To be honest I couldnt give them zero as there isnt one, otherwise thats what they would have got, what a shambles hrs and hrs of a merrygo round, CS farmed out to India and half of them don’t understand English, which is deeply concerning when you are looking at complicated details. I asked, to make a complaint but they would not let me do this but continually sent me around and around in circles! It’s a total disgrace.

Terrible site! Return to player percentages are completely wrong! Customer service rude and don’t care at all about site issues! Stay away from the site it has to be the worst online casino on the internet. Reported to gambling commission for false rtp’s after being recorded with relevant programme.

Placed a bet. Virtually certain they changed the rules of the market after I placed it. They declared my bet a looser. I asked them for proof that they hadn’t changed the rules. They told me to go to court if I want to communicate with them further about the issue. It cost me £9k. Closed my account as I can obviously never trust them again.

I was lured to the Betfair platform under false pretences. They offered a new customer promotion of 50/1 if you deposit £10 on over 0.5 goals. The problem was that any winnings will be awarded a free bet. Fair enough, however I won two bets with the free bets, but the winnings are only credited to the free bets section. Essentially, the reward for 50/1 new customer promotion was to win free virtual money, and the winnings with the free bets are never withdrawable. Customer service are terrible, run from this company!

Atrocious customer support.Been with Betfair for 20 years and it’s gone so down hill in the last 12 months or so. Customer support used to be very good but now is diabolical, since June i’ve been trying to sort out a problem, 2 1/2 hours one day, tried several times, they give me the same things to do, re-set password, try a different device, delete cookies, i have spent hours and hours on their help chat, useless, eventually (with difficulty) i got them to refund ££ in my account and permanently close it…utter crap. Before Paddy’s took it over you could talk to someone on the phone, no chance now. Went over to Matchroom exchange

Very bad in a week £100 hardly any returns at all my advice don’t play the slots or bingo just use for bets I have had to set limits as it is that bad .also if you use a free bet and it losses it says win so be careful.

Horrendous. I simply want a complete closure of my account. However, because they have a different date of birth on their account (how I have absolutely no idea) – they will not do so unless I send them a selfie of myself holding my driving licence.Surely that makes a complete mockery of their statement “At Betfair, we are committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your personal data.”I am not supplying a selfie. I’m not a kid. This isn’t social media. My driving licence will have absolutely everything you need, date of birth, home address, etc.

i did not like the way they decided to suspend my account for 1 month then cancel it saying i was self excluding in fact i . pleaded with them to let my account stay open and resrict me to 50 pounds a week. I now trudge to the betting shops and loose 100 pounds a day. perhaps this is the idea to get persons back into betting shops.

This company cost me over £500 pounds I would never bet with them again or trust them, there website crashed a few Saturdays ago I won over 500 pounds on two races bets voided money taken out of my account with no notice or explanation no fault of my own betfair to blame and they hide behind there terms and conditions this is not the first time same happened last year lost around 800 pounds again enough is enough I would recommend anybody to stay well clear when you use the exchange your betting against the house who has a 2 seconds advantage on you how the government or s.o.c.a haven’t investigated this company is beyond me, they want you to lose you money and will only do affordability checks on long term winners not losing punters.

I love sports betting, I bet sensibly but I do place lots of bets on different sports. I have been on almost every betting site over the years, there are some really bad ones out there but Betfair is just the Gordon Ramsey of betting sites. I use the exchanges, really Betfair you would have most of our blessing to increase your commission rate to 3% if you wanted to. I have been using the Betfair exchange for 15 years, I must have placed tens of thousands of bets over the years and I have not once had any problems with them. Whenever I have queried bets they have always been so helpful. I would recommend the Betfair Exchange to anyone, the odds are the best you’ll find anywhere, it is user friendly, great customer service.I can honestly say there is not a company in the world I love more than Betfair, they are amazing. The only one criticism I would have however is that I wish there was more marketing on the Betfair Exchange, I don’t remember seeing an advert on TV for the Betfair Exchange in years. We need more people using the exchanges.

I have been a member of the site for a few years now. Had some good returns etc.However, today I get a email with a reward bonus. Went to try and claim it and couldn’t. Contact chat who said they raised the problem with the relevant department, and to come back later. Go back to chat a few hours later, and the problem is still not resolved. And told to contact tomorrow. The customer service of this site is a joke. Many complaint say the same thing. Get an email bout reward the next month, and you never get the rewards. Its crazy. No reward for loyalty. And it’s so hard to win on the free spins or promotions. The only good thing the site has going for it are the fast withdrawals. They really are fast. Charlygirl23

I would be extreamy careful with betting with this company, they are Paddy Power with a different name. The online chat is extremely time consuming and they purposely don’t have direct number you can call them on. The online staff seem extremely incompetent and take adleast an hour to sort something simple out. Constantly asking for screenshots and don’t want to go through bet history or do any type of reading. The worst betting company I’ve dealt with.

I had my account hacked with over £150 taken. The online chat person, Thomas. was very helpful and referred the matter to Betfair’s cyber-security people who in turn sorted the problem and refunded me the cash. Very good indeed.

I like that Betfair is starting to stop degenerate gamblers spending too much. It is a huge problem for many sensible bettors/traders though, but something had to be done. Hopefully the process takes the serious and sensible traders/bettor’s needs into account more, so that they are freer to do what they need to, to profit effectively.

Refuse to supply any contact details for customer services, no email / telephone number / address. Have spent 10 days on chat with them after being defrauded of £400 by someone. Left me penniless with a child to feed and insulted me by sending me numbers and details for people with gambling problems!! Shocking!!

What an absolutely awful experience of trying to get an account up and running. They are happy to open it and let you have a bet but then want pictures of driving licence, bank cards, statements and suspend your account even when you’ve sent them with no further explanation as to why. Spent vitually a whole day on anf off trying to sort this and finally gave up and managed to get my deposit refunded but will have to say goodbye to just a small amount of winnings. Absolute bunch of cowboys and fraudsters. If you want an on line betting account do yourself a favour and go somewhere else

All the excellent reviews must be from years ago. Lol at the redirected 5 star reviews.. it’s not 2003 any longer. They’re from fakes or simpletons Now Betfair don’t care and just live off past glory Live chat kick you off and then show little interest in helping. Absolute shocking customer service.Called to re open my account, spent ages on the online chat, sent docs off, spoke to me about re setting password etc so I assumed all ok. I then got booted from live chat. Spent the next hour going back in and keep getting booted out to be told they can’t re open my account. I asked why and what has changed so much, they told me the relevant department will call me back. I gave times of availability and asked them to confirm when they would call, they wouldn’t give a date or any indication, what an awful service.

Love betfair, they need to add a few extras on football bet builders, ie.. red cards, penalties, goal methods.. this would be the icing on the cake if they placed these features on bet builder

I have been trying to get my monthly deposit limit raised. I have provided oodles of documentation numerous times. I have been told that a senior safer gambling agent is reviewing my case and that I will receive a response ASAP. This has been going on for almost two entire YEARS now. If I don’t chase them, I hear nothing back, and if I do chase them I’m told the issue has been escalated and that I’ll be contacted very soon. It doesn’t seem like they actually have anyone working at the safer gambling department at all! This is a simple issue that should be resolved within two minutes, yet it has now been two years. Hello Betfair, is anyone there?!

Beware of so called great offers from Betfair as they are not genuine. When you win under their Special Offers they do not payout and if your query it through the Bookmakers Ombudsman they will not provide details of the offers to them. Therefore any Claim against Betfair fails. You would expect so honest behaviour from this firm but they are far from HONEST.
