I'm sorry but I have tried to open an account.
I was told my IP address was out of the UK but checked with my ISP and it was inside the UK. after confirming this, I was then told that my DNS was in Belgium.
My ISP are having difficulty switching my DNS and therefore I cannot open an account due to Betdaq rules. I'm not impressed

Good for horse racing but poor for every other sport. Why oh why does it take so long to settle bets? Is there really a need to wait until the end of a 90 minute football game to settle in-play markets such as overunders? Virtually every other betting site settles within a few minutes where applicable. The lack of liquidity in most markets is mainly down to this imo.

Terrible website – keeps asking for capcha info when logging in from same computer. So annoying – just use another Exchange site now.

Betdaq has not been my 1st choice betting site
But their really excellent customer service response has me moving more to it
Having contacted them with a problem , I had practically instant acknowledgement from Conor the service agent and a resolution within minutes

My partner signed up at this godforsaken sake site deposited 200.00 and won nearly 300.00. Then surprise surprise they closed his account saying it was suspended as he was self excluded which is incorrect as he only closed an account he had which apparently was linked to this bag of crap
How are you supposed to know who is linked to who given the amount of gaming sites readily available on the website and why was he even allowed to register. However, he has lost his winnings and the account remains closed. I would not trust these bunch of bandits with my grannies pearls.
Absolute total scumbags using every excuse to avoid the payout.

Almost every review on here is so blatantly fake it's untrue. Betdaq are probably a 2-3 star exchange based on my experiences (quite limited given how rarely they beat Smarkets or Betfair) but having seen them spam the same generic fake 5 star reviews on here they dragged that down to 1 star

By far the worst exchange site out there, to navigate your way through the site is time consuming not to mention the amount of times you click onto a game or race and the odds do not load up so you have to refresh the page to see the odds, quite frankly its pathetic and the slowest of the exchange sites around.
The only reason they have kept me as a customer if the 0% commission on a saturday, if it wasnt for that i would not ever open this site so they are lucky i even deal with them.
Not only that but the site is a farce when you are navigating through football, it loads up inplay matches constantly which i do not give you permission to do, i do not want to see inplay matches when i am trying to navigate to get to a pre match game, even worse is so many times you are on your chosen game and 5 seconds later it goes back to the inplay games, theres times i am having to click my game 3 or 4 times to see what i want to and for it not to try and keep reverting back to inplay games list..
WHAT A JOKE OF A SITE, it is shamefal and they should be embarrassed
0/10 total trash, improve the site and i will give u 7 out of 10, the site is appalling

A great betting platform for both Exchange and Sports book wagers . I have been a betfair customer and find BETDAQ more accommodating and user friendly. The rules and regulations are fair and have my welfare in mind when regulating my betting activity.

Great customer service from Marc and Conor. I had an issue with my new bank card and this was completely resolved very quickly. No phone calls just a couple of basic emails. As well as this I've always found the site to be very reliable and user friendly.

Terrible site to login and the same goes to the expensive 13p per minute 0870 phone service. I just got cut off the last time i phoned. It is 0/10 compared to 10/10 betfair service.

Fantastic customer service from Keith at BETDAQ. I had a issue with my bank card and Keith got this resolved for me straight away. No waiting on the phone for hours to talk to someone just rang once and issue sorted. Keep up the good work BETDAQ 🙂

Previously: I placed a £200 bet at odds of 4.8, the bet fully matched! and I came to check later on, only to find out the odds on my bet had dropped to 2.38! A huge drop which is going to cost me unless something is done about it. Totally unacceptable and it makes the customer feel totally powerless.

Update: Customer support explained the rule of 4, where if a horse drops out, your odds will drop. Now I hadn't heard of this before and would have been much more careful had I known, but customer support granted me with a couple of free bets as good gestures which I appreciate. On the other hand, one of the free bets I am unable to place, which is frustrating.

I opened an account with BETDAQ, but for reasons, did not get around to using the app for a while which resulted in me missing out on a new customer offer.
One quick mail and a very swift response gave me a 2nd opportunity, which I thought was very good of them!
I'm writing this review before I place my first bet, just in case it doesn't come in… 😉

Wow, where do I begin. To cut a long story short, I placed a bet which won legitimately, and I was not paid out.

I decided to place a bet in the place market. As there were only 7 runners in the race, Betdaq were offering me 2 places in the place market at that time, which was clearly displayed in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen. After careful consideration, I decided to lay the favourite, who eventually finished 3rd, meaning the bet placed was a winner.

However, I was not paid out. Betdaq claimed that even though there were 7 runners in the race, 3 places were being offered in the place market at the time when I placed the bet. Which is completely untrue, I was being offered 2 places.

What they are clearly doing, is relying on the fact that they know I don’t have the proof to prove, that I was in fact being offered 2 places. This is because, as soon as the race is finished, the market is closed, and any such proof will be lost. Even after checking my bet history, it doesn’t display how many places were being offered to me at the time when I placed the bet, it just shows that I had a bet in that race. Therefore, I still have no proof to prove that the bet I placed was a winner, which is exactly what they want.

These people are criminals, and more needs to be done, to regulate this kind of criminal activity from companies such as Betdaq!

