Awfull company worst customer service closed account no reason specified.Account over 7k in profit xsp didn't get matched didn't get honored then closed the account.Our whole household used betdaq but they closed mine and my freinds account because we're in the same adress so same IP adress apparently only one user per household.Will never recommend to anyone who is serious about exchange betting best left to those who wish to lose only

Everything works okay I’ve spent many years. With another company but since they were taken over they have taken a dive into stupidity betdag at the moment are the no 1 reliable company with the punter in mind and is growing because of that

No matter which search engine I use, on Saturday it is slow,slow, slow !!!I takes over 5 mins to sign in. Then you take an age to scroll down the football tournaments, and then when you want to make a bet, the website takes seconds for every step.No wonder Betfair is miles ahead.I could make a faster bet by going into town !The speed of the website is an absolute nightmare !

Betdaq are ok but they offer you a free bet about once a week, but then they don't give you you the free bet after you accept the free bet in the email.I place the bet to trigger the free bet but never get the free bet even after the waiting period ends. So what's the point of keep sending them to me. . Will move to a different exchange platform if this continues..

I've had an account for many years and have always had a good experience with Betdaq. Odds are competitive, commission relatively low and withdrawals are generally very quick. Liquidity in major markets is comparable to other market leaders. After not using the exchange for some time, I have returned thanks to a 0% commission offer.

Awful, opened an account. Got sent an email telling they'd closed my account because I'd self exclusion. My self exclusion ended on the 31st August 2023. Gamstop and Gamcare confirmed my self exclusion had finished and been removed. Betdaq are part of entain group which also possibly own ladbrokes aswell. So after doing some investigating of my own. I know you cannot have more than one account with the same group. At least the customer service representative explained to me. Unlike the person that close my account saying it was self excluded from Betdaq. I've never even had an account with Betdaq

I wanted to increase my deposit limits , and Enda was a great help and made the process relatively straightforward . This was much better then Smarkets who are a very difficult company to deal with .

after a lot of playing their casino games it seems to me that everything is weighed in their favour,a lot of games require you to wait 2.5 seconds before each spin which is very annoying but to add to this if you use a auto clicker set for a 5 second delay you will necer win as they must control the games algorythsbe warned only play for fun you have been warned this is my honest opion cheers all mick

Betdaq are starting to become competitively priced and listen to customers, for example the recent addition of a search function. Not had any issues compared to other exchanges and is a very viable alternative.High protection of funds would be another welcome addition, but the current medium isn't bad either.

For the whole week i have tried to lay the minimum amount of £0.5 but i could not. The only amount i could lay was £1.00. I spent almost 20 minutes on phone number 08004730009 asking the the gentleman who answered the phone as he tried to sort out my query but he just hang the phone up on me which is so rude and incapable. I have had to give one star as there is no 0 star

My account was hacked. Betdaq didn't care at all until I started to ask for my money back. They then just suspended the account 'pending' investigation.No telephone number, no direct contact with their fraud team, just a chatbot in some foreign country. Absolutely useless, and not a care in the world. They just want you to gamble with them and lose, that's it. No interest in customer service, or keeping customers.The website is OK, not the best, but OK, and using their exchange is alright. But God help you if anything goes wrong, or you need to contact them. They are only setup to give the most minimal help at the lowest. They have no interest in helping anybody, and no interest in investing in account security.I have claimed through my bank, so I'll get my money back anyway, but no thanks to Betdaq at all. Betfair Exchange is where I've trade for years, and will certainly move that to Betdaq. Not impressed. There's a reason why it's a small exchange.
