Excellent customer service from BetDaq and especially Conor who resolved my query in a professional and competent manner.
Now if only they could improve the liquidity on the site and a viable 'cash out' option then they really would give a certain other exchange site (Bfair) a run for their money.

Don’t bother with this outfit if you want to place a few bets over a couple of days. I was restricted after a couple of days & now I can’t place any bets. Closed my account. Even if you lose, they don’t want your business!!

opened an account never had an account with them, made a deposit and a bet, everything was ok. then placed another bet for the next day.
The next day account suspended and closed no given reason, the bet that was in placed won so they said it would be given to charity…. and my balance returned to my account…. what a nightmare

When I heard it was owned by Ladbrokes I wasn't going to bother because they're absolutely hopeless used to be an excellent company.. I was right to be wary they've suspended my account but I received no emails it went straight into spam so I didn't see them after 10 emails they still haven't open my account it's been 6 hours.. as usual customer services shocking look elsewhere

Betdaq might be a very good site but they allow somebody with very little racing knowledge to put up horse racing tips daily that constantly consistently lose people money. A betting site recommending losing horse racing tips it shouldn't be allowed.

Was finding online site a little bit difficult to use but my experience was made a lot easier by andrew he was very helpful and is a credit to betdaq

– Site looks unprofessional when compared with main competitors
– Very laggy when loading markets ( takes me back to dial up connection back in the day )
– Not user friendly for the casual gambler
– Some users complain of not receiving bonus/free bets
– Sportsbook is really basic and does not include the slicker user face of competitors
– Users complain of long timeframe for withdrawals
– Company owned by Ladbrokes who share customer data
– Users complain of terrible customer service department
– Complaints of accounts being closed without any explanation and winnings not given to customers
-Users complaining of bets taking up to an hour to settle

On the plus side Betdaq exchange does work better when using third party software but this is will only appeal to some sports traders.
Although why bother when there are better sports exchanges which don't come with all the baggage!

Seems I was lucky in that I never deposited before they closed my account. Rude abrupt and borderline aggressive. First said I was self excluded with Ladbrokes. This was not true (verified by Ladbrokes). Then they quoted section 9 . None of those sections were true either. Only had account open for matter of minutes! Strange bunch at Betdaq!
Site was not very user friendly and seems very laggy when loading markets. Looks a bit unprofessional when compared with Betfair.
One to avoid if you're a serious or casual punter.

I opened an account with Betdaq after some terrible experiences with the customer services at Betfair. After just one interaction with Andrew at Betdaq I can instantly say I've made the right move. Betdaq horse racing tips are the worst in the uk without any doubt! Lots and lots of waffle about the races selected all based on stats and nothing else. No knowledge of the horses wellbeing just total guesses. They are free but not if you put money on! Leave well alone unless you just want a good laugh🤣🤣🤣 Betdaq rubbish horse racing tips they should be renamed.

Recently opened an account following continuous problems with Betfair. Pleasantly surprised with Betdaq. No issues with incorrect settlements or money disappearing from my balance without explanation nor ridiculous deductions for rule 4 withdrawn horses. I had to get in contact with Betdaq re an opening account promotion. They responded immediately by email and sorted the issue instantly. I am not used to such good service with exchange betting!! I just wish more people would use Betdaq as the only issue I have is liquidity affecting markets. I really hope their market share grows as they are so much more professional and courteous.

Have used Betdaq exchange for over 15yrs get better prices on horses, dogs etc for instance had 60s on a winner to day industry price was 33s.Winnings paid on to debit card in no time .If u miss the start of a race u can bet in running also uncomplicated and straight forward to navigate.

Avoid won't get free bet bad experience.
Signed up in good faith tried to make first 10 bet couldn't be matched so matched 4 left me with 6 so deposit more and place 10 bet to qualify for the free bet. Now told I don't qualify for free bet this is a con please don't sign up when I expliane I placed bets in good faith can you do anything about it I got the following response "Will: Unfortunately not. Our Welcome offers are managed by an external-system that depends on thee fulfilment of the qualifying criteria to apply, and it is not something we have the ability to adjust, retroactively"

I recently had an issue not receiving a free bet, which turns out was due to an unintentional error by me.
I spoke to Conor who was more than helpful, he explained what I needed to do and this included contacting them again a few days later.
This I did and spoke to Andy H who was equally helpful and finished resolving the issue for me as promised.
Can't fault them.
And their response time was very good too.

Hi there

I recently created an account with betdaq and was betting for a few hours. I logged in later that night to my account being locked. I spoke with a terrible agent 'Conor' from customer support on live chat and he was absolutely rude, simply quoting terms and conditions.

The issue was that I had self excluded from another company on the same brand previously. When I queried why I was allowed to deposit in this case, conor simply referred to terms and conditions. They have 48 hours to identify accounts like this.

This is not on because if they are on the same brand betdaq should have the systems in place to identify these issues and protect punters who have self excluded previously. If there is a balance there refund your deposits. If you do not have a balance they take the money and close the account. Identifying self excluded accounts on the same brand should automatically lead to deposits being refunded as you never have a chance of winning because they would take your profits and refund your deposits if there was a balance.

This is a take on and this company should be closed down immediately.

I had an issue adding funds to my account via my credit card. I checked to make sure everything was ok with my credit card which it was however Andrew was able to sort out the issue which turned out to be the expiry date.