This incident happened back in December 2020, I’ve been busy, hence the delayed review. Just wanted to share my experience with you all. STAY AWAY FROM BETDAQ.

Needed to update my payment card expiration date. Attempted to do it myself online but kept getting error message. Sent and email to the helpdesk. Katie was the agent that picked up my case and resolved it in one email.

Void winning bet after result through as a winner. No explanation why. Struggle to get any sense out of them now passed through to ibas
Claims BOG all uk and Irish racing but deep inside the terms and condition small print you will eventually discover this is singled only.
Stay clear and stay with one of the trusted sites.

My account got suspended when my bet was still on. Later I was told I had a self excluded account.
Because of that eventhough I won the bet, they only refunded my stake. When asked about tge money I won.
They gave me this crap.

Please note that when you registered your account, you agreed to the following terms and conditions: “if your details are sent to BETDAQ from the self exclusion team of any of our UK brands, we will take steps to close any Customer Account with the same details and shall use all reasonable endeavours to do so. We reserve the right to take up to 48 hours to identify any account created on BETDAQ using the same details as the excluded account. During this time, we accept no responsibility for any activity on the site and we reserve the right to donate all monies won by such accounts to charity while refunding all deposits to you. For avoidance of doubt, during this time, we shall not refund any deposits on accounts which have been lost.”

So bottom line is if I lost the bet they could have my money because I won my bet they can keep my winnings saying EXCLUDED ACCOUNT.
Then dinate to a so called charity of their pocket.

What a thugs,fraudsters, scam …..

Created an account via mobile,they collected all my data: ID, utility bill, asked for IP address proof, I even filled in my deposit details then logged in via my tablet which has VPN in it, account closed even before I could place my first bet. Really dodgy company be careful if you value your personal data. Apparently they are allowed to keep it for 7 years now, that is what they said when I asked to delete everything they have about me.

1. Signed up with wrong promo code (didn't use the offer) asked them to change it to the right offer, was declined.
2. Placed 2 bets with XSP (Exchange Starting Price) twice they were removed without telling me, both bets were not matched as a result, and both bets went on to win. Was told sorry for the inconvenience.
3. Withdrew my money and will compound at 10%+ per day on Betfair Exchange instead, which I didn't want to have to do since their customer service is even worse.

Well ,When it comes to fixed game I know of only one source or should I say tipster that deal on that ,I have tried his odds and I have made a whole lot from this good guy ,I found him on Instagram by the name EDMOND_TIPSTER he is the best I have seen when it comes to fixed match .am making this review for those who are interested to make living with gambling now is the opportunity

A good decent exchange and they do what they say. A good variety of markets and the commission rate is very attractive. This is the sort of company that allows you to do your thing and not get frustrated with the background events.

You have to call a premium rate number to speak with anyone (13p a minute), they said 5 working days to reply to an email. What is a working day anyway? If they are taking bets, making money etc, surely that's a working day.
So, I presume a working day is Mon-Fri, I have now waited 7 working days and nothing. So, customer service is 1 star.
I have noticed something, after a bad review, loads of 5 star reviews follow, usually naming an individual who just so happens to be amazing blah blah blah. I am offering odds of 1.1 that the same happens again. It will go something like this.. Dealt with Andy he was just fantastic, fake review, fake review etc etc.
I can only speak as I find, 5 working days to answer a query, then to take 7 and counting is just abysmal.

I was initially unsure but had quite a good experience with them when taking advantage of betting on the result of the US election after the result was known (Trump supporters couldn't accept it). And as a result I would definitely use Betdaq again.

-My ID verification was approved quickly, the same day.
-Payouts were quick, only took a day or two.
-I got a months-worth of free commission which saved me something like £30; that's better than other promo offers I've seen.
-When I asked for a market to be settled via a customer request email, it was done the same day – no waiting in long queues like at Betfair.

Some points to consider:

-They don't allow VPNs so if you use one for security/privacy like I do, make sure it's off when using the site.
-Deposit limits are £5,000 per day but that's the same as Betfair Exchange.
-Liquidity isn't as good, the range of markets is smaller and the site is a little slow/buggy-seeming but the betting and transactions were all fine for me.

On accessing live chat , the agent Conor responded almost immediately. He quickly appraised my problem and resolved my issues
I am very very impressed
Delays with my recent interactions with my more favoured betting site caused me to disconnect after 30 minutes waiting for an agent on one occasion and no satisfactory resolution on another. I enjoy a regular bet everyday . This favourable experience has me reviewing my betting options

Can’t place any bets and was restricted almost instantly after only placing a couple of bets. Mad really. Guess they don’t want your money? The live chat agent was very rude and did not want to help or explain.

Terrible customer service, requested my account be closed in Live Chat and was asked to answer a security question I hadn't answered initially on sign up, so how could I answer that question? Agent named Conor who came across very rude, wouldn't go through with the closure of the account until I answered the question. He then corrected himself with the right security question which I could then answer, no apology for his mistake. He wouldn't close my account he just put it on permanent exclusion.

Can’t figure out why anyone would have a problem with betdaq .I’ve betting with them for years never had a problem never had to contact them.If u use the exchange you can make some money providing you can back or lay winners…Simple really 😊
