Signed up deposited and within 24hrs suspended account. ( old self exclusion from corals I believe ) Why this could not be spotted on acc opening is beyond belief in this day and age but hey ho.Won a small amount and apparently winnings go to charity and deposit will be refunded.Will update when this happens.Update. Funds returned so fair play to betdaq.

I placed a darts bet, when my player was leading I decided to cover myself as the opposition player had now drifted significantly, so when I went to back him ( 100e) a grey screen came up saying " something went wrong please try again " so I did and the same message repeated and I tried a 3rd time and it went through successfully, now I only had 100e in my account so now bal is 0.. My initial bet won I was waiting to get paid about 400e but betdac took a further 200e away.. I have called and emailed time after time I'm just been told IT are looking into it ( that was 10 days ago) and was abruptly told IT WILL TAKE AS LONG AS IT TAKES.

I have previously made attempts today to revive my lapsed accounts with 2 other online exchanges and the customer service with both companies was horrendous. In contrast, my experience with Betdaq was seamless. The gentleman who dealt with me, John, was extremely polite and helpful. He had the matter sorted in no time at all, for which my thanks. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

When I was trying to find the anti post (exchange market) market for the grand national It was hard to find so I think a lot of other people must have had a similar problem. I think you have revised your minimum stake for big price has recently reduced. This was a very obvious mistake you made and stuck with for several years !!!!!!!! This could have been one of your problems attracting footfall. I am also not sure about the new layout for placing bets. But I am getting used to it.I like to see an obvious similarity when visiting competitor sites, AND not have to constantly learn new things. Hope to use your site more often. Wishing you good luck in the future.

Come on Betdaq settle bets. Today placed a bet on over 0.5 goals in the Palace vs City game. Palace score in 4 mins. Now played 70 mins and still waiting for the bet to be settled. Totally ridiculous Betdaq on top games to keep a over 0.5 goals bet unsettled for the whole Match is terrible

My account was hacked. Betdaq didn't care at all until I started to ask for my money back. They then just suspended the account 'pending' investigation.No telephone number, no direct contact with their fraud team, just a chatbot in some foreign country. Absolutely useless, and not a care in the world. They just want you to gamble with them and lose, that's it. No interest in customer service, or keeping customers.The website is OK, not the best, but OK, and using their exchange is alright. But God help you if anything goes wrong, or you need to contact them. They are only setup to give the most minimal help at the lowest. They have no interest in helping anybody, and no interest in investing in account security.I have claimed through my bank, so I'll get my money back anyway, but no thanks to Betdaq at all. Betfair Exchange is where I've trade for years, and will certainly move that to Betdaq. Not impressed. There's a reason why it's a small exchange.

Awfull company worst customer service closed account no reason specified.Account over 7k in profit xsp didn't get matched didn't get honored then closed the account.Our whole household used betdaq but they closed mine and my freinds account because we're in the same adress so same IP adress apparently only one user per household.Will never recommend to anyone who is serious about exchange betting best left to those who wish to lose only
