I've been using Betdaq on and off for the last three years since I started match betting. Recently they have gained more of an online presence on the Outplayed & OddsMonkey forums and seem keen to compete with the prices being offered by the other main betting exchanges. Such competition is welcome by all matched bettors as it'll hopefully lead to greater profit making potential. Betdaq also seem willing to offer a greater number of Enhanced Specials to compete with the likes of Smarkets and Matchbook which means I'll be able to consider using them for a greater proportion of my future betting activity .

Stopped from using sportsbook after winning a measley £184 and a handful of bets 10 max and stakes 15-30 quid. They advocate responsible gambling but I doubt they are as quick at restricting the thousands of people made source of funds at betfair recently and now trying betdaq. If you are happy to lose at gambling (they obviously don't tolerate those who do ok) then I would recommend betfair there app is lot smoother and would imagine the liquidity a lot better. Seen a few reviews where you say you follow the correct procedures. Those procedures being if someone wins they must be stopped. Mugs only allowed to bet with us.

First class assistance when querying their 0% commission promotion, it was all taken care for me within an hour. The website itself is easy enough to navigate and I've never found liquidity to be an issue when laying bets. Would recommend overall.

The site on the whole is good. If I had 3 criticisms they would be 1) No Cash out on Football markets (over/under goals certainly) 2) When a bet wins and the market closes as complete it still takes a while (an hour sometimes) for the money to go back into your betting account. This is particularly painful if you have limited funds and want to keep on betting without having to deposit again. 3) Takes sometimes upto 24 hours for money to appear in Paypal after a withdrawal. Other bookies take an hour (for example)That said, it's pretty stable and actually a good platform. There could be a few tweaks here and there as to how inplay markets are displayed (Learn a lesson from Bet365, it's easy and clear) BUT on the whole I enjoy using BETDAQ and rarely go elsewhere. Well Done Guys

Verification process is a nightmare! Asked for proof of id, proof of address, bank statement, a selfie holding my id and a copy of my PayPal sent all this in and then they say we need a picture of the back of your licence( isn’t the back of everyone’s licence the same) 😅 on day 8 and still not verified! Supposedly the security team have to have a look! In my experience any bookmaker or site that starts going over the top with verification you know there’s going to be withdrawal problems down the line!
