Betfair Service.Have held an account for over ten years and have found them to be excellent in every aspect.Everthing is absolutely spot on and customer service is so helpful and the odd occasion I have needed help or advice they have been great.It is highly unlikely that I would place a bet ever again with with a high street bookmaker or a on course one ever again.

Disgusting site. This one along with bet600, mega riches and pub casino are the worst ones to play on..completely rigged. RTP is around 5-10% and this is coming from hundreds of deposits over the past couple of years. Honestly you’d get more pleasure setting fire to your money. Absolute scum!

Absolutely garbage site. They tell you all Our Slot Games use RNG (random number generator) technology to ensure fairness for all customers. Which is loads of rubbish, I have been testing there slots games and if that was true why when you place a higher bet per spin at £6 or even £10 no matter how many spin you go through it never comes in but soon as you lower the spin bet to 0.80p or £1 then the game start to play normal ish. I am not an occasional gambler but a professional bettor. I use to place hundreds of thousands of € per year and consequently leave thousands of € in commission to betfair. I don’t know what happened, but over the years the platform turned from being working well enough, to being a total nightmare, being an absolute joke for professionals. I have been addressed as “gambler with issues”(I am very profitable, and provided proofs of it), and despite providing tons of proofs requested by them, such as bank/cards/paypal statements, slips, counter bets screenshots, proofs of income, description of my betting strategies etc (with consequent loss of time for me, which equals in losing it to earn money), I could not do anything more than closing my account since for these SHI++HEADS I had my deposits limited, and arrived to a point where assistance did not reply AT ALL not by email, not in chat. Their assistance department is an absolute joke, they do not have a telephone number, and for the love of Xst I really don’t know how even more profitable traders than me can rely to have tens or even hundreds thousands of € accounts left in the hands of these fuc+++ing jokes. If you have any problem in your account, be aware THEIR ASSISTANCE IS A JOKE.I am leaving one star because it’s not possible to leave less, but be warned: DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY ON THESE FUC+++G SCAMMING SITE, sooner or later you will regret it

23/11/24 I opted in for a horse racing promo. Placed my 2 selections to qualify, issue straight away with my ticket showing me with a different selected horse on the ticket. Spoken to live chat, 1st chat advisor “Shreya” who had me waiting over 1 hour regarding this with no live update in the meantime. Told to come back after 30 minutes and it would be solved. I then spoke to someone named “Jai” who again had me waiting for 1 hour. Common theme here eh? Again no live updates after all questions asked about a glitch or bug that happened with the bet ticket then they came back with it wasn’t a bug or glitch that had happened. Although in this time the horse selection I had made originally had already won at 10/1 and funnily enough my ticket shown another horse in the race at the same price? Never experienced this anywhere before, shame on Betfair for not looking into things properly and not treating customers with any respect. No surprise why 1 star reviews are the most common on here. Nothing but scumbags and that’s being generous. Hopefully this review spreads some awareness to watch out for their bugs/glitches in their promos advertised. To be continued…

Had a problem with the exchange bet streak promo not being returned to me after a winning bet, but Maria on the live chat sorted it out fairly quickly and got it returned to me in time for putting it back onto the next match I wanted to use it on. Apparently it can take the full 24 hours from settlement to come back, but it was pretty close to that time, and I thought it had been missed.

I had an account with Betfair for over 25 years then they asked for a copy of my driving license and Passport. They already have my name,address,bank account details,email and phone numbers. I refused as the details would be sent to their so called safe server offshore UK to India. I refused and my account is now closed.

Do not use Betfair! We want to withdraw money from our online account with Betfair. We provided all the information Betfair have requested multiple times via their chat messenger service and to 2 different email addresses they asked we send bank statements to. Betfair have not responded to the emails. The (AI) chat messenger service cuts us off and there is no other way to contact Betfair. The customer service is atrocious. And there is no way for us to withdraw our money.

After using them for quite a while they locked my account mid game and asked for lots of information I could not give or was uncomfortable sharing, so they stole my deposit and ALL my winnings. Told me on security questions I had got my father’s name wrong?? Told me my bank account was 3rd party even though it had my name on it. Citizens card id not good enough even though it recogonised by law, bank statement wrong format even though it is clearly shows proof of address and bank details and time of deposit. VERY DODGY

What a joke company. Sportsbook is a complete joke and even though I’ve only had a few bets on sportsbook and have lost, the maximum bet is to win about £100 max. Even odds on tennis bets restrict to £80 or around there. What’s the point in having sportsbook if they are pushing for you to use exchange so they can take their commission. The people in charge of this Mickey Mouse company are conmen and lucky they hide away like little girls

So far so good. Returning customer who had problems with his last provider. So tried Betfair again. No problems updating address and reactivating account.Not forced the horrid deposit limits on or even asked me to set them which I will not. Never used these new fangled tools nor ever will.I am a strong willed person who has his own safety checks in place. Like I cannot get at my savings without 90 days notice. Also have a sperate bank used just for investments. Be it betting or buying shares.

Live chat were spectacularly bad, asking me for bank details and screenshots…they took my money easily enough but unwilling to help or have someone call me to resolve it. The app is awful.Won a bet fair and square and wasn’t paid out properly. Got in contact with customer service and told me it was a ‘late bet’ despite the bet being placed 30 mins before kick off. There boosts also don’t work as some customers get £20 max stakes while mine only gets a £2 max. Far better betting sites i’ve never had a problem with out there. Don’t bother giving these thieves your money

Dont Trust this website they can suspend your bet just because they like . Matches can go on normally you can even bet them again but your cash out is suspended not matter winning or loosing.If you wanna play online bet with cash outs dont choose this site they can damage you easilly!As well you can have winning bet go to cash out and they change the price dramatically in a milisecond so the moment you double tap the price the second tab they drop and you cash out tottaly deferent ammmount event all your bets are winning witch make no sense support cannot do anything about it carefull this website is horror movie with your money!
