Well I enquired about getting 0% commission. You told me it had been activated but I then looked at my account and it still says 2%. Can I be bothered to wait to chat again or not. Problem not resolved

Very helpful if you have any problems .i just wish there was more Liquidity in the Football Markets you cant get any Bets on a lot of the time unless there big Leagues like the Premier League etc

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a betting exchange, although Smarkets is also up there. They closed my account for absolutely ZERO reason BEFORE I EVEN STARTED PLAYING. I could say a lot more and go at them but my review will get taken down. These guys have no brain cells for not letting me play with them, I would have made them so much money as I am a regular bettor, I really do not understand the reasoning behind this, they honestly deserve to go bankrupt with such business practices. Honestly Matchbook and Betfair are 100 times better

I hadn’t used Betdaq for several years and was informed that I needed to send two documents for verification in order to be able to deposit money in my Betdaq account; ok, that’s fair enough. I sent the required docs on Wednesday and Betdaq confirmed the docs had been received. Then I heard nothing so today I asked what was going on and was informed that I had not sent one of the documents so my verification could not be processed. It would have been in our mutual interest if I had been informed as soon as the “error” was discovered. My suspicion is they know they’ve made a mistake but claiming I sent the wrong document gets them off the hook. I thought Betdaq were better than this.

I joined on a link from Oddsmonkey and have only as yet placed a couple of bets but the experience was easy and quick and payout handled efficiently.

Don’t respond to emails. Have emailed there helpdesk re a 3 pound double horseracing bet which their system said was bet placed but was not giving the winnings and record of bet has disappeared on my system. Only 30 odd quid but can’t believe not had courtesy of a reply shocking stuff

Simple quotation they couldn’t answer the costumer service. I had a tennis match over 32.5 and over 33.5 games , over 33.5 settled won and over 32.5 settled void , nobody explained me the reason and deduct me £392 with out reason

Cannot use VPN as I do in literally every other site for my personal protection. 1 star before even getting into it, what a start. Or, I should say, before you REFUSE to let me in despite having proof of address which is what the whole ‘verification process’ is about. A bunch of clowns. AND you will reply to this review with some sort of bot-generated, automated message, ‘we are sorry you feel this way…’ BLAH BLAH BLAH, write me a SINCERE reply if you are ever going to reply showing that I am talking to a fkn person on the other side and not a robot, and show that you care even a little bit. Your policies are LAUGHABLE, no wonder you are getting crushed by Betfair, Smarkets and all the other exchanges. Thoughtless policies like this is what I hate about corporate companies, it shows you have the brain of an ape and just follow orders blindly.Even if the person IS outside the UK, WHY DO YOU CARE? YOU WILL EARN MONEY REGARDLESS. IT IS A LOSS-LOSS SITUATION, THE BETTOR LOSES OUT AND YOU LOSE OUT ON COMMISSION YOU IMBECILES. WITH THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS PRACTICES YOU S-H-O-U-L-D BE OUT OF BUSINESS.

I had a new debit card last one expired Austin sorted out the change over so easily.Betdaq lets you either live chat or talk to a real person unlike Betunfair and their chat bots.P P do not want people anymore on their exchange their loss is Betdaq’s gain.

Good company pays out immediately and odds better than any bookie

They cannot be bothered to develop a sensible version of SP. You cannot place a straightforward XSP bet. You need to choose odds & these odds must be within “around 30%” of the current back price, so every punter needs to calculate “around 30%” of current back price before they place a bet. This is crazy. I am happy just to take an XSP when I place a bet. As much as I dislike Betfair, it’s no surprise that Betdaq never threatened them and will always remain a minnow in comparison.

I never intended to sign up for this as I was supposed to be doing something else and this appeared instead. I only realised when it was asking for betting limits and bank details that wasn’t what I was supposed to be signing up for

Needed to change card to deposit as old one expired. This can be a bit of an ordeal with some companies, though was sorted out in minutes and was back depositing and betting in no time. Excellent customer service from betdaq, never had a single problem with them in over 10 years, good betting company imo.

Chat was good but I was forced to come to chat because the site gave me no help as to my request for responsible gambling change. Betdaq is quite poor on website vs customer experience.

Betdaq have one enormous problem which they have not spotted. They are going way beyond what is required of them by the Gambling Commssion. All my other betting outlets have accepted my documentation, but here they are going way to far in their scrutiny. From recent letters in the Racing Post and other comments on here, it suggests that they are losing accounts hand over fist….and therefore liquidity. It’s bad enough having over zealous people, who don’t understand their commitments in the Know Your Client department-but it’s unforgivable that the management haven’t noticed-and that there are people within Betdaq who are hell bent on destroying their own firm.
