Feel a bit tricked. Followed the links. Signed up with the deposit for bonus. Didn’t receive bonus. I assume I didn’t do something. Or misunderstood the terms. But I’m not stupid and if I did it means they are written so that people don’t get their bonus. It’s only free spins. But I feel let down and first impressions count

I signed up to Betfred on 27/04/24 as a new customer and should have received £30 in Free Bets after placing a £10 sports bet within 7 days!! I did this on 3 May and should have had the £30 free bets credited to my account within 10 hours of my bet settling! I am still awaiting the Free Bets on 12 May!!!! It’s just not good enough!!

OK website, there are a lot of games,but I played several games and didn’t win anything, only after changing the stake to 1.60 I won 300 ponds, then all the games automatically froze,this is not fair because you can deposit 500 pounds and the games don’t go any better because you lost I

WITHOUT PREJUDICE.Terrible experience – avoid at all cost. I put a bet on a Horse at Sandown and it did not line up at the start and was facing the wrong way and the horse and jockey had no intension to race as also witnessed by friends. But Bet Fred did not refund my bet which I found offensive so I complained and opened an email from their Customer Service team today who refused to refund my bet. I now feel like a victim of financial fraud. I have now given them one last chance to LEVEL UP else I will refer matters to IBAS.Its not about MONEY but PRINCIPLES and MORAL VALUES.

Thankyou for your reply Scott. But still not convinced. How can a game that states THIS roulette Game Is Random have a built in percentage I think was 94%. Random would not have a percentage. Throwing a dice is true random. Basically if someone has won big before I go on the machine my chances of a win are limited no matter what I bet as the machine would be on the take to get to its percentage so it would not be throwing out a random event.

Betfred took the initial £10 deposit and nothing won as usual, no problem with that so 2 days later I went on live chat to ask about my welcome bonus they couldn’t get that so they said await an email. The next day my account was suspended so I phoned up and they basically said my account will be closed and quoted a live chat that wasn’t even me. Steer clear of these cowboys absolute disgrace.

A bit disappointing. Message appeared saying, “stake £10 get 100 free spins tomorrow”. I only got 10 free spins. Customer services couldn’t help. Decided to withdraw my balance as there is no shortage of other betting sites.

you let a customer on there first visit spend over £10000 in one session and then log them out mid game and said its the rules i say to anyone who is thinking of having ago don’t do it not with this company . i ask them what the rules are and they just got shirty and very unhelpful

Great site, great layout & good prices. It would be nice if you could watch a horses previous races, like on another site i used, so you could make a more informed decision between closely matched horses.The layout is easy to navigate & is easy on the eye.Overall it’s one of the cleanest & pleasant sites I’ve used so far & I’ve used a few. The option to watch previous races of all entrants would’ve gained the extra star.

It’s an OK site for betting on football. It’s the only thing I occasionally use it for. The site is almost like a cheap knockoff compared to some of the others. The team stats are sometimes there, sometimes not. Pot luck. Also the cashout option is really poor compared to other sites and seems to be only available when it suits them. Some of the bets are like this too. A whole game might be suspended for betting if one team is smashing it. Seems to be very unfair in that respect. Some of the odds can be good sometimes hence why I occasionally use it but on the whole it’s like a kids school project when compared to some of the others.I’m sure this’ll warrant a cut and paste response at best. Says it all really.

Just to difficult to do it online You took money from an account even though I had an e mail saying that because the card was not in my name it couldn’t be taken So paid with another card, only to find out the money had been taken !!!!Customer service not much help either so I stopped doing it

Well mixed feelings about Betfred compared to Bet365. Bet 365 always give you a chance to cash out before the games have started the full amount unless prices change, also Bet365 on football always pay out a win if your team goes 2 goals clear regardless of the final result, thats two negatives Ive noticed, probably need to change things before the football season starts again

I would not recommend this to anyone.It is the best scam ever dressed in uniform….If you like to struggle then this site is for you.They take money from your account and it takes several mails, phone calls just to get disconnected each time 7 days for a resolution.When you bet R5 or higher on free spins they don’t pay your lines, and when you R1 bets the pay you for the same line R12 or R8. I don’t know how to upload the screenshot but have proof.PLEASE DONT MAKE US OF THEM…THE DON’T EVEN KNOW THEIR OWN POLICIES.

Good odds on racing bets. Logging in can be clunky and its difficult to view fields on screen when making a deposit. I find the font extremely small on my phone. I would also like yo be able to watch the tacesbut cannot see where I can do this? Withdrawal was easy though.

How, do they get away with those roulette games they have on the fobts. Christ with that green bar on the side you practically got no chance. Surely this shouldn’t be allowed. I lost £20 in 2mins without even a spin of the wheel Gobsmacked. When they reduced these machines to £2 a, spin roulette should of been removed off them. so I have emailed them asking for my email to be seen by Fred Done and they have not responded. They said that because I was taking my case to court they could not comment, well I cannot afford court costs so they have an oprtunity to explain why they allowed me to spend as much as I wanted for a year, even though my incomings were less than my outgoings. They did not take into account that I was using my house sale money and allowed me to spend the lot. They have been fined by the gambling commission for doing exactly this so they did wrong and have refused to accept this. It makes me laugh at the adverts going on about safer gambling and making out that they care, well they dont.

Poor communication from Betfred when I was asked for documentation I submitted and got an email to say may account was verified so I thought I withdrew my money and waited 3 days did not receive the money when I went on to chat they requested more documentation. Instead they should of emailed a requested instead of me waiting 3 days to find out why

After using betfred app for years with no problems I went to deposit yesterday and was told account closed….I contacted customer services( ah joke) and was told they didn’t have to give me a reason they could just close it…I use the app as I have problems walking to betting shop…I have never gone close to my agreed limit or spent thousands on site so no laundering problems…I asked what about free spins I’d accrued as per the promotion asking me to spend a certain amount which I did to be told well you’ve lost them…customer service is non existent no explanation about any problems years with them to be closed for no reason…beware if your depositing they can close your account and keep any money deposited
