Bet365 AU CANCELLED my account due to me having 6 live doubles into the Masters Golf!!

Cannot view my LIVE open bets to monitor.

How can this be allowed on any betting site?

A bet accepted should be monitored by the player until the bet expires!!!

365 closing accounts daily ( with so called “problem customers” as exposed on the ABC television AU ) on the pretence you have a ‘gambling problem’.
Ex employee exposed 365 AU practice to eliminate “winning customers”.

Played their game when I received a phone call.
Phone ”interview” for 1/2 an hour (taped for future reference) …provided bank statements on request with significant cash balance etc & informed them I was more than happy to cease using their site but expected to be able to monitor open bets until they expired.

They still closed my account albeit I have significant doubles that are very much alive.

Photographed the alive doubles & returns ( first legs successful ) as I smelt a very large RAT.

80% of players on this platform have gone out of their way to give 365 the minimum star rating – extraordinary percentage on over 1K+ voices globally.

Happy to discuss same with any media or government authority to eliminate this despicable practice for genuine punters.

Taken the issue up with the Northern Territory Government ( AU authority for 365 ) as their corrupt practices must be exposed.

New app is an absolute nightmare. You have to keep logging in and out to update results and your starred horses do not show up on the race card. Messaged them but to no avail. Been a customer for 15 years but not for much longer.

Customer for many years. I moved from the Uk to Cyprus and my location was changed. I can deposit from anywhere but when it comes to withdrawal then they are just i diots. I made a withdrawal of 50 € to my uk bank account and the same day i did another €180. The 180 never came and they are asking me for 100 documents that i presented to them and its taking over a month for them to do the transfer. Customer service is Ignorant and rude as they dont answer a bloody common question you ask them. Like: why my first withdrawal went through and on the second one done in the same day after being in Cyprus for over 3 years its not allowed. They just give formal answers and nobody cares. I send 10 messages with the same questions and about where is my 180 and they only reply that my KYC are correct and i am veryfied. Nothing about my €180 that i am waiting for a month now.

At first when I started betting with bet365 I was recording much losses till I got a tipster on Instagram by the name EDDY_TIPS who do give me fixed correct scores for payment afterwinning, for a month now that I have worked with him I have made millions of dollars with his fixed matches .he made me to understand that fixed matches do exist and he proved it to me that he is hundred percent real!!!! Bet 365 in my experience are WORSE than worse.
I opened an account and everything appeared to go through smooth as silk. I deposited £100.
Later in the day I fancied a bet but couldn't log on to my account just opened. I tried several times without
succes. I then telephoned customer services and had to wait some 20 mins to speak with somebody.
I then was told by some jobsworth my account was blocked and I needed to send proof of identity before I could use it. I argued to no avail that £100 was taken from my account without need for further identity. I then emailed instructing the £100 be paid back into my account using 'same' data I gave allowing Bet 365 to take £100 from my account. I told them the mustard cuts both ways – what's sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander. No, still insisted I send further proof of identity 'before' my money would be returned, which on principal I will not send. If push becomes shove shove I will argue my case in the small claims court. Summing up I only have my self to blame because I was warned not to have any dealings with this cowboy outfit. Hope this serves as a timely warning to others.

The app update is total $hit and it doesn’t allow you to make bets. It’s so complicated and I can’t even find a way to place a football bet. Also considering the amount of money bet365 makes can’t they make the app UK focussed? It’s called f00king FOOTBALL, not soccer!

Just the fact they only give 5 dollars is a joke to begin with but would u believe u have to win the bet first before u can keep the 5

I have left a one star expereince only because nil is not available. I reveived an email from bet 365,saying that they were restricting my account until someone speaks to me about my account on the phone. You then have to arrange a call back which gives a waiting time of 72 hours. Having done that through live chat, I called on the third day of waiting, to be told that the call back was not recorded and I had to wait another 72 hours. I cannot believe that there was no one at bet 365 available to fast track a call back for me, given my circumstances. Bet 365 has gone down considerably in my estimation and would not ever recommend them as a good betting service. Inidentally they do not "restrict" your account, the correct word is "freeze."

New App does not work. On horse betting on an IPhone 6S it fails to show updated Account Balance after placing a bet, and it fails to show Settled or Unsettled Bets with any consistancy. It's a pity, you can't rate this App with NO Stars.

This is a joke of a company that will almost immediately restrict you as soon as you start to bet on their 4/1 or ITV 4/1 horse racing promotion.

After multiple wins, I received an email stating that all my betting concessions were removed and was stake restricted to pennies.

What beggars belief is that if they decided to use their brains, they could just say “ Sorry Sir, you have won enough now and you can continue to use the site, but we don’t want you participating in this promotion anymore”.

Instead I was totally restricted throughout the site and cannot even place a bet on the football.

Why offer a promotion and then restrict customers when they make a profit?

Why not just state in your terms this terminology as an example: you may take part in this promotion for two or three times and when completed, you will no longer be eligible. How difficult would that be?

I cannot believe a multi- million pound company is so foolish and would risk losing so much other potential revenue from “restricted customers” where these same customers may spend thousands in their online casino and on other sporting events but cannot do this due to being restricted because of a promotion that Bet 365 is offering in the first place.

