I like the site but in two weeks since joining they have mis-settled 4 times on greyhound events. I know people can make mistakes but 4 times seems excessive. I have to check now that every win is settled correctly and I receive the money. It's funny because it's never settled wrongly the other way round. Hmm...

My advice use a more reputable exchange. They emailed offering a Bet£10 get a free £10 bet promo. The qualifying bet was placed and the bonus was not received. Contacted support and received a snippy reply that it could take up to 72 hours. Waited 72 hours still no bonus. Emailed them again and they simply did not reply.No big loss I will just continue to use Smarkets and Matchbook who at least honour their promos.

I have used the site for many years and found it the best about for my needs since the update to the new site i have had constant problems with bets not showing as matched when they have been this as been very costly to me as i have placed again and had unwanted lays on several occasions i think the problem lies with not having a refresh button on matched bets and also the removal of the live bets at the bottom as made it hard work to see what has been matched sorry to say its no longer fit for purpose so i cant use it anymore hope you get it fixed asap as the saying goes if it aint broke dont fix it

Let me say first that betdaq have always had excellent customer service but their new website is absolutely useless.Sometimes when placing bets on the golf market today they were not showing up on the interface.I opened two windows and they were showing different odds.The market then disappeared and i had to refresh the page not knowing if my bets were matched or not.I got logged out then after 40 minutes sometimes it used to be 180 minutes other times you could be logged in all night.The app on my android phone seems more reliable which is not saying much.Worst of all the classic site has now gone.Unfortunately a woeful experience.

Very poor exchange, withdrawals are so slow, 3 days now and still waiting for it to hit my bank.Not enough liquidation in the markets, sadly this is the worst exchange out of the main 4 so i cannot recommend this site

You cannot see your betslip, or bet if the page size is more than 80%? 80% is too small for me to see anything.*My response to Betdaq's reply: I have contacted the helpdesk three times, with their replies, being unable to answer my query fully, or come up with a solution?*
