Great for trading!…no need for huge amounts of money if you are a beginner. Yes, at first I had an issue with the call limits to the site but no longer happening. Their customer services is very good and reply swiftly.
I give 4 stars as imo there will always be something to improve as nobody is perfect!

Do not use this site if you like ‘cashing out mid play, especially for football bets. That option is always there when you’re in a negative position but soon disappears when you most want. Just another scam gambling site.

A good exchange who have been around a long time. Lots of liquidity on top sports and they offer 0% commission on many sports too. Never any issue with payouts etc. and they don't ban winners unlike some exchanges.

Customer service has always been on point, payouts are fast, commission rates are great. I get the liquidity issues for in play traders, but Betdaq as an exchange and for someone like me who only bets pre race I have literally nothing bad to say about Betdaq.

To date I have had a very smooth and positive experience with Betdaq, unlike Smarkets who constantly demanded proof of income and so on and so on. Nightmare! I'm just a guy with a few grand to play around with and who would rather have fun on Betdaq than spend it on a rolex watch!

When do these jokers actually work? Their site says certain hours yet their chat is always offline.
Their email response says 7 days a week yet the only thing you get is an automated response.

These clowns live in the dark ages. They have a customer service number which is still charging premium rates…talk about parasites and trying to make money off queries.
It's also funny how they never respond to the negative comments 😂

The BETDAQ Exchange is at least fair in respect of low commission etc.
The Casino platform is by contrast pretty
awful. I have made loads of deposits and very very few withdrawals. This is not sour
grapes. Anyone should expect to likely lose when they play on a casino. However to retain customers most operators are savvy enough
to at least offer some kind of bonus – particularly when a customer is losing heavily.
Thereby retaining loyalty. It seems that BETDAQ
haven’t taken on board this basic commercial
reality and will see many punters simply walk.
We all know that they want to maximise
profits but even a rare sweetener at little cost
would likely improve customer loyalty.

Awful customer service. Their so called xsp can be cancelled at their discretion. Cost me £850 in one week over two incidents. Complain all you get is I’m sorry but tough. Don’t bother using them.

Always find it easy to place a bet around the time of a race and is much better value on commission than other exhange. An excellent facility to have.

Traders criticize the lack of liquidity but dont let that dissuade you I'd you're a standard better, for placing bets it's fine. The website could become a bit more straightforward but I'll forgive it because of the 0% commission offers.

Amazing customer service.
Have been using betdaq as the 2nd main exchange for past 12 months.
Cards Withdrawals are much more faster than competitors. Max 48hrs in UK. If there is a problem and transaction fails (which happened only once) customer service is very helpful and issue was solved fast as space rocket.
Unfortunately liquidity is good enough only during free commission Saturdays or for biggest markets (EPL, CHL).
Definitely beating Betfair in customer service and transactions processing but popularity (liquidity) is still not good enough.

Excellent customer service – I had a problem depositing with a debit card (my fault I had given an incorrect expiry date in the first place). Within minutes everything was put right.

Decent website, Great odds compared to run of the mill bookies. Commission is minimal and does not apply to many markets. Payouts are fast. All good.

Whilst the BETDAQ exchange is an excellent platform even having some days offering zero commission.
One cannot say the same for their casino offering – the returns have been practically non existent.Coupled with no bonuses for a long time – I think it’s probably time for a change of platform.

I have started using the site a lot more, one of the main reasons is the 2% compared to Betfair`s 5%. Another reason is the commission charged at 0% on a Saturday. If you do some of the other bookmakers offers, Betdaq is a good place to lay those bets. They don`t have the same amount of trading money that Betfair does, but I`m happy with what they have. All in all would happily recommend

2 problems once again rule four worked out wrong waiting for £15 to be refunded no sign of it it no communication it's been 4 days just tried to play roulette get a free £5 bet gave up after 20 minutes couldn't find the play button

Just a short comment about betdaq i moved here from betfair joined 2001 who were good until paddy power.
compairing betdaq & betfair are like chalk and cheese
with betdaq far better.
betfair want so many details next will be blood group and dna sample.customer service is top class and fast response always.

