It is good that you can select in each race from price to SP.I do like to do forecasts periodically in horse racing but did not find this anywhere. Kindly advise if this is an option and how to navigate to it?

Extremely poor. Paid out early on a game and then when the actual game finished they took the money back! Haha I know, mad innit. How do I know they’re not messing around with the foreign games I bet on without knowing how they finish apart from what they tell me?I could go on all day about other things they’ve done. I made my account ages ago without betting and deleted the app. They refused me a welcome bonus and then told me to wait 30-60 days for my account to “potentially” be deleted. I’m sure Betfred is great but my experience was poor. Do better for new customers.

Its been okish . Very disappointed they did not pay out on the Euro24 sign up bonus. Contacted them twice via online chat and they insisted it will be pay the bonus. Still waiting.

Betfred have closed my account completely with no reason whatsoever no email nothing I had bonuses still to use. It’s funny when you start to win more than lose your account gets closed avoid at all cost because if you start “winning” they will close it and tell you they don’t have to give you a reason (I put a random date in case they come back with we can’t find no info I can’t remember what date but don’t be fooled.

A mate of mine had a good week on the golf last weekend were he bet garcia in the liv golf event also mcintyre in the scottish open…Hes like me in certain areas hes not allowed a bet basically because as ive said before betfred used the affordabillity to get rid of punters they dont want…So now the fun begins for my mate going to collect after all we are talking a lot of money, In a couple of shops where hes placed a few bets on the terminals and a few at the counter…One shop gave him £5000 receipts and told him hed get his money within 5 working days to which he did,A day after betfred took the payments back !!! How can they do that???? One return they didnt even give him a receipt and told him it was going to compliance,ive told him this is what its like if you heaven forbid win at gambling you have to jump through hoops,So monday he will open a case with ibas as its a winning bet he will get PAID its just they like to F##K you about when you WIN

Worst experience ever – set up an account and put a bet on while setting up my account – they took my money and then put my account on hold while I verified my ID – I sent all documents over as I live with my parents they wouldn’t accept my mobile phone contract which is an absolute joke as it is a bill! I told them to forget it and refund my money as I don’t have a bill to verify my account other than mobile and they declined claiming it was a bet – despite the money being taken when my account was on hold!!! I wouldn’t mind if my account was not on hold and I done the bet and lost that would be normal but to take it and have my account on hold then not refund is an absolute JOKE! They shouldn’t take until your account is verified they have to be the worst trade I have ever come across ask to speak to manager and shocker just get customer services absolute joke! I don’t recommend there is more robust better structured sites to use

Introductory ad very misleading. Legally covered by small print of course. But the advertised offer appeared a day before the Euros. Their best price England odds enticed me to take up their £50.00 in free bets – only to discover, after the tournament, that the first bet must be settled within 7 days…As the Euros ran for the best part of a month, I obviously not entitled. Silly me …or silly them…shall not use BetFred again

Very crap customer service, not listening and not granting free spins. They have technical difficulty registering casino history hence not qualified for bonus in essence. Also forgot to mention that website has been down half of the day today, to further increase my credibility that they have technical issues, and without acknowledging it, they rather deem that your are stupid and talk plain no sense into your face. Absolute Scam of a company! Depositing money into my account and placing a couple of bets on the Euro 2024 Final. They decided to close my account. Refused to refund any money deposited or any winnings. Also refused to give any reason as to why my account was closed without warning.

BetFred wouldn’t accept bets on the evening of Euro 2024 Final. They happily took new deposits, then would show error messages when trying to PLACE bets. Support (after a MASSIVE wait) stated:”Due to a large amount of bets being placed at once we are experiencing a few placement issues. The IT team are working on a fix.”Due to BetFred’s IT crash, I missed the start of the Euro2024 Final, I wasted 30 minutes on BetFred, and I lost out on £17 delta of winnings. Avoid these jokers like the plague. The man ultimately responsible is Andrew Daniels, CIO, he’s out of his depth.

IMPORTANT – WITHOUT PREJUDICE.I have been in contact with the Betfred Customer Experience Team and tge Ringwood Branch and they do not care about Customers as they only want your hard earned money. Con company. Take your money and don’t honour their advertised 100 free spins promo. Despite doing everything they said. After spending SEVEN hourd on hold over 3 days told they basically didnt care and would escalate it. After a further SEVEN hours and EIGHTEEN emails they finally replied and said they’d escalate it again. When i said id like to complain and compensation they hung up on me and back to square one. And this is all towards a FIRST CUSTOMERS FIRST EXPERIENCE with them. God only knows how they treat loyal customers. Way to put off a new customer. Shocking customer service and attitude.

*1. All fine by the company, but support team takes to long to answer any query. Also, whilst waiting, the answer they repeat “let us know if you are still there” is unsatisfactory & unprofessional. I hope this can be addressed. As you know, customers are under pressure & wish to get issues sorted out quickly. *2. When withdrawing on line, it says only £5 can be withdrawn at any one time. They making it really difficult to receive my bonus for joining up. Placed a bet and deposited £10, did everything you have to do to qualify for the £50 in free bets but they constantly asking for I.D. already sent my driving licence and utility bill in which is what was asked for but they now asking for selfies and all my passport details aswell. Think I’ve sent enough personal details in now already so I’m not sending more in and of course surprise surprise i don’t get no bonus as promised for joining up
