Guys, please Avoid this Company at all costs they don’t like to pay out, they were happy when I was Losing £2800 but I managed to turn it around and done first Withdrawal of £713.64 and the Second Withdrawal of £2363 didn’t Process it for more 24 hours to then get an email to say I needed to Verify myself which is fine so they asked for a picture of Passport, Proof of address and bank card, after this was Verified they Removed the Verification on the account have a Screenshots then asked me to hold my Driving license by my face and a Bank statement which I have done guess what they Rejected it asking me to send a Bank statement with payments from my bank to this company which they know isn’t possible as it won’t be on my Bank statement till next month as they won’t take Screenshot, but every time they just Change the goal post and ask for Something else to Avoid paying you out, I now have had to contact gambling committee and IBAS who both said this isn’t allowed so now got wait for a final response so IBAS can take it on to get my money

Scam company lets you deposit but keeps your winnings, if you open an account with these you will regret it believe me, they have kept my winnings from 2 weeks ago , closed both bet storm and bet dukes account, yet they tell me to go to my account and upload docs !!! how stupid is that, they are on the verge of being unlicensed in UK so beware they will take your money but not pay you out thats for sure.

Paid in 2000, trying to withdraw 4000 and keep getting excuse after excuse like “docs couldnt be opened” even though they are fine and I can open them. I can’t recommend this company. Under no circumstances should you bet at Betdukes. Do not follow their own terms and conditions. I bet exclusively on the NBA. Passed verification before the deposit without problems. Made 2 deposits of 900 pounds now on account of 2560 pounds, which I can not withdraw. Although my account is completely verified. When I was able to win not a large sum, many problems began. I provided all the necessary documents + all the additional ones required, but it was not enough. Now they demand that I go to a notary and certify my documents. They also want me to notarize my utility bill andbank card. But I never made a deposit through a bank card. And according to their rules for the British player, they had to ask everything they needed before the first deposit. As it is specified in them in rules and also it obliges to do them the gambling commission to which they are subordinated. In this situation, I am constantly ignored. Now appealed to regulatory authorities. Therefore, the reputation of Betdukes wants the best, do not make a deposit with them in any case.

Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part I’ve had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says it’s paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and it’s been over a week. I really do like utilizing this app, but no customer should have to chase their withdrawals, especially when our deposits always work… I have obtained my bank statement for this period to aid in this process but still have not heard from Betway. Imagine not getting the money that you earned. Not right

This site is a Scam and also it made me realise I am dumb to spend my hard earned cash on a website that just scams you. Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn’t give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. They consistently play you by making you wait for any bonus’s for at least half your waged money then give you bonus’s for next to nothing an example of this is…. I been a customer with paddy power more than 2 years and I need to say is not a very good experience being their customer, I noticed more I’m loyal and more they treat me badly, I play lots of their promotions more than 200 hundreds along I been with them and most of them I don’t win anything, they’re saying I didn’t win this time but the one I win I always get the last price, I asked them many times how this promotions draw works but they can never tell me how or who Decide who gets the first price or last or nothing. This company closed my account because I was not meeting ‘responsible gaming requirements’ they claim they use to prevent ‘problem gambling’.Sure, I’ve stepped up my gambling this week, but that was due to the darts tournament.I’m not exactly loaded, but I do have an household income of well over £67k a year, so I don’t think betting £90 is the end of the word, nor implies I have a gambling problem.It appears this site upsets quite many people in one way or another. Signed up for the “welcome” offer. Placed about 6 small bets to test the waters, (I don’t know alot about sports so stuck to £5 or £10 at a time). Saw an offer where they had boosted the odds so decided to take a leap of faith. Deposited £20, which they accepted, Tried to place the bet and was told my account was restricted to 50p bets. No email, no notification, I had to go on live chat to find out.I re-read their Ts&Cs, apparently they reserve the right to ban/restrict you if you like “low risk betting”. Would give 10 stars if possible. Great range of slots and really good customer service. One of the most important things about this casino is you can trust the withdrawal system. Put a bet on Lewis Hamilton to win the Brazilian F1 race, as half the world know he won, but these charlatans settle the bet as a loss. Aside from the fact that the site is dreadful and they ban winners (see previous review), you should be warned that getting your money back from Fansbet can be extremely difficult.Like many other second-rate bookmakers, Fansbet will make you jump through some ID hoops, but get this – a bank statement isn’t enough, it has to be physically stamped by your bank! In this day and age of technology, Fansbet want their customers to go into their bank branch and ask them to stamp a statement just to get their own money back from their Fansbet account. It’s an utterly ridiculous and unnecessary step that Fansbet will claim is required for their Know Your Customer regulations. In reality, they are just hoping you can’t be bothered to do this and you’ll forget about the money in your account. They’ll then probably declare the account ‘dormant’ after a while and take the money. No other bookmakers require a stamped bank statement. You don’t even need a stamped bank statement to get a mortgage, yet you apparently need it to withdraw funds from Fansbet. Hilarious. If you’re intending to win, don’t use Fansbet unless you’re happy to take a trip to your bank and get a statement stamped…

I never leave reviews usually but Im so frustrated with the company. I placed a bet and received 2 free bets which all went smoothly. When placing the 2 free bets I found a team I fancied to win and as it was a good price I put both free bets on this team, which won. I was contacted a short time later saying that I had breached the terms and conditions by placing both bets on the same result. As this was against terms and conditions the bet and winnings were voided, which is understandable but was a totally honest mistake. I contacted the company to explain and accepted that as I breached the terms and conditions then the bet should be voided. As this was a genuine mistake however I asked if the free bets could be reinstated but they informed me this would not be done and am now banned from receiving any further bonuses or promotions. As I said previously this really was a genuine mistake and if I had bet on 2 opposite outcomes so that one of the bets would win then I would understand being banned from receiving further bonuses.As much as this is frustrating for me I suppose I am also writing the review so that people are aware and take note of the terms and conditions within these bonuses.Just to update this review that mansionbet have replied to my original review.As I stated previously I totally accept that I breached the terms and conditions of the free bet as I did not read in full the terms and conditions but this was a genuine mistake and I hold my hands up.It is however the company’s decision to not allow me to have those free bets recredited to my account as it was a genuine mistake or receive any further promotions or bonuses.
