In short betfred is by far the worst online slots site…. By a mile.Ive purposely waited quite some time before giving them a review to give them a fair crack at the whip. So here it goes:So i deposit in £30 bundles, doing £1 spins mostly, and i deposit anywhere between £150 and 500 per week, (some weeks even more!) and i have done so for probably the last 7 months – quite possibly longer. In that time i can count on 1 hand the times my balance has went up to just a measly £200 (maybe twice). And in all that time that is the highest my balance has ever been – £200 and odd quid. I know, its grim right. The returns for the amount ive spent are appalling – every other site ive used ive managed to get up to around 1100£. £200 would be a common occurrence at these sites. Infact one site i would win a grand monthly aswell as a few hundreds here and there. Yes i would lose some but i definitely won some also. However i was winning too much on the daily millions lotto so that site banned me (boylesports). But thats another story.So anyway i highly suggest you keep your money guys as you are not going to win anything decent at betfred on the slots unless you are extremely lucky. I have gave them more than a fair chance to show that they are a fair site and they most definitely are not. So anyway here is to hoping that i soon have a decent win on the daily millions lottery and get something back off these buggers hahaha as lets face it im never gonna get anything off the slots – infact out of interest ive just looked to see my input and output for the last 4 months and roughly its 4000£ in and 900£ out. Grim. Dont use.

Website is fantastic, it’s very easy to manoeuvre and find what you’re for. It’s up to you to determine value regarding the actual prices but i highly recommend. I’ve found the company to be straight shooters if that means anything.

Betfred Colne – I head on in to play the slots and theres 3 / 4 of the machines taken. I spend about 2 hours in there, spending over £300 on 50p stakes, and literally the other 3 people are winning bonus after bonus, they were all on balances over £1000? One lady was on 20p stakes? This is the most bs thing ever, I didn’t get one single bonus and their machines were going crazy at my expense. It’s obviously not random and I won’t be going in again.

Absolutely terrible company Opened an account and deposited with my paypal over 1000.00 didn’t win anything then decided on 30.00 server when down I couldn’t use my PayPal but used my other half’s who did it for me won 600.00 and they closed account and won’t pay my winnings as been retained by Betfred as I used her PayPal for last transaction !!!! Terns and conditions of pages and pages stating this but they are fine to take money out if it !!!! I have gone to resolver and financial ombudsman as want my winnings I’m fine with then closing my account as would never use again as went on to customer services and explained and was spoken to so rudely I explained I am disabled and suffer from depression anxiety etc but she just kept repeating over and over you. Role the rules there is nothing I can do The same thing over and over again not helpful to me at all esp with my disability she was not interested Avoid alt all costs !!!!!!!!! As if you win they won’t pay you out they will find a reason in there long list that nobody reads if terms and conditions And ok for them to let you deposit and break the rules but not ok for them to pay you ok !!!!!

I used to use Betfred before but the rewards are poor, I have accepted several on rejoining however I have not received one of the rewards (I have read the t&c’s) compared to other sites this one is pretty poor

I won’t be using Betfred betting shops again as in my opinion Betfred has welched on a bet I put on yesterday 02.08.2024. I do this bet regularly for the same amount, a £2 Lucky 15 costing £30, and I always ask the bookie to put the Price promise on the ticket.When I went to collect my winnings, they would not pay me the 10/1 odds their employee had written on the bet and would now only pay the 9/2 on the system.Even if this was a mistake, it was their mistake and they should have honoured the bet. If I’d have sent my son in with a bet and he put it on wrong, I would have had to live with it, so why should Betfred get away with it.The bookie never loses!!!!The shop told me “tough luck” and so did Betfred’s complaints department, apparently what they write on your slip is no guarantee of what they’ll pay out.I won’t be using Betfred again. I have to trust my betting slip, and with them you can’t.

Please can you change the system where if I deposit money which comes straight out of my account, and if I win I expect to be paid just as quick not waiting 3-5 days the system is broke and I am sure puts people off from betting

What can I say here. Awesome, very very difficult to get the bonus on any game BUT when it does come, oh my word, the win is astronomically stupidly tiny !!! Come on, on every game at every stake !? Easy to use website, with great customer service should you require it. The 1 thing that would have made my experience better would be faster withdrawals. On average it takes about 5 hours to withdraw to card which in this day and age is a long time. Otherwise, great site!

Brilliant user interface with little to no unresponsiveness/lagging for the most part (better than most other mobile apps/sites i have used) and an incredible selection of games between the casino and games tabs. How your site impliments the free spins system into a handful of different slots is amazing instead of bieng forced on one random slot. I have ran into no issues, errors or glitches that i am aware of so far either if that holds any value. Bear in mind i have only used the games and casino tabs but so far the experience has been amazing.

Two transactions of £10 were taken from current account from Betfred without permission. Contacted Betfred to find out where the money had gone as hadn’t been credited to my befred account. No explanation or support given and told to repot via my own bank . Terrible service and no Support given that Betfred took the transaction in the first place. Do not use this bookkeeper.

Got stung no best odds taking 17/2 about a 14/1 sp so ive learnt the hardway and going to boylesports in future – best odds all meetings 8a.m where fred is best odds 2 meetings at nine and midday best odds for evening racing so why betfred???

Wow, I have been playing here and can honestly say I have thoroughly enjoyed playing particularly losing in all of the games all of the times and stakes from 10p up to £5. The bonus’s hardly ever came but when they did, they paid really really really low amounts, I mean a couple of pound at most being the highest. Must be the RNG again, dam that computer !!! Left top marks because I have been kept amused, very entertaining time. Most importantly to me need better alternative handicaps for rugby and league. Also a bit of a reason to not bet on those sports you don’t have draw no bet or win only bets. By having only full time with win/draw/win I see no reason to bet with the extra risk of a draw occuring

It was good but I think the Casio offer should be more specific about getting on Casio slots other than normal slots and there’s no button on the bottom to take you straight there. Wasted a tenner

As a relative newcomer to the site, I have found navigation around it straightforward. Perhaps the bet slip area might be larger and more clearly set out between separate bets but it’s not in any way a critical issue.

I advise everyone not to open an account with this swindling old git.. very rare cash out values,,no bonuses,,poor sports betting odds in comparison to other high street bookmakers. And if you are lucky enough to have a winning bet you’re account is immediately under scrutiny and temporarily closed pending you contacting their customer services. They should be warned off pending investigation
