Won multiple in play bets on the under 2.5 goals markets and marked my bets as void once i won and keep saying they are investigating the bets i placed but are doing nothing straight scam / fraud...

Absolutely appalling website. I am surprised this company is still in business as their website is one of the most unusable websites I've ever used. I tried it out on Chrome on my tablet and It just wouldn't let me do what I wanted to do. Come on Betbull pull your finger out and sort your mobile website out.

It was never a great site before they done it but now it's worse.Use to get a 8% loyalty bonus on accas and diamonds every day that you could use on spins to get a boost ROBBED us of that taken them away.Try doing a acca it will say a price changed wont let you place it, use to be able to accept any odds change no longer available. Refresh the page because you can't place the bet and you lose all your selections and have to start all over again PATHETICHow this have gone up from 1 star to 2 half i never know fake feedback guaranteed. No one can say its better, everything about it is rubbish, lost the don't bet alone, so many things changed that you'll bet alone.Wouldn't go back and neither should people join they're one of the worst I've been on and a minus 3* would be justified. What a dishonest, no integrity scam this company is, they suck customers in by offering £50 free bets provided your first funds input is £50 and you make £50 in bets within 7 days i did both, now apparently as i wish to claim the "free bets" they come out with all sorts of excuses as to why "YOU" don't qualify and then have the audacity to point you to the tiny small print hidden in amongst pages of rubbish. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Very good bookie, new interface is easy to follow. You can get a 5-100% bonus on your odds every time you spin the wheel. Social bets is also really enjoyable, especially if your struggling to find a bet yourself. Withdrawals are very quick with Nationwide, however with my Monzo it can take a little longer. Nice change from the traditional bookies, Betbull is certainly on its way to becoming a top tier contender very soon.

Absolutely rubbish site it’s slow can’t put a bet on as not able to get on bet slip and it’s constantly changing the odds and suspending them so always having to redo bets, would not rate this as a casino to play stay well away!!!

Casino section should be banned. Complete ripoff. Can get through £200 at 40p a spin with zero features. Criminal that they're allowed to stay open. Their sports section is a bit more decent but you have to chase them up for the promised free bets. Very shoddy overall.

Absolute avoid this site you can’t get hold of them either I think the negative reviews sum them up they are a waste of time not a pleasant experience to be honest deposits gone quickly no wins always below the bet level something needs to be done asap…

I won £310 today from a £10 deposit & they paid me in 30 minutes. So not sure what all these reviews are about. The app is slow for casino maybe needs a bit of work as when connected to WiFi was blank but other than that it does pay out..

Awful….. listen to all the negative comments and don’t open an account and give them a go because Cantona is promoting it for them.Applied deposit restrictions (relatively low) and then questioned me by asking if am I in control? Absolute cheek this “Leo” customer support. Your staff needs training in terms of how to speak to customers. Account closed. Hope others don’t use as they will only leave a negative feedback just like me. Stay away. Not worth it

They limit the stake you can use for bet randomly and Customer Service is useless, always replying with the same scripted answers. Needless to say they are never useful in any way, shape or form. I'll close my account and never use again, it's absolute garbage.

As most of the comments they have restricted my account with over £3k it's been over two weeks. Asking for documents i have already provided 10 times. I don't know what to do. They have been good before. For almost a year! I am willing to change my rating if this gets sorted!

Poor casino games payout. RTP advertised as 96% but the games lack any ability to pay out at all. Tested a number of games over 100's of spins on each game. In the rare event a bonus feature was achieved the payouts were awful. Some of the worst I've ever experienced. Think Bonanza 5X, Bookie of Odds, 10X, King of Slots didn't bonus for over 500 spins and paid out a massive 40X. One to add to the avoid list.
