Betdaq Review

Have used Betdaq for at least six years now and, while there is the odd technical hiccup from time to time (they don't have the huge infrastructure behind them that Betfair have), it is always resolved quickly. In addition to which they have upped their game in the past two years in terms of their offering and it really shows up in a much better experience, improved liquidity and overall 'feel' to the site/app. Lastly their helpdesk team are uniformly excellent, on the side of the customer and I can't praise them enough. I strongly recommend Betdaq to anyone, regardless of their preferred sport.

My query with was dealt with promptly and efficiently by Andrew.

Having used the Betdaq Exchange over the last 10 years or so I have always found the efficiency of their site and staff to be superior to their main competitor……..when dealing with you; the Betdaq ethos seems to be that of treating you more as an individual client than simply an anonymous account number.

I found the experience refreshing in relation to 99% of customer service interactions. Andrew was straight to the point and conveyed friendly, efficient and professional personality that makes me think he's wasted having a guy that good just on chat. Anyway that’s my review and it’s well deserved 👏👏👏

Andrew was very helpful. I find the replacing of an expired bank card by the new one always a messy procedure. Your competitors do make it easier and smoother for those of us for whom sending photos over the net is not an easy task (but possible once I get my camera out). I understand the necessary security however so will do as requested as and when I can. It will mean I use your competitors meantime however if that is of interest to you. In general I like to use Betdaq as the exchange that innovates in the customers favour on a regular basis (your move to a blanket 2% commission was very much welcomed in that your competitors had to imitate. Well done on that!!) Gary

This company is owned by Ladbrokes where my account is suspended.

Unaware of this, I opened an account, placed a bet and then had my account suspended. I was told that if your ladborkes account is suspended they reserve the right to suspend your betdaq account

All bets are forfeit and the deposited money will be paid to charity.

I have proof of my exchange with Andy, this company is a scam.

Yet to be convinced there is enough liquidity in markets to make it worthwhile (otherwise just competing to get bets matched with the automated bots), but 5 stars for support. Dealt with by Andy H who was superb.

As a product very good. Money in horse races before the off is very good but not enough in many sports markets and in running on the horses

I am amazed Betdaq is still in operation. This site needs to be closed down and put out of it's misery. It's impossible to get a bet matched by anyone other than Betdaq's own in house betting robot.

I have had an account for many years and Betdaq was useable especially on big events in the past but since Ladbrokes bought it and took over it's gone to pot.

Why no in play live betting on rugby league, cricket etc when it is not a live tv game, surely odds can be reassessed at half time?

I don't know how Betdaq remains in business. They have next to no liquidity on the exchange – even on the biggest sporting events like Premier League matches. I placed a few bets on the sportsbook, made a small profit and am now limited to pennies. Can't comment on customer service as I no longer use them.

i think your poor because when i go into the sports book side of it and do the unders market you dont give prices where betfair do ,bet 365 do bwin do paddypower do and a few more yet you dont put the prices or market up when i do the sports book i exspect there to be a market for these other wise why have a sports book dont understand i got to go to other sites where they offer these

Where does one start with this shambles of a company,,, could not even get through the front door,, after six emails with clear id images was told they are not clear enough,, disgusted,, amateur setup,, pics were clear,, probably saved myself a lot of trouble ,, now moved to another site,, who ,, low and behold accepted the very SAME pics,, laughable ,,, Betdaq,, a joke of an outfit,, Giving a one star as could not give anything lower,,

Shocking company !!!! Exchange site is ok , but the app still needs work . As for the sports book , well , clean words are hard to find !!! After a few small winning bets my stakes were reduced to what I would call ‘ bubble gum ‘ bets !!! Which means only allowing bets to lose them under £20
After a day where I shockingly backed 4 winners my account was restricted to bets of £0 !!!!!!!!!!
I had no contact informing of this decision until I contacted them !!!! Please beware of bookmaking companies as you cannot win !!!!! If you win they will restrict you but if you lose they will keep taking your money , so basically you are in a lose / lose situation. Everybody be wary 😒

I’ve used betdaq for 10plus yrs never had any issues really ..Quick withdrawal depending what time u withdraw it can be hrs or next day to debit card or ewallet .Better prices on the exchange for horses ,dogs ,football etc If u can back winners u can make money and u won’t be restricted to a £4 bet👍

Don't bother with them, there are better bookies and better exchanges with significantly better customer service.

They will run you round pass you about and avoid actually solving issues. keep your sanity.

Refused to honour signup promotional offer.
Dodgy site with info minutes behind real time.
Linked to Ladbrokes who closed my account minutes after signing up with Betdaq which is a shame.
Customer service agents are surly and are protecting their tin pot company, not responding to customer issues.

I've been in the betting industry for 30 years I'm amazed this site is lasting so long, I mean what is its USP, it is to betfair what BDO is to the PDC. ULTRA LIMITED markets, hardly any liquidity, multiple options may as well not exist and the casino offers the worst portfolio of games I have ever seen, truly awful.

The worst betting site I've ever been on I opened an account with them and I was doing bets I made a profit and they suspended my account I'm self excluded on Ladbrokes so they said that there going to give me my deposit back and donate the rest to charity even though my self exclusion period is over didn't even think this was legal

I have recently had to contact Betdaq Customer Services, my query was dealt with quickly and professionally. Given the other major exchange does not know what customer service is I will now use Betdaq as a way of losing money.

I’ve used betdaq a very long time never had any issues they pay out very fast ie next day to my bank debit card .If u want to play casinos and the like which is pretty modest fair here -then of course your gonna do ur nuts!!!But that’ll be the same everywhere🙉

I wish I’d checked on here before joining Betdaq, they are an appalling site. The majority on here are spot on. Please, please, please avoid!
Also as they are linked to Ladbrokes I’ll be avoiding them too.

Signed up for the site deposited £10 and place a bet without any problems, 24 hours later account was blocked, tried telling me my Ladbrokes account was self excluded when it wasn't and now they have kept my initial deposit without even refunding it.

Daylight robbery.

The website is easy on the eye and the interface is nice. You can easily navigate through the website. They have a multiples platform in which betting a £100 will get you £10 free multiples. All this bookie does is in-play betting because that’s what they’re about. Although I think they need to work on their customer service.
