Austin in the support team dealt with my issue very quickly and professionally! The issue was not understanding why I had an issue in the first place! You make a deposit on a new card because the old one has expired and then a withdrawal cannot be made to that new card ! The reason given is ambiguous and not helpful at all and neither is finding out contact process !!

Been with you for a few years. Suddenly asked to provide ID in the form of driving license, passport, utility bills and bank statements.As the Bill has NOT YET been passed by the government requiring this, you have a damned cheek asking for these details.There is NO WAY I will send personal/private information of this nature to you or any bookmaker.There is no way to know where this information ends up----and NO ONE, inc horse racing trainers, owners etc are happy with this situation.It will destroy the industry and you, along with most other bookmakers will rapidly close your businesses......along with your jobs.This will also effect the tax revenue that the government collects and will put 1000's of other industry workers out of work.Good luck in getting a new job.

Billy was polite, quick and effective in dealing with my withdrawal issue.Betdaq are light years behind Betfair in terms of website functionality, but are light years ahead with their customer service.Having a human being available to talk with on the phone, should be a customer service prerequisite; something Betdaq understands, and Betfair ignores, much to the detriment of its customer base.Iain

Mobile website so poor. Bounces you all round the site apart from where you want to go. Refresh button so close to deposit button even a child would struggle to not mishit buttons. Bet settlement on greyhounds take an eternity.Early days but not for me, go back to old site as new one is absurd

Shocking. I asked for my account to be reactivated last Wednesday and they said it was gone to be reviewed. I refuse to keep my account open when I’m not punting so I’ve closed my account 3 times in last 12 months and they said it had to go to compliance. What in the name of God is a review needed to reopen my account. The customer service is deplorable. Even if they had to review my accounts how can it take days. It’s a farce and the industry is finished.

Well I closed my account,as was not familiar with the format when I tried to reopen,when I got familiar with it,I was not treated very nicely, and asked to re verify my account.so would not use them again.
