My card had expired and it wouldn’t let me withdraw funds to a new card. Contacted Customer Services and they quickly resolved the issue, adding my new card to my account. I did have to send a photo of my new card but that wasn’t difficult.Resolved very quickly and great customer service.

Is all a complete scam.I used the exchange & was placing a bid against someone bidding against a 4.50 bet. I then placed multiple bets as the same bidder kept repeating the same trade.20 minutes later and bedaq had changed the the odds to 2.90 meaning that they had randomly changed my matched odds that may i add were previously matched and confirmed before the change.Dont bother with these scammers if you want to loose money in the long term. I will also be showing them the spreadsheets and screenshots off random odds changes on the EXCHANGE to make more profits to the Gambling commissioners office.stop reading the fake one line positive reviews and take a moment to read the detailed negative ones.Will not be removing this post until my issue is resolved.

Very prompt response, unsure how I got into the situation of placing bets rather than laying them on the exchange because I had not changed anything since my last lay bets but options given to retrieve.

I found that the app is DifficultTo navigate for people that would not be computer savy And there seem to be a lot ofRed tape like you will AcceptDeposits without verification but state that your company will not accept or sanction withdrawals with out the punter up loading ID and address ! A bit Hypocritical!You will take Easily my money ! But don’t want to pay out easily

Worst site and worst slots around, one thing i never leave is reviews about losing but lets be serious since they changed their slots a few weeks ago they are atrocious, i have never actually won on their slots and that is actually absurd because u have to win sometimes, i am not spending a lot as slots are for mugs so its between £10 – £15 but to always lose at least 50% of what i started with and every time, is just not normal.. i would advise to stay well clear from betdaq, the exchange is okay but lets be real its the worst exchange out their for liquidation in the markets, worst exchange out of the big 4 by far and worst casino (slots) out of at least 30 or 40 bookmaker sites i have used during the past 40 years, i mean to never ever win is crazy but i will be honest.. their slots are the worst selection around now since they changed it several weeks ago, at least slots like rainbow riches was ok but now its a bunch of crap.. stay clear and go elsewhere

On the whole a very good exchange site.The classic site is mush better than the new site.A late withdrawal closes the market so you cannot play in running in this eventuality.Occasionally ‘drops out’ or ‘hangs’But, for a small punter, like myself, very good.

Betdaq Exchange might not have the liquidity of Betfair or Smarkets but it’s an alternative exchange that I do like to use. I especially like the offers and low commission. Withdrawing/depositing and navigation is easy and straightforward.

Formally a great exchange that could give Betfair a bloody nose and a run for its money – so what’s gone wrong? Commission free on Saturdays – gone.Equal – if not better odds than BF on big ticket events – gone.Commission free on less popular events – gone.What’s left to like? Nothing really so I spend my money on BF and Matchbook – a simple choice.No chance of competing with Matchbook that offers 2% commission with odds that match BF – apparently here to stay.I like Betdaq – I really do (or should I say I did?) but I refuse to throw my money away on Betdaq when Matchbook and BF can deliver real value for my money. Wake up Betdaq – do better – fight for the custom it’s not that difficult a concept – what are you thinking of? Financial suicide? Liquidity is not as good as other exchanges. used to be quite generous with free bets and casino offers but don’t seem to get those any more. No real advantages over anyone else.

It feels trustworthy and I’ve never had any problem which wasn’t sorted out very quickly by the good chat facility. It is sometimes a bit slow to load web pages but the odds are generally good and so are the promotions. I should really use this website more than I do but I find myself gravitating to the big names most days for the speed of their sites.

Recently changed casino platform does not include some previous games. Sadly the ‘returns’ are also poor. The exchange itself is pretty good and I can’t think of too many negatives- so I will probably stick to that in the future.

Bit clunky and slow but generally I like it.Commision a lot less than Betfair. Each way market profit calculations always double forecast profit for higher prices, which are never returned.

I like Betdaq because of the low commission rate and there is also some good promotions and free bets to be had. I would have given five stars but it doesn`t have the liquidity of Betfair and so the prices are a little bit worse.

Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part I’ve had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says it’s paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and it’s been over a week. I really do like utilizing this app, but no customer should have to chase their withdrawals, especially when our deposits always work… I have obtained my bank statement for this period to aid in this process but still have not heard from Betway. Imagine not getting the money that you earned. Not right

I don’t normally bother with reviews but this company really are on another level when it comes to lacking manners and being totally ignorant. All live chat seem capable of doing is demanding your bet ID even when it’s not relevant.I will bet elsewhere. Maybe they’ll improve their attitude when they lose customers

Allowed me to place a 6 fold bet this evening then 10 mins in 1 selection goes void when i have checked the match played yesterday so i should never have been able to place it and it shouldnt of been displayed on site go into live help by the time ive got past the bot and speak to some one there said we will void the full bet for you it voided for a few seconds then came back on now how conveniently no one available in chat talk about a drastic service daylight robbery

Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. Play like they are totally rigged seen some crazy number sequences like a number you haven’t got coming out on the roulette 6 out of 7 spins they just laugh when you complain saying its bad luck. If it was the other way round they would void the game and say malfunction. Make your own mind and use your common sense leave their games well alone

I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn’t give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. They consistently play you by making you wait for any bonus’s for at least half your waged money then give you bonus’s for next to nothing an example of this is…. Start £100 you start playing and might get a £4 to £5 win (play with £1 a spin) you get a lot of little 6p or 20p or 50p wins which are all losses but it feeds you the fact they are wins (they go towards your win count) and when you get down to nearly 33% of your balance they give you a bonus and it pays you say between £1 and £35 most times on the very rare occasion it might pay you £60 I am basing this on multiple games like book of dead , legacy of dead, king kong cash etc the popular games. then it just dead spins out time after time this happened in the 2 months I investigated this site. So don’t waste your time or money on this casino there are better ones out there and since they took away the auto spins on all sites it has just gone crazy bad with no wins in over two months on this site, but the computer algorithms will show £1.60 bonus’s as you got a bonus and I will tell you this I got 2 bonuses on the run where it paid zero amount (piggy bank bills) and it took over £100 to get them which some people might say well that’s gambling… no that’s ripping people off. They should pay minimum amounts for bonus’s and make it fair time to get them otherwise what is the point in getting bonus’s which is what people play for. Take my advice people and stay away from this site and ladbrokes as they are the same online company paying you winnings and taking your money. This is a scam online by these company’s so you have been warned and I hope the gambling commission investigates them properly.
