I was originally promised 200 free spins but as usual betfred, like other betting organisations done a 180 turn on a promise as I was with you over 3 years ago so you claimed that I was exempt from the offer. I’m used to companies like betfred having zero interest in customer care. The very people who pay your wages and bonuses get humiliated over a measly £10, 200 10p spins.

Loyalty rewards too few and far between.Daily free spin on a rewards reel would encourage customers to engage with the site more often.Tournaments involving set amount of spins with points table the rewards could be a set amount of free spins shared by those within set places. Simply not enough customer encouragement without deposit amounts daily.More about harvesting deposits without making player feel part of community.Run too much like a betting shop not an online hub.

Easy to use app and winnings quickly converted back to balance, however the site can take a while to come off from being suspended during some events, when other sites have been much quicker. So frustrating.

Really don’t understand why every bonus payouts are less then £20 I must of had well over 100 of then by now and not one of them even a good payouts!!! Signed up to welcome offer. Deposited some money and made a bet in order to complete the steps to claim free bets. However, once I completed the steps, I was asked to verify my account. I sent the verification team my documents as requested, including a photo of my passport, utility bill, selfie and a selfie with id document. They replied that my selfie with my passport needed amending. So I did. I sent them another image, and they have refused to verify my account for around a week, since. Clearly, avoiding to pay my sign up offer.

Been using Bet fred for some time but often had proplems login in to acc. Normally got the problem sorted but just recently it seems to be a permenant problem that coinsides with a free bet win I had on a Football quiz where I got all six questions right. I gave up on this site almost as soon as i signed up. Despite providing them with all my details which included my phone number & e-mail address, then making a deposit and placing bets via Paypal (through which i already have a verified account) they still pestered me for a ridiculous amount of ID.They may try to justify this but it works both ways. I’m sure i’m not the only one who doesn’t like sharing their passport, drivers licence, birth certificate or utility bills online in case such information gets compromised. I closed my account & i never did get the free spins i was promised & the rep i spoke to didn’t seem to mind that i still had some money in it when i did.

I have now been chasing withdrawals of £290 and £360 for the past 5 days. I have sent emails over and over again and they do not respond. I have emailed to let them know they are using the wrong bank details to do the transfer. Everytime they do answer they say the transfer has been processed, even though they are sending it to the wrong details so it will always bounce. Do not use this site as they provide 0 support and will not listen to your queries. I will defintely not be using this site again and I do not recommend it to anyone. 1 star given because I cannot put 0 stars.

I used to use bet fred shops, but not anymore, the odds on most betting in the shops are not good, his machines are slow and glitchy, the bandits just take with little payouts, i spoke with a few who work there, 1 time a shop assistant left working alone, was having trouble with some men in the shop, getting quite violent, threatening too smash the shop up, so they rang there security for help, not only did they not come out, they didnt even answer there phone, so left helpless and scared, and they told me no one rang after too check if they where ok or needed support, disgraceful failing of staff safety, spoke too another member of staff, i asked what time u working till, they said 10pm and started at 7.30am, i said really ??
