They keep emailing me the same marketing messages every 15-30 mins telling me “ Your Free Bets are in Your Account!”. Actually they aren’t as I used them all 2 days ago.Trying to contact them via online “chat”is hopeless – there’s just an automated bot that keeps asking if you’re there but never puts you through to someone Dire – will never use again

That only because 0 not an option. They one of few companies who upgrade their IT systems so that they are WORSE. Slower , unresponsive and generally CRAP . Can’t get a bet on . Refuse bets of £50 !!!! Mr. Done you should be embarrassed. Quicker in days if bookies runners . At least you could trust them !!!!!

I’m 59 years old not the best at tech oncology played on this site deposited 9 times totalling £100 over 4 hours finally won £287 withdrew £200 soon as I clicked withdraw they closed my account Then on chat said they were cancelling my withdrwral and retaining my money I’m devastated. They said I was manipulating the system I’m 59 years old not the best memory and Arcturus in my hands I couldn’t manipulate if I tried I’ve emailed 4 times and not heard anything I just want my winnings or my deposits back I live alone and although a small win it’s a big amount to me. When I started my account was under the impression I would get £30 of free bets if I made a £10 bet in the first seven days which I did… Then when I contacted an online person to ask about it I explained what had happened only to ask me every five mins if I was still there and told they where sorting it out which went on for over an hour then all of a sudden it just popped up saying I wasn’t there so they ended the discussion and I still haven’t received any free bets

Betfred do not like giving change to use on their slot machines,, the less money you use on their machines initially, the more chance of a feature and winning money. Been a betfred customer for years playing the Irish lottery…Recently betfred have updated the app..The navigation on the app is really good however the price per line has changed to minimum of £0.50p so I no longer play the Irish with them. Ladbrokes still use the small minimum bet so unfortunately I have had to use them.

so i joined in march deposited and withdrew multiple times no problems until i deposited on monday and withdrew twice but only got one of the withdrawlels. soon after my account was restricted and blocked after contacting customer service and the betfred secruity i immediatly done what was requested for sent identifaction over. 48 hours later and several calls i am now. still without my £440 and still havent heard back from the betfred secruity team.

Can’t give no stars!Do not part with any money with this bent site! Many complaints about the “live” roulette. Robbed if a definite win. £2 in zero,came in! Since the upgrade placing in play bets has got slower. There is an extremely annoying pop up covering the place bet that says accept price changes. The pop up won’t go away straight away.When the bet is going through it takes so long. The upgrade has slowed things down. The experience is awful. Getting logged out so often is annoying.

Don’t use this site…. Playing live casino, Adventures Beyond Wonderland were they like to disconnect or not confirm your bet before a bonus lands. Called customer support who gave a completely false answer as to the cause of this which has now been put down to “Technical issues”… the same technical issue that 6 other betting sites have too and all tend to happen before a bonus lands!!

The updated website is awful. It keeps logging me out even though I’m actually playing, due to inactivity it says.I have reached the first tier of Sporting Legends to qualify for 10 free spins but I played two or three of the spins, and landed a bonus. I was allowed to deposit and bet, I got confirmation from the verification team that my account was active before my account was disabled with no explanation other than message at the log in page saying my account was disabled because quarantine has ended. Meanwhile my welcome offer is expiring and I can’t access my funds. The phone numbers aren’t working or being answered and no response on live chat either. Terrible company I’ve been advised they can close an account permanently anytime they wish and once this is done you will never have access to the account again or be allowed to withdraw any funds you have either won or paid in. Betfred are holding my winnings and deposits and I will never get them back.Be aware and read all the terms as they cover this in the terms and say the have the right to do it.RIP OFF

Keep ignoring me saying to wait but 3 weeks now they’ve had my money and won’t pay it back they keep flagging my reviews as Harmful but it’s true what I’m saying. All I want is my money back if you can avoid then avoid this casino they close accounts after large deposits then u can’t get money back its just absolutely shocking they’re allowed to do it.