Opened an account and deposited £10. Played a bit of blackjack and won. I then thought I would withdraw £25 to see how it would go, I also placed a sports bet and it has won, but they have suspended my account, funny huh? I'll be trying to sort it but I have to leave a review. I'll update if anything changes, but wow, it's disgusting If you ask me.

If betdaq sees this, my username is acejacko31.

I want my £25 withdrawal processing, and also my winnings from my sports bet withdrawing. Simple. I won fair and square.

The Betdaq exchange is not only an alternative to Betfair but an actual rival. Integrates nicely with 3rd party APIs such as Bet Angel and for major sports such as horse racing there's decent liquidity. The lure for me is no premium charge with only 2% commission.

I have no experience with their sportsbook but why anyone would use a sports book with better odds available on the exchange is beyond me. Seemingly the words 'value' and 'edge' mean nothing to a lot of people.

Get emails for offers and most of the time have to chase up the free bets associated when I do them, which is very poor.
It takes a lot of time which i don't have.

Customer services poor except for a man called Austin the foreign races are always off 2 Time and you can't get a bet on even though they are running 20 minutes late typical of Ladbrokes they were the same 10 years ago can't handle a delay to a race

This is an awful company! They're either totally inept or (more likely) just base sheisters. For instance, today, I went to place a bet on a horse in-running at Salisbury, which then showed 2-9 odds, a split second before I hit the button, and I was too slow to cancel, and when (a split-second later) the odds were 8-1 and I watched the race over on Bet365, the horse was midfield and struggling! Even allowing for the time difference in races, this was a clear con trick, and the swindlers won't refund me. In fact, you should see the nonsense sent to me in emails by some bellend named Conor! Pathetic! Steer clear folks.

Terrible. I took up their start up promotion but it wouldn’t accept their code. I asked live chat and they said it would be solved when the bet settled. Guess what! They won’t give me my free bet now. Is despicable.

Betdaq have a better layout than Betfair, their customer service is quicker and more courteous. It is just a better all round experience. Especially as Betfair are now harrassing their long term customers over betting habits. But even if they weren't – Betdaq is a much more satisfactory experience for the daily player.

I had an account with bet daq for a small period of time. On review, i had an account with ladbrokes that was self excluded however bet daq authorised the account opening regardless, even though they are affiliated with ladrookes. I used the account without issue then betdaq realised the account should not have been opened so they closed the account. At this point i contacted support and they explained the ladbrookes situation to me so i thought *fair enough* refund my deposits then, a measly 40 pound, as the account should not have been accepted in the first place.

Betdaq refused this and after speaking with an agent via live chat i raised a complaint. Betdaq refused to refund the deposits even though they admitted the account should not have been permitted in the first place. Their system failed and management has failed to refund my deposits. The company is a joke with outdated systems and their customer service is poor, particularly from conor!

Just logged in to Betdaq and tried to place a bet. Got a message saying my account is suspended! Now have to wait several days for a review to be conducted. I haven't done anything wrong I only use the exchange but apparently if you win and withdraw too much money they don't like it and will suspend you. Avoid.

Betdaq's customer service is professional, helpful and timely. I had no issues on returning a balance over an old card and registering a new one recently. Their withdrawals are impressively quick. I am grateful for the periodic promotions they send. The company's resolute determination on Responsible Gaming can only be applauded. My sentiments, however, are tempered slightly by reading some of the reviews on here. Hopefully the company will address in the appropriate manner.

Exchange on horse racing:
best things: excellent and fast customer service (much better than Betfair, which are actually slow virtual machines, not people), good liquidity on UK and Irish racing. Never an issue on site maintenance.
worst things: they create market on French racing very late and you never know if they are going to propose any until few minutes before.

Extremely poor allowed me to place a bet after the results were known and then as good as of accused me of lying.
Very very poor customer service.
Avoid and use the other well known exchange where you will receive better customer service and odds.
