The Enhanced Specials markets are great for those of us who can’t get on to specials at bookmakers. Betdaq do a much broader range than matchbook or smarkets and odds almost always better too for equivalent bet.

Excellent exchange offering a wide range of markets, their “enhanced specials” offer great value for markets that were previously unlayable. Their oddsmonkey rep is a great guy; helpful, transparent, and very honest. Odds are always strong and often on par with BF. UI could be a bit “cleaner”, especially when looking for a specific market within a game

Hard to trust this exchange. Voids legitimate back bets after they have won because matched bettors laid the wrong market or don’t like the price they layed at. Costly if you’ve hedged your ‘winning’ position. Not for the first time either.Nice idea but poor execution.

The thing that impressed me most was the fact i did not have to show everything on my bank statement so far less intrusive . Also my phone call went great and really nice bloke tried his very best to get me to where i wanted to go

Had very good experience in the past 2 occasions with a worker named Bonestine. Sorted out a new address for me and also helped with a password update issue. Also they take less of you’re money compared to Betfair.

why do i have to wait more than 3 seconds to play most of your games if the fast spins are not correct surely they are void and you should refund bets as suchseems like cheating to me trust is everthing with betting

A hundred times better than my experience at matchbook. There odds seem to be a little lower than yours aswell. Very quick to pay winnings sometimes instant but always within 2 hours. Easy to put bets on and great to lay bets at similar prices instead of say 3.2 to back and 5.1 to lay. I wish I used this app before I spent a year on matchbook. Betfair have gone silly with deposit limits aswell so they are completely pointless.

Betdaq are seemingly in financial disarray and have stopped processing withdrawals over a certain amount. I would try get your money out of there ASAP.

I think The real problem with BETDAQ if there’s not enough liquidity in the market and I found that specially on Saturday football in weekends all the markets go on suspend because people can’t get in or out of their bets because it’s not enough liquidity.I’m on more thing I think all these companies that have gone on live chat it’s so much easier to speak to a real person in the real world.

A site exchange by definition is great by not closing accounts. Market liquidity is great in thousands maybe 4 zeros too easily. However, the gambling commission is killing all interest, passion, fun and great bets too by freezing your account when they require you to send documentation and by putting your account to a halt. Horrible experience but this is not Betdaq’s fault. I fully understand the role of the gambling commission but as we never know when they’re going to freeze your account, they start becoming a distraction. The site itself is easy-to-use. Also, I regret that Betdaq doesn’t go into amateur football because on weekdays’ mornings, nearly no games are displayed for betting. And I asked them this question years ago, and still the same display of games. Maybe they will take this into account. Overall, Betdaq is a great site. Customer support always respond to my messages.

I had a bad experience with my withdraw request. Also am not happy how the odds are moving,there is too big gap between lay and back odds,if i compare with other platform, such as Betfair. Happened ones, I was trading on Over 1.5 market,of a football game,and after a goal had been scored,this market completely disappeared, so i couldn’t cash out.

Account successfully openedDeposit accepted2 hour game play.And….bang account suspended during mid-play.Apparently I had a self-excluded account from over 4 years a go. All winnings stolen (over £7000) and apparently given to a charity of BETDAQ’s choice, still waiting for evidence of this and the charity name. Dermot Desmond the owner is worth 2.2billion but won’t pay out for modern technology and software to stop excluded players from registering. What BETDAQ is doing is morally wrong, unfair and dam right evil, taking away peoples winnings like this. Casino’s used to do this 12 years a go, it seems like BETDAQ hasn’t moved with the times. Don’t be the next victim avoid this casino like the plague, this isn’t just me either theres loads of reviews just like mine on Trustpilot & elsewhere.

Betdaq are in a different class to Betfair with their customer service. I sometimes wonder if there are actually 100 people called Enda working there! He must have a great team behind him. Nothing is too much trouble and it’s proper old fashioned customer service that you can actually talk to. Liquidity is improving all the time as a result. I regularly use Betdaq on course as a bookmaker and off course as a punter. Recommended.
