First I have un fortunately given my xerox copy and they didn’t approve it and after I called customer care but they told me to sent an email an I have sent it after sending the email they are telling me that the pan card that I sent was no clear an I sent it again for 100times but they are rejecting it and I asked them to provide a link to upload my pancard but they are not sending any link or they are not giving browse option to upload the pan card again this is the worst betting app never seen before guys don’t trust this app I can say betway is more better than this app

Not spend your time and your money at here!!I had tried to get a withdraw at here since middle of last month and now I’m still not get my money yet!! They had refused my withdraw 2 times and each time them used at least 1 week for it!!! Now I have report them already to the interpol…We’ll see !! I had took my withdraw again after they refused my withdraw on Saturday!! Don’t spend your time and your money at here peoples!!!

Not great so far gotta say, their overall system RTP for casino games is so heavily weighted in their favour. Even games which typically have good returns, such as Age of the Gods, are sub-standard industry-wise on this site. I came purely for the variety of games and it’s all I’m staying for as their bonus schemes are not worth the time or money. Very unusual for a company which is a subsidiary of LC International Ltd who also run Coral and Ladbrokes, (who by the way are much better). Its best you stick to those if you choose this bookmaker or its parent company to gamble with.Please don’t respond with “volatility” blah blah. I know how it works and this ain’t it. You could play 1000 different games here and the outcome would be the same.Trust the reviews here is my advice

This company is complete fraud when you try to withdraw money they ask to upload all documents and once approved if you try to deposit and withdrawal they rejected to approved documents and ask you to produce new documents. Please don’t trust this dafabet app for betting.This is a vey bad app.They are not solving my problem from one year.I am facing withdrawal problem from 1 year. So even though I wasn’t asked to upload my identity I thought I would do it anyway to save any future issues I wish I hadn’t Since then I’ve been asked to verify again they have had my withdrawals in pending for over 4 days now I’ve contacted their chat which was pointless and even customer service just repeats the same information my first withdrawals were processed in 24 hours so why after sending identification am I not allowed my winnings

Not that it matters now as they’ve been sold – however going forward….

You should know that Betbright are completely incompetent. Compliance set my deposit limit to £2k a month in March 2018. I asked them in Feb 2019 why I’ve been able to deposit nearly 5k or more some months? They then suspended my account pending investigation.

The investigation found that they had accidentally set it as a weekly deposit limit of £2k and not the monthly. At this point I’d deposited £44k in a year instead of the maximum £24kni should have been allowed if compliance had done their job properly.

They refunded me £8k. I have no idea where they got that figure from but apparently take withdrawals into account even though regardless the maximum I should have been allowed to get on my account was £24k in this period. I think I was down £19k at this point. I asked for my other £11k and they just said that a thorough investigation was done and I wouldn’t be getting anything else!

So to summarise, please avoid these schoolboys. They are incompetent and your money is not safe!

Complete waste of time
I'm a small stakes customer and after reading about the 100% deposit bonus I thought I'd give BetBright a try. So I could have more bets and my money would last a bit longer I deposited the maximum amount £100 & BetBright added another £100. I understand you have to bet so much before the bonus is added to your cash and that is totally acceptable because some people would just deposit and then try to withdraw the bonus and their own deposit. I like to have an interest in NH racing so I opened an account to actually BET not to mess around. So when I went to place my first bet of only £8 EW on a horse priced at 7/1 running at Sandown I was offered only £1.47. I then went to place a £3 Win bet on a 10/1 shot and they would only allow me £1.27. Totally ridiculous! How can they call themselves a bookmaker if they don't take even small bets. I've placed 100s of bets a year like this with Bet365 with no problems at all. Ive now put in a withdrawal "request" for my £100 without placing a single bet. Before I closed my account I was sent a number of emails encouraging me to play in their casino. I'll say no more!!

My advice is don't waste your time, like they wasted mine, by opening an account with BetBright.

Terrible how they treat such loyal and high spending players. I deposited over £700.00 on the site last week and was expecting my weekly loyalty bonus which they have been giving for a long time now each Monday. Nope……. was told they are reviewing their marketing strategy and have suspended all promotions and bonuses until further notice. Now firstly….. there was no email advising this and when questioned they said "well the loyalty banner has gone from the site so it does confirm this promotion no longer exisits". Am I to know this…. nope! Nowhere on there site has there been a note that all promotions have been suspended. Ok I then asked well given my spend could someone please take a look and see if there is any casino bonus I may have given the circumstances. Had the weekly loyalty programme still been running I would have accrued £100.00 no deposit bonus. They said we will send your request to the casino manager and see what they say. 3 days passed as they don't work weekends and no email. Went to live chat and they said yes the manager reviewed but nothing is being given out……. no email received or no sincere apology. I could understand if the week before i spent £20.00 but seriously over £700.00 deposited if not more and thats how they responded. So right now people….. there are no promotions what so ever. for little or big spenders.
I deposit at least £500 t0 £800.00 there a week easy and have been treated like this. So for all you big spenders….. avoid.
Secondly… on Thursday 28th Feb 5 withdrawals totalling £140.00 were processed to my bank account. Now one thing I have liked is that funds are always in my account the next day. The 1st March 0 so thought ok…. will be Monday 4th March. Today the 4th nothing in my account. Went to live chat all I got was "it was processed, allow 3-5 working days" now I explained this has never happened and could they just check in the back office when this money was actually paid and all I got was "please allow until the 7th". I have to admit slow withdrawals and no loyalty to their high roller players has led me to a 1 star review. It would have been something if the so called "casino manager" themselves would have emailed me but nope…. they leave it to the player to chase and all you get is robotic answers.
My commitment to this casino will no longer be if they don't look after their loyal players.

I got restricted after a handful of bets and had to send in ridiculous amount of identification in just to get my money back after being restricted
Before this I kept getting calls trying to get me to bet with them. Calling me to let know the football season was starting etc. Cold calling from bookies is a new low

The prices are poor as well check oddschecker and rarely make the top section of odds.

This is all factual so no reason why this should be removed though no doubt they'll lodge a complaint.

It's a shame instead of having a full pr team on here they can't instead take a decent bet or go Best odds on comparison sites

Warning – Do not bet on their website using a mobile device. Cash out option is shown as a big icon which can accidentally be triggered when scrolling on your phone. Any decent Bookmaker would give you a second option to confirm your decision but not these guys. Hit the option once and you've cashed out as per their terms and conditions so give them a swerve.