The truth of this appears to be that Bet 365 only offers these promotions to rope customers in, hoping they will mainly use the online casino under the pretence of being a major sportsbook with decent promotional offers. As soon as a customer wins regularly on the sportsbook, they will be restricted.

It’s a shame that the industry in general seems to be following this model but I would have not been expected a major player such as Bet 365 to be so petty.

These restrictions come under the form of “trader reviews”, which are irreversible and no correspondence is entered into or entertained. What a farce.

Yes they have wide variety of markets but they counter all that stuff by giving you rubbish odds, they’re markets are garbage, even worst I’ve heard many betting sites give you offers, bonus bets, but all they give you are rubbish promotions, laughable garbage. They used to be the best on the market, but they changed a lot recently.
Live matches are being cancelled randomly – cashout becomes impossible. Bonuses are harder to obtain, you can't cashout them, unless your team is close to winning.
If you win money before sending them your id scan, they won't pay your winnings.
Less matches available for live betting… these are just some of their techniques, stay away from this so called company..

Bet365 app has been down on numerous occasions over the last few weeks for long periods of time which has meant you cannot place bets or access your funds which is appalling and they have now upgraded their app which is rubbish as it doesn’t update bets, balances,results Etc without keeping logging off and logging on again and is now only available in portrait format which is inconvenient on an iPad

Bet365 are real cheaters.
I deposited through astropay and I doubled my bankroll.When I tried to withdraw through Skrill account,they closed my account.Iam continuous ly following them,they are only providing option to withdraw through wire transfer,which not a good option for Indians.Indian banks don't accept money from bookmakers.
Dear Indians I advise you to not to go with bet365,chose any other bookmaker.

These guys don't need any new customers. They are overloaded with existing customers and loads of money. I opened an account recently and finally not able to use it due to their logicless deposit limits. They set up my 7-day limit as €6,022,532 and a 30-day limit as €23. I don't know which genius person or algorithm set that. When I chatted with their customer support, they were least bothered and wanted me to beg to increase those limits by calling on their phone number. i dont understand their logic behind that and decided to not use this website anymore.

I use their official website rather than the app because apps has many issues frustrating customers. Their new update is not likeable by many. The customer service is active, they have an email address, Live Chat 24hrs & phone numbers. Their withdrawals and deposits are a quick method and customers must be verify to withdraw. The payment for withdrawal will be in your account immediately after the game(s) is finished.

Sometimes they offer a $5.00 live-in- play bet in particular games,(single matches) if you wager in the market pre-betting with your own money they claimed they are offering their $5.00 to you. The fact is, this is not true. If you win the bet using their $5.00 live-in-play which they claimed they give it to you. You will be paid only the payout and not the stake.
For example let us say the payout is $100.00, you will be paid $95.00 and they will deduct their $5.00 from your account & if you lose the bet, it still will be deducted. You CANNOT withdraw their $5.00. How could they be offering something & then taking it back?
What they are actually doing is lending the punters $5.00 without their consent rather than giving it to them.
The only benefit for punters is they will get the payout & not their stake which is their $5.00 they lend you.
I would still recommend people to bet there but before opening an account, people should read their Terms and Conditions first.

After watching very carefully the live casino blackjack tables. It has come to my attention that all of them are rigged 100%. the dealer will get either blackjack or 20 90% of the time. No matter how many are playing. Don't take my word for it. Go and see for yourselves. All gambling is FIXED. If it wasn't, I think the majority of us that gamble would be rich.

I was a real fan of bet365 betting site and would say it was flawless and was miles ahead of WH, however, the new bet365 site is absolutely rubbish and I’m very disappointed with whoever created this new site, on the plus site I’m sure eventually I will give up gambling all together and honestly I can’t wait so I will try and tolerate this new rubbish site.

I've extensively used sites, and these guys are on top by a distance. The actual user experience in terms of site functionality and layout is pretty good. The customer contact is far more professional than alot of the also ran sites and they address your concerns by actually listening rather than giving a templated response. Live betting is widely available and in play to use through the contents without being suspended. Generally the odds offered across all disaplines are alot better that almost all others.

Numerous things have annoyed me now about this site , as specified by previous members why try and fix something that’s not broken .
I used to be able to go off site and then return and the match details would have changed , now I do the same thing and all the details are the same as when the game started .
I’ve also noticed that when you turn your device sideways the information will not turn around and enlarge the details .
I realise these things are trivial but they are also handy for certain people.

Been using the Bet365 app on iPhone since Christmas and found it to work well and was very user friendly. Since they have updated the app it has got to be the worst on the market with so meany glitches it’s unreal. For example, Money now takes ages to hit Your account After you win a bet and the app won’t let you place another bet until it is settled. Live In play stats don’t update in real time. No longer user friendly And your favourite markets don’t save after you close the app so you need to reset every time you log in.

Extremely unfriendly staff both over the phone and via chat. Cold, robotic, scripted responses. Always have been. Was almost use to it until I switched. Now coming back to use them for a promo or two here or there – I can remember why I left.

I wonder what their staff think of us Australians some times.
