My experiance on opening the account was slightly confusing and no telephone adviser available.wanted to do lucky15 bets but found it confusing filling in bet slips x 4 before I found the answer.Hope I am on top of it now.

I decided to make this my regular casino for the last year and let me tell you it has been mostly a terrible expereince i only play 20p steaks sometimes 40p or more but not often. I asked about my deposit information for the last 6months and found out i am £1800 down in that time period. All of the games take over 500 spins to bonus some even take 1000s of spins an then pay 30x when they do bonus after losing hundreds of pounds on them. There is something off about the way the games work at betfred an no it is not random, if it was random how do these people guarantee to make profit because they are designed to take all of your money. Think about it before you go and feed money to the greedy profit makers here at betfred. Stay safe people.

Shocking shocking. Had my account for a few weeks depositing and withdrawing no issues. Then I won £1050 my account was closed & withdrawal was refused. No deposit money was given back. I’d understand if this was my first withdrawal and there was an issue but no issues depositing and withdrawing previously I finally get a decent win and my account was closed, “business decision” & no money was given to me. They treat Irish customers differently than British. They don’t tell you your account will be held in quarantine “just because you’re an Irish customer. I had to push strongly to get my deposit back and only after the agent insisted I provide full bank account details and a bank statement, later claiming she didn’t realise the refund could simply be done via the card I’d used to register. Oh and by the way, it took me an hour to connect with the agent

Avoid If you’re planning on playing on the slots they will just eat your money like nothing the bonus games are rigged to the max youll be insanely lucky to hit the bonus and when you do you’ll get about £10 after chucking a couple hundred in by far the worst app for playing slots. Been using the Betfred App for around 4 months. The app is very smooth. Recently I have won on a free Bet that they was pushing on me. I was lucky to win but disappointed the next day I received an email to say I had restrictions placed on my account and no explanation given and no way I can challenge that decision. After a deep dive I found out that this is happening to many accounts. It seems they don’t like it when you win. I would not recommend using BetFred but if you do keep your account balance low so if they do take your money your losses will be low.

If I could give zero I would. Some of the worst slots I have ever seen. Dead spin after dead spin. When trying to find out the amount you have deposited compared to the amount won it never works and there are consistently problems on the site. When asking for help you are better asking the wall as they close chats without responding. Give you literally 60 seconds to 2 minutes to reply and then end the chat or just out right call you a lair.If you want to waste your money, throw it down the toilet before using this site. Joined and deposited around 4000 in a matter of days, recieved absolutely no reward for wagering of large amount of funds. Does not seem to have any kind of reward system where others do. Then proceeded to want yo see source of funds including 3 months of bank statements. Never been asked for this very intrusive and obviously so they can find a way to close my account. Be careful when playing slots. I just spun wisdom of Athena 800 times and got a massive 0 bonus spins. I hope the game was broken or something. It paid out on the base game once I was down but never once entered a bonus. I’ve played other games on Betfred and they have never ever done this before.
