After acknowledging their error, they were quick to resolve the issue I had with the exchange. They are getting more volume in football and especially horse racing in the recent days, so I usually prefer it because of the lower comission they have.

I changed my debit card details to a new one. This was because my Bank changed their system from Visa debit to Mastercard. My original card had not expired on your system so i could not withdraw funds using my new card. Fully explained the situation to me and advised what he needed from me. I responded and the situation was remedied extremely quickly. Well done Connor

Used Betdaq for years. It's great. Good odds and very competitive. I had a recent customer service experience with them where I hadn't used Betdaq for months due to personal issues. They had understandably suspended my account. 2 simple emails and my account was reactivated. Thanks Betdaq ?

I can only score Betdaq as poor. They have been in the exchange game for years and look at the progress they have made. They have had an opportunity to compete with Betfair as it's only rival and now matchbook and smarkets offer a far superior product. Liquidity on main events is okay but try and get a bet on beyond with Reasonable liquidity is not worth the hassle. The mobile app and desktop are woeful. Early 2000's software by the looks of it. Seriously the CEO needs to give his head a wobble. What does he do all day. Speak to anyone in the know about exchange betting and they could immediately give him 100 cost effective tips that would improve the site. It's like they can't be bothered. I only used Betdaq on a whim occasionally but I think I'm done with them through pure frustration of a lazy product.

After signing up to BETDAQ, i recieved an email offering a £10 free bet if a £20 bet is placed. After placing the qualifying bet and not receiving the free bet i then have to go through a tedious week long conversation with customer service over email for them to tell me that my bet had settled a day late, as i bet on the football on saturday when the promotional period was only for the friday. I later checked and found this about 5 paragraphs deep in the terms and conditions. What free bet offer is only valid on one day with that info hidden deep in terms and conditions. I feel cheated and a slow customer service response didnt help. Avoid BETDAQ and use ANY other exchange, there being many that a better quality and more reliable.

Been using BETDAQ for a few years now. Liquidity is getting better and they have quite a few free bet offers. Prices on the exchange are better than all the non-exchange bookmakers. A good alternative to Betfair.

Twice I have taken up their encouragement to bet by betting £10 on an accumulator in order to get a free £5 bet, and twice they haven't come up with it. First time I complained and got it. Second time I couldn't be bothered so I won't be falling for it again. Difficult site to navigate too.

I have used betdaq for yrs but that new app on the iPhone is woeful never ever had issues with previous apps.This new one isn’t responsive it’s tricky getting a bet on and I can’t even get the results to come up.What has happened!

Ladbrokes have gone (previous owner)... Mr Desmond has bought it back. The liquidity has waned a bit, but worst of all they have changed the previous websites. Let me tell you, the old sites on computer or phone were the best in the industry by a mile. Now they are a joke.
