000 just within the last 3 weeks, and guess what?, he doesn’t charge a penny for his games, you only pay him after you win!

I had loved this site for years. Until recently. I had my account restricted for what I can only assume was some large cash outs. Once they contacted me they asked me numerous questions in regards to my betting style as well as what bets I made most. They reactivated my account and now the bets that I make mostly and win most on are restricted to 5 dollar max stake. To make sure it wasn’t just on all bets I asked a friend to log into his account and stake 100 on the same bet and he was able to do so. Once you start winning they find ways to limit your returns. I have many screenshots as well as audio of conversations with support and they always use the same response “the traders set the stakes per game and they are the same for everyone” this is what I was told after telling them my friend was able to make a stake of 100 while I was restricted to 5. This site used to be incredible and honest but recently they must be not making as much profit and are trying to restrict those who are winning. I will be looking at another sports betting site.

I put some bets on on the evening of 9th October,then logged out.I left £24 in my account to put on exacta bets which can only be done on the day of the races.I logged in on the morning of Oct 10th & placed the exactas.I won but when I came to check my returns,I was approximately £75 short.I checked my betting history & no exactas were showing.I had 2 winning exactas plus 2 non runners,returns as above.So I rang customer services who twice claimed I had not logged into my account on the 10th at all.But I know I did.My balance was showing 0.00 when I logged out after placing those bets.So I know those bets were placed.Strangely I was about £350 up for the year when this happened.I have closed my account & withdrawn my bank with them & reported them to IBAS.Somehow my exactas & login that day have been deleted.

Only losers are welcome. If somebody have positive opinion, then be sure he is losing in bet$3.65.
If you win even a small amount prepare yourself-
Limiting, then they stop answer you, you go always last in a queue in the Chat, when you connect you will get "our staff is cool and they can do anything they want" and that's all. In few weeks if you keep being sharp despite the limitation, you will get banned from putting any bets. Next step, they will aware you that your balance will be charged for not being used for a long time. Then they will completely DELETE your account with EXISTING balance.

Appaulling customer service . Dont join bet 365 much better to go with bet fair or sky bet. With sky bet you always get a £5 free bet every week when you spend £25. You have to go cap in hand with bet 365 to get a derogatory £5 as and when they seem fit to pay it which is seldom. Abhorrent company matched by there Abhorrent staff. Stay well clear.

My account lasted 7 days and i actually lost £300 during that period. All i did was target the enhanced odds races where they offer top 4 quarter place. Clearly despite making offers on such races they have no intention of allowing customers to just bet on these races. The last bet i tried to place was on a 5 to 1 shot, the computer said i was allowed £1.50 each way on it. Shops do not ban me if i only use them when sales are on. The government needs to step in. B365 exploit those who do not know how to gamble and prevent those that do. How is this fair trading? And Denis Coates the owner is worth 12 billion. It is all wrong.

A bit more about how bad and scam is bet365.

Bet365 is the best company for losers, in case you make profit they will pay you, but they reduce your stakes per bet and then they will just lock you in all of the ways, like you want make a deposit and for over a month you have a message saying that you are over the deposit limit for a month.

I have made 7.500€ profit in less than a week, after that the volcano started inside of their office blocking me everywhere and not answering messages and emails.

The important thing to note here is, if you are going to lose, bet365 is good for you… if you want earn money and/or make life of it, forget it as they don’t want clients to have profits.

Unfortunately it is the betting business.

This new app update as so slow and I tried 3 times to add money into my account last night no luck , but I open the account this morning to find that the 3 attempts did actually work and the money has been taken , goals scored and the time are not updated until you log into app ,before you could press one button and log in now your pressing several as if it’s delayed on purpose what a crap 💩 update this is
