Very stable site.no crashes or freezes as Betfair does with annoying regularity.
The liquidity for horse racing and mayor football leagues is more than adequate.minor or secondary football leagues is poor.overall I am slowly moving my laying from Betfair to BETDAQ.But I am not a high roller.However for the normal layer or backer BETDAQ is more than adequate .I had one interaction with customer services ,the speed of response was above adequate and my query resolved .The banking ,deposit,withdrawal also works faultlessly.
However it is not instant as Betfair or B365 as example.overall very useable site.

Betsafe sent me an email about a 25 dollar casino bonus. In the terms and conditions of the bonus it said that at a 1x wagering requirement was needed and that all casino games would contribute to the wagering requirements. After playing some casino slots that would have meet the requirements of the terms and conditions I noticed that only the live casino was going towards the bonus. I messaged them on live chat and then through emails. They said there was a mistake and that it was a 35x wagering requirement and only on live casino but that they would honor the mistake and gave me the 25 dollar bonus that I would have unlocked and kept the one that I had currently going. All email responses were prompt and helpful not sure why people have given so many bad reviews. Overall they handle the situation very well amd I was very pleased

I wouldn’t use this company to bet with. There are many other services that do the same thing but much better. You will be better off using William Hill, Sky Bet or Paddy Power to name a few. If you win money with Mansion Bet they then restrict your account so you cant win any great amount again. They will then try to push you into using the casino instead, claiming there is no restriction in this section. They will deny this in a statement underneath, but I assure you this is the case.This company seems to be crooked all the way through, employing underhand tactics that are both not fair and also not safe to the vulnerable, especially when ‘safer gambling’ is supposedly of paramount importance. ( cue the crap underneath about how they protect their customers and have strategies in place).Please use a different betting service.

Opened a new account based on what looked to be a good bonus, they waited until I placed the first bet before blocking my account from all bonuses which would make sense if I had a duplicate account or something but I never heard of them until yesterday.

Constant disconnection issues with this site and my internet has no problem with anything else. They charge a fee to deposit. top 10 casino sites in UK have this with high rating reviews which have to be fake after seeing so many bad reviews.

At the moment you ask a withdrawal they come with stupid requirements and makes it very difficult for you to get your money back. That was a very BAD experience and I will NEVER play at Mr.Green again!

Doesn't crash everyday like Betfair does, and no Premium charge theft either. Much better for betting but does lack the liquidity of Betfair for trading !

Had a ridiculous experience with this company.Opened acc and connected a debit card but for some reason it failed to deposit.Emailed several times to be told it’s my Bank so I added another 2 cards with the same result.Initially they were adamant that it was my Banks fault however my Bank told me a payment was never requested.Finally they acknowledged it was an issue at their end and after a day a payment went through .The following day I received an email from Marc informing me that my account was suspended and I had to provide them with copies of my card and ID (which I did).I was then told that they could not provide a timeframe when this would be sorted so I told them to send payment back to my card and close the account.Guys sort yourselves out as there are proper betting sites out there who value their customers.
After writing this review I received an email from Marc saying they had decided to close my account.I sent them one back informing them the closure was made at my request not theirs

i am still trying to get my head arround that dead heat place bet i had. £150 staked and only £73 returned by the way i cant find where this money was returned back into my account. this is another area in which betdaq fails badley all in all ive decided to close my account. could you send a statement showing where this money was paid back into my account.

Very good in regards to odds value. Could do better with bonus offers, most seem to involve ' virtual ' betting or casino play, both of which I have no interest in.

Being using betdaq exchange for yrs my fav my a mile great for bets on horses ,dogs and football.It’s simple to use and you’ll get better prices generally especially the less fancied ones quite a quick payout on debit card by the following day sometimes earlier.

Betdaq is an excellent platform to place bets on. I had used the platform mainly to place lay bets. Depositing and withdrawing funds is simple and straightforward. As is placing bets.

The commission is great but the app needs to be clearer. When I place a bet and go into the matched I need to see the whole bet, not just part of it. Graphics are ok but would be better if sharper. The navigation through the app needs an overhaul.

I started using betdaq but unfortunately the only good thing is the two percent commission but that’s not really any good if you can not get a bet on . There are so many markets that you do not price up for instance when there’s live cricket on the tv one day internationals or 20-20 you never have a market for the first innings runs . When there is live Rugby Union or live Rugby league on you never put handicaps up what is the point of putting up the win market when the favourites are something like 1.05 you should put up a handicap market so that you can have a bet on it . You never do winning distances on the horses racing . And I have to say without being rude your sports book is a joke several times I try to place a £100 bet on there and get offered a maximum of £4 who in there right mind is going to put £4 on a bet when you want to have a £100 on it . I do think that there is so much more you could do on your site .

I have used Betdaq for several years. Their online betting screens are very easy to use and to understand.
If you have any problems just contact their Customer Service and they will quickly have your problem sorted.
They are definitely the best online bookmaker and I will continue to use them.

Better than Betfair, who art too arrogant and at times very odd. I have a good friend who applied for an account and was turned down, he was flabbergasted and upset he could not get a response when he tried to contact them the find out the reason why you cannot contact companies by telephone anymore. Ht has multiple accounts with leading bookmakers, an account with your good selves, and Smarkets. He has never been bankrupt or had any CC judgments against his name. Try and work that one out. So yes five well-deserved stars.

on the Exchange … excellent odds for all sports if you are a "win only" punter … far better than nearly all rivals. but on multiples I got elsewhere as other sites offer "best odds" and "money back as a free bet" if 4 out of 5 picks come up. also on golf tournaments I prefer the 8 – 10 places each way on other sites as they include ties as well .. maynbe I am just a cautious punter

Outdated website..Hard to get around on mobile. Some bets settle hours after event ended. Handling is cumbersome. Cant easily cancel unmatched bets ect. No liquidity on some markets on football. Like first goalscorer ect. Otherwise its great. Withdrawal processed daily.
